Had dental surgery done and I'm a big chicken but they took their time, and it was a positive experience

Amazing. Came in to see if they could fix my tooth and they wjere able to do it right away. Given on how busy they where, they still made time for me. Would not go to any other place but Riverstone Dental!

As someone who gets very nervous going to the Dentist, I really appreciated the way they were able to make my visit comfortable.

I am Gordon's wife, Corliss Burke, and would like to comment on the service I received from Dr. Samuel Van Sterthem and his assistant, Charmainne. I had a rather difficult and complicated root canal performed, and I was very pleased with the way the procedure was done, and with the result. Dr. Samuel and Charmainne are extremely conscientious. They took my procedure seriously, and they worked together so smoothly as a team.

Dr. Samuel carefully explained the procedure to me, and was very considerate in constantly moderating my pain level (which was 0 throughout the procedure). Charmainne was so supportive, providing an additional comforting gesture, through a gentle touch on my arm, during one or two stressful moments. She never left me in the room alone, even while we were waiting for the freezing to work, asking if I was OK at various points along the way. She quietly supported Dr. Samuel's work throughout the procedure, while monitoring my status throughout.

I have total confidence in Dr. Samuel and Charmainne, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience it was to be a patient of them both. Eventhough it is not how I wanted to spend my time on Valentine's Day, I couldn't be happier with the service and the result. I believe they are both dedicated to excellence and professionalism in all that they do. Ashley is the best hygienist to have ever worked on my teeth. She was recommended to me after a string of terrible experiences that had me avoiding the dentist all-together. She manages to combine being professional, informative, real, funny and mega gentle into a cleaning - how, I’m not sure! I hope she never leaves <3 (I should add that I really appreciate the other staff there as well!).

Everything from the friendliness of the front-desk staff, to the quality of the office space, the treatment and the care was all top notch. My hygienist, Catherine, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and communicated everything she was doing clearly, so if you're the type of person who is nervous at the dental office, I would highly recommend this place (and Catherine herself, if possible, but I hear all of the hygienists are great).

Always on time. Every single staff person is friendly and happy to be there. Their work is thorough and comfortable, and the payment process is seamless. If one has to go to a dentist.this is the one.

Loralee is the BEST dental hygienist. She is very careful and concise, sure makes getting your teeth cleaned an awesome experience.

Incredible staff! Super duper friendly:) I often find at different types of health clinics that they're super stressed out and busy and that sometimes they might be a little bit rude or short with you but not here! Every single person I encountered was very kind and answered all of my questions with patience and thoughtful replies. So glad I picked them for my dental check ups and cleanings!

I chipped a molar. Riverstone Dental booked a checkup and repair for me within 2 days. Friendly service, modern equipment, very fast and easy. The cap is much flatter than the old tooth was though.oh well.

Riverstone is the best dental office. The staff are friendly and professional and the office and rooms are clean and modern. I had wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Choi and it hardly took any time at all, he’s the best dental surgeon in town in my opinion. The nurses were so gentle setting up my IV sedation and Palak at the front desk is kind, professional and super organized.

I really do need to get my teeth cleaned more regularly.

So great with kids! My son is almost 4 and they made him feel so welcome. The first visit they let him see all the tools and even squirt the water! Second visit was a polish and they were so patient and kind.

Appointment started at scheduled time. Dental technician was quick, and shared the latest scientific study information on how to maintain dental health.

All the personnel are very accomodating!?
Dr. Samuel Van is a very good dentist, he always make it sure that am comfortable and that not in pain.

From reception, hygienist, dentist assistant to the dentist, I felt a kind connection with everyone. They were all very welcoming and truly did an excellent job at helping me understand my dental needs. My first experience at Riverstone Dental was great and I look forward to my next visit which is something I don't usually say for the dentist!
