One of the most unprofessional sales persons I have had the unfortunate pleasure to meet.
Right from entrance to exiting. Unwilling to ask how they can help and not willing to show any vehicles. Sales person said they have no vehicles. As I clearly seen not just one but several in the lot with sales tags on them. I understand this is a trying time for sales persons because of the global chip shortage of vehicles available in this market but a little professionalism goes a long way. I look forward to purchasing a new Toyota product but I guarantee it will not be from this dealership!

I am from Winnipeg and I purchased a new vehicle from Yorkton Toyota over the phone. The dealership was easy to deal with and Rob Black, Sales manager assisted me with completion of this transaction. We picked up our new vehicle in person and it was smooth and worries free. While there, we dealt with Blair Chyz in Sales and Dennys Kryski in Finance. On Monday July 12th 2021 as I was getting ready to leave from my hotel room when I noticed I had a flat tire on my 2019 Rav4. I took the Rav4 to the Toyota dealership in Yorkton and the service advisor (I believe her name was Lynda) looked after having my tire repaired and handed me the keys with a smile and said " there you go and have a nice day "
NO CHARGE! She was very professional and quick to look after me.
I work at a Toyota dealership in British Columbia and was very impressed with the service I received. I hope the management of the Yorkton dealership realize the great service advisor they have.
