My mother took in her vehicle to get her screen inside the car fixed (broken screen)

and waited patiently all day.
Picked up her vehicle @300PM
& NOTHING IS FIXED. BUT THE WINDSHIELD IS SCRATCHED.
She doesn't work in town and made an expensive trip with the gas prices higher than the employees at Yorkton Dodge for NOTHING.

Amazing service, even better techs Blew a hanger bearing on my travels. Called Yorkton dodge and they were the only ones to have parts in stock. Told me to drop if off and they see what they can do. I limped the truck in an hour before closing time the night before Canada Day. Dwayne got me in and out in 35 min and got me back in the road. Thanks guys

The staff in parts and service are always helpful, and parts pricing is cheaper then the bigger cities. Do not let the peanut gallery reviews deter you from stopping here for anything.

I recently bought a Jeep Cherokee Sport at Yorkton Dodge.
Thus is the second time I have bought at the dealership.
Yuriy, Peter and Kelly made it so easy!
I am delighted with my purchase, both times and highly recommend talking to the sales department if you need a vehicle.
I can't say enough good!

I was in yorkton with my autistic son who is also in a wheelchair we stopped to shop and came out to a low tire. I went across to the dealership explained my situation and in less than an hour we were back on the road to Regina. Best service I have ever received at a Dodge dealership.

Staff are very rude. Asked for a fuse for a Dodge Journey and was told they dont sell fuses there.

Serpentine belt on a 2017 3.7L blew in Yorkton. Pickup still covered under warranty. They did not have the part in stock - no problem, they found one from a local distributor and got it to the dealership. CHARGED me for the belt - ok still no problem. Wanted SEVENTY DOLLARS LABOUR to install it because Mopar will not pay labour on non-mopar parts (that they could not provide). I ask to borrow a 3/8” ratchet to change the thing myself (ever change a serpentine belt? My 3 year old niece can do it). WILL NOT BORROW me a ratchet. I walk 50 steps to PEAVY MART. Spend $10.99 on a 3/8” ratchet and explain to the cashier whats happening. She WELCOMES me to return the ratchet for a FULL REFUND once I’m done with it. I pay $33 for the belt, change it in 30 seconds then return the ratchet to Peavy Mart. People, I’ve drove Dodge all my life and I can PROMISE you I will never do it again. Thanks Yorkton Dodge. Next stop - Peavy Mart for a 5 star review.

Took my truck in to get the lifters replaced. Somehow my truck came out with a new rear bumper, a scratched taillight, missing 2 inch leveling kit and a missing air freshner. When i returned to question about this my concerns were ignored and I was treated like i didnt know what i was talking about because im female. Trading my truck off as soon as possible and going with a dealership that actually cares about their customers. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Horrible service but mainly the parts are all triple the cost of anywhere else. Go here if you have alot of extra money.

My wife went in while i worked and they took advantage of her because she is not car savvy. The vehicle broke down in the first week of owning it and we received the worst customer service to follow that i have ever seen at a dealership. They were great during the sales aspect, to be expected when they want you to spend your money. But once you have, god forbid you have any issues. If it is a used vehicle i have no doubt you will unless both you and them get lucky and it had 0 issues when they bought it in the first place. It was in the shop twice before we got it, once should have been for an inspection yet they did not notice or fix many issues.
