The one receptionist that was there last fall was unpleasant, but once I never had to deal with her again, all i can say is WOW! Dr. Adetola helped me get pregnant, and ended up becoming my doctor at the end and listened to me. I am young, so I expected to go to a fertility doctor and be judged and scuffed off. She never once made me feel out of place.

I dont know why people keep talking wrong about, such a wonderful Doctor.
She is a very good lady, concerning, kind, awesome, decent, what all good words I use for her will be less to mention here.
Have patience and listen what the doctor wants you to follow.
Rest, all will fall in place.

She is fantastic

Awful experience with Adetola. No emphaty, No quality of care, we were back on the time frame that she wasn't expecting us and you can tell as soon as she got us from the lobby she wasn't happy. It is more likely an expression that we are wasting her time. Then by the time you're in the room with her trying to raise your concerns she got this tone of her voice that she's frustrated because you didn't follow her instructions although why we came back because something concerns me. Very poor for a fertility doctor not to listen to your patients needs. Let me walk out of the room crying without apologizing. If you only have the voice in this case Adetola why be a fertility doctor? You have no empathy for your patients.

Absolutely awful experience, went for 2 procedures and had so much confusion with dates and follow up one of the procedures she showed up an hour late because she forgot she worked that day, then had a resident do my procedure and I bled for so many hours and the doctor never made notes to my family doctor about the procedure and that was in February then the receptionist kept hanging up or saying I have the same procedure scheduled in august because the doctor forgot I had it done. For being scared about never having kids and already scared to deal with this negligence has made me extremely self conscious and absolutely bitter towards this clinic. STAY AWAY.

Had appointment, Dr. Spent 10 minutes with me had no time, I needed insurance paper filled out he had no time for that either. Seemed he treated his patients like cattle, just wanted to see as many patients as he could, so he could make more money think he lacked empathy. Won't have steady patients that way. Would no recommend him to anyone.

I attribute my overall enjoyable 1st pregnancy experience admist a pandemic to both Dr. Adetola and her kind receptionist. Both were always warm and welcoming for every single visit. Even surprised me at the hospital after my son was born. Grateful to this day, as I've heard many horror stories. ️

This clinic is absolutely pathetic! Save your time and find yourself a different doctor! Both the doctor and the receptionist are so unorganized and unprofessional. My sister waited 6 months for this appointment and they didn’t even call to notify her. She had to call and find out when her appointment was. Before her procedure she took her meds the dr. Prescribed her and when she got to her appointment the doctor said this was just a consultation! Never bothered to tell her that it wasn’t the actual procedure. Drove six hours

Dr. Adeotolla is really generous doctor. He actively listens to all the problems and would give best advice possible. He makes sure that patient is feeling comfortable and he solves the problems.

I was told I was booked an appointment for a colposcopy (I had to call the clinic myself after 4 months of waiting) they only then told me I had an appointment. I took work off and had to drive 3 hours to Regina for this appointment (and 3 back) and paid for a prescription medication to take prior. Once I got there I was told the appointment was only a consultation (10 min conversation) which could have been done over the phone! Terrible communication towards the patient … I wasted a work day and a lot of gas money because of staff not communicating. If I had been told it was just a consult I would have requested a phone call appointment…
