This was my first time i visited source to bought a new phone and a sim card. But there was a problem with my old sim as i ported my old number to new one but it didn’t worked. So in that case Joe helped me a lot and i found he is the best employee there all though, all the staff is very cooperative and friendly but Joe helped me a lot to solve the issue.

I went to the store looked around it was messy and garbage all behind their till
I went in for a phone stood at the phones and no one ask me if i need help or if I was interested in a phone but 2 people walked in a few minutes
after me they were greeted.guess they were important and i was not
Did not know who to ask as only one person had uniform on and he was busy

Super slow! Last time I was there I walked out because I waited over twenty minutes in line for service. Went in to buy a product that was available in store according to their website only to be told by staff 'our online inventory is pretty bad so you can't rely on it'. Not the first time this has happened. Guess I'll just order from Amazon as usual.
