Had small issues with hot tub. Called world of spas for support. They called back within 10 min. Assited me with troubleshooting. Got it figured within 10 minutes. Would recommend world of spas to anyone!

We purchased a Gazebo from World of Spa's. The women we dealt with was awesome to deal with, and if she didn't have the answer, she was on the phone, and got us the answer. The Gazebo was delivered even earlier than they promised, which was bonus, and the installers were fantastic. We did have a damaged screen from delivery. One phone call, and they had a new one on the way, and we were very happy. Over all, they were awesome to deal with, and all the promises they made, happened. We will definitely purchase from them again!

A most unfortunate experience we’ve had with management. We expressed we wanted a very quiet hot tub that was silent during circulation mode. We were given utmost confidence by the owner that it would be silent while circulating. We have had hot tubs for the last 30 years and learned that this is a very important feature. When we received our Michael Phelps Master Spa, it was very loud and shakes the floor. As of this review of our hot tub, which is approximately 7 months old, the pump howls. We phoned to get warranty service and we were told we have to pay for the service call and Labour. The skirt panels on the exterior have shrunk leaving half inch gaps exposing the interior of the hot tub. We were advised by World of Spas that this is just the way it is. It has been 2 weeks now, and we still have not heard from their service rep. The quality of the product is far below expectations of a $22,000 hot tub.
