Got there only to find out she canceled on me. The secretary attached the email to an existing email, so I never got the notification. An hour of driving, hauling 2 children plus dog.sorry, no sympathy. The secretary had the nerve to say try melville if its an emergency. I told her I dont know if it is or just anxiety! That's 2 hour round trip. What about yorkton? They went downhill very quickly. Called companion animal hospital, and they we're polite, sympathetic, and understanding. I'll be taking my business to companion!

The vet dr was thorough in her exam of our bichon poodle. She explained possible concerns and gave us sound advice. She did not try to upsell us with expensive unnecessary things like X-rays, etc.the other staff were kind as well. Our dog (who is very anxious) actually walked back into exam room on her own which was an indication of how comfortable she was in their office. I will definitely come back.

Been coming for 2 years. Tried to make an appointment and was told the vet was no longer available to me personally. I was totally confused. No warning or communication that there was any issue prior to this mysterious refusal. I am confused and upset. Even if a legitimate issue exists, you talk about it and find out if it can be resolved. You don’t say nothing and then just cut a person off. That’s not right. I feel quite upset with how I’ve been treated. I’ve never had a problem with any other vet. Came to this one because it was closer.

My furbaby was sick and Dr Slipiec and staff looked at him right away with care, compassion and completely calmed down this worried momma. The follow up phone call to check on him a few days later was amazing and truly devoted! Absolutely appreciated. Thank you!

Very good experience vet brought up some things that our pet needed that we weren't there for.
