I was busy at work and couldn’t get away to drive my car to Hyandai for my apt. I called them and they came and picked up my vehicle and then brought it back to me when it was done. Great service. Car wash would have given them a 5 star rating.

I took my Venue in for the first oil change after 6 months and over 5000 kms. It took a little longer than what I was quoted but it was ok. They did a thorough check of all necessary stuff and I was pleased with the service.

A Disastrous Experience at Yorkton Hyundai: Negligence and Refusal to Rectify Damage

I must express my profound disappointment and utter dismay with my recent encounter at Yorkton Hyundai, where I experienced not only abhorrent service but also the outright refusal to address the damage caused to my rims during a simple tire rotation. This review serves as a warning to potential customers and a stern call for improvement from the dealership.

From the outset, my expectations were high, as I had booked an appointment for a tire rotation and engine filter change one month in advance. Regrettably, these expectations were dashed as soon as I noticed the deplorable condition of my rims upon retrieving my vehicle. Deep scratches and visible damage were evident, indicating a severe lack of care and competence from the service team.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the dealership staff, I expected a sense of responsibility and a willingness to address the problem. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Despite providing clear evidence of the damage and explaining the timeline of events, the staff denied any responsibility without even giving it a fair examination. The blatant refusal to even acknowledge their potential fault is a testament to their indifference towards customer satisfaction.

To add insult to injury, the promised engine filter change, which was explicitly included in the service appointment, was conveniently overlooked and not performed. This flagrant breach of their commitment, even after scheduling the service well in advance, is inexcusable and indicates a lack of integrity and respect for their customers' time.

The lack of accountability, coupled with the audacious disregard for customer concerns, highlights the serious deficiencies in the dealership's management and service protocols. It is evident that Yorkton Hyundai is more interested in quick turnover and revenue generation than in providing top-notch service and genuine customer care.

I strongly advise any prospective customers to exercise caution when considering Yorkton Hyundai for their automotive needs. This dealership's callous approach towards customer grievances and unwillingness to address their mistakes should serve as a warning sign to stay away. There are plenty of reputable dealerships that genuinely value their customers and prioritize the quality of their service.

In conclusion, my experience with Yorkton Hyundai was nothing short of abhorrent. The damage caused to my rims during a simple tire rotation, combined with the refusal to acknowledge responsibility or provide the promised service, has left me disillusioned and deeply dissatisfied. Yorkton Hyundai must undergo significant changes in its approach to customer service if it wishes to redeem its tarnished reputation. Unfortunately we cannot cover damaged items brought in damaged. This was explained. We always do our best to take care of our customers, had it been something we had done. Demanding money only, on something that came in severely damaged is not something any business would do.

Reply: I completely understand that the item was already damaged when brought in. However, that dosen't mean you can put more damage on it and have no accountability over it. And I also don't think declining to install the air filter we were waiting for, due to its unavailability during the appointment, even tho the appointment was booked super early and not completing the service, is something any business would do.

I will be giving two stars to Yorkton Hyundai. I should give zero but I will be generous. Why only two stars though?

1. They charge so much on the parts to the point they are ripping off their clients. Example: They charge $180 for one break caliper. You can buy the same product from online for cheaper price. All you have to do is make sure the part is compatible with your car. Basically SEARCH HARD and WINDOW SHOP.

2. The parts and service were disrespectful towards their clients if the clients will going to provide with the parts and only asking for labor price. They even have an audacity to laugh at their clients (in disrespectful way) and telling and scaring the client that the car parts will not work JUST because their client will supply the parts.

3. Their labor prices are ridiculously expensive as well. Yeah sure if you have warranty in your car, go ahead to Hyundai and let them fix it. But if your car doesn't have any warranty, it will be so expensive that they basically ripping off the costumers.
