Excellent service, good prices. We were well served. I note in a world of terrible customer service, these folks serve well!

We needed to replace the flooring in our bathroom. We were referred to Brayann through a friend at Puroclean. We hired them to both the shower surround and the tile floor.

The shower surround went perfectly! The tile floor had a few issues with spacing, however they were quick to send a crew out (Saturday evening/ Sunday afternoon) to rectify the issues. We couldn’t be happier with the service of both Action Flooring and their installation crew!

This would have been ranked as 1 Star, but Oshea was excellent to deal with. Everything with this flooring project went sideways. From not measuring correctly, to not installing correctly and delivery of product not needed. And putting their stuff on a $5K dinning table. Incorrect height for sub flooring, not installing toe kicks or baseboards correctly. The list went on. And then requested more money for items they said they did but didn’t. For example removal of toilet but didn’t touch the bathroom at all. Definitely wasn’t a win and the project took longer than expected.

We were impressed with Action Flooring from start to finish: they’re a big operation with a multi-layered approach so that nothing gets overlooked. And nothing did get overlooked. Their communication is flawless. Lindsay was great in the showroom, Russel came out for the quote and drew a map of the floor area where the new engineered hardwood was to be installed, and the map was so detailed, that I was practically sold from that point on. Though we got two other quotes from different companies, Action Flooring was far more detailed than the others; it wasn’t the cheapest, but it was more comprehensive, accommodating such needs as providing hard-to-find trim and stretching adjoining carpet. Next came the QC (Quality Control) guy, Edwin, and he came to advise what needed to be taken out in terms of subfloor, trim, and tile in order to prepare for the most trouble-free installation of the new floor. He and Russell came again to inspect the floor once the tear-out was completed to ensure the floor was level and advise what adjustments might be made. The delivery of the hardwood was flawless. The coup de grace, however, was the installer, Thomas who was bar-none, the best carpenter I’ve ever met. He laid down the hardwood as if it was for his own house. The cuts he made to work in the new flooring showed he loved the challenge to make the floor look the best it could. If ever there was a tradesman who plied his trade as an art form, it was Thomas. What an artisan. The job was a difficult one because of the age of our old house, the stairs, the tight corners, the small space, and the odd angles that were never really square. Not only was he meticulous, but he was efficient, fast, and methodical. Friendly and funny, too. The floors are everything we could hope for and we really felt that all the parts added up to something greater than the sum: Thanks Action Flooring, for a great experience!

Awesome! We went with Action Flooring for our whole house through a contractor after a disaster with another company. Let’s just say they saved the day! We were match with Karoline and she was amazing. Really fast turn around and knowledgeable. I asked her later on to help me find a carpet for my sister’s basement last minute and was amazed. Everything was done faster then expected and really high end quality. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs flooring and will go back when I need something else.

I've only experienced working with Action Flooring for a year, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring renos. They did an incredible job replacing the carpets/PVC in my apartment buildings. The entire process felt smooth with how transparent and knowledgeable the team was. The carpet layer was prompt in keeping me updated on his work and plans for completion. Our follow up inspection for any discrepancies was a peace of mind for me as a client. Action Floors did it right. It started from working with their sales team. Thanks Oshea! He helped me make the right choices for style, colors, and where needed upgrade for quality. They were also able to adapt when my better half decided that quartz countertops were very important. The installations group (thanks Kristina) completed things ahead of schedule and explained the order of how things were getting done. Last the installers I met on site were friendly, positive and took pride in the quality of their work.

Worked for them before in there old location fixing there installers screw ups so maybe this new location refreshed them hopefully might apply again but they only hire min wage no exp.

We had an excellent experience from the sales side right through to the installation. Leeanne was very responsive and answered all clarifications without delay. The installation from Andrew was superior and met all our expectations! The attention to detail is amazing. We love our new floors! I would highly recommend Action Flooring for all your flooring needs.

If you want your flooring to take 1 year, 3 weeks and 6 days to complete, then absolutely go with Action Flooring. There were times I went 5,6 or even up to 8 weeks without hearing a word from them. Their mistakes ended up changing the complete aesthetic of my home. The end result is only satisfactory, that's the best I can say. The sub-trades they hire are incompetent. They sent a man to my home who cleaned up INSIDE by using a LEAF BLOWER! To clear the dust in his path. They told me on a Friday they would be there Monday, and please remove our toilet. We did so Sunday night. They came back 5 weeks later, leaving my family of 4 with one toilet for 5 weeks. The exception is T. O'G (I won't publish his name), who did the finishing woodwork. His work was exemplary, the only bright spot and seemingly the only one who cared about his work. Why would I need woodwork for a new vinyl floor you ask? Because they botched the job so badly, the whole design had to change half-way through the project. This company does not care, they say sorry over and over and over, but they aren't. It should not take 392 days to complete a vinyl floor install, and yet, IT DID. 392 days! We have dubbed this company "Inaction Flooring" in our house. Look elsewhere, don't let the fancy showroom fool you.

Ron was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for some supplies in a pinch. He went above and beyond to get the supplies I needed on a tight time frame. Very much appreciated.

The flooring was put know well. Very disorganized. Several different start dates. Baseboard installer sitting in his car for four hours first day then came back several more times saying he had finished the baseboards but missed 3 spots in the basement. Not enough baseboards or flooring ordered. We were told it would be about two weeks, it was over 2 months. The baseboards guy did extra work patching extra holes and smoothing the walls. I got blamed for this. To which I replied I am at work they should know what to do. They asked me for my phone number never called. Asked everyday for there money and I had to tell them three times when the job is done I will sign off. They finished I signed off never heard from them again to ask how the work was nothing.

I've dealt with Action Flooring 3 times now and have been very impressed with the entire process. The latest time was to install tile flooring. From Andreia who helped me find what I was looking for (no small feat), to my installer, Wood and then finally to Kristina who followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Action Flooring to anyone looking for floors

Great experience dealing with Action Flooring throughout sales, estimating, and delivery aspects of the project The installers (Mo and his brother) were very polite and professional and did a fantastic job including clean up.
Would definitely shop at Action Flooring again.

Without giving away details or names. Let me tell you a similar story, Allegorically!

We ordered our meal at McDonalds and were told it would take three minutes to prepare, so we waited in the parking lot.

After 15 minutes one of the employees comes out and brings us half of our meal. They are not sure what happened to the other half.

So we wait some more and then we go in again and again to ask where the rest of our order is - they don't know.but they offer us a free Big Mac to compensate us.

When they bring the Big Mac out to us it is apparent that someone had taken a bite out of the sandwich. (What!? I know, right!) So we refuse to accept.

Finally, after an hour of waiting (remember this is an allegory of actual events), the other half of our order arrives. We are relieved and thankful. And not to forget the offer of a free sandwich, they now give us a hamburger.

How many stars would you give for customer service like that?

Lots of designs for plumbing solutions, first contact staff not very friendly. But going there for a second for staff was helpful and professionally friendly. Prices are a combination of high and affordable

Not very happy. My floor is beautiful. Just everything else. Installer was not professional in his attitude product was delivered and put in my house when no one was home no permission given to enter home. Different transition was ordered that was more expensive and not agreed upon. 4 noses on steps were not put on.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Action Flooring has a great selection of good quality materials. The Sales team (we worked with Chris) was very knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and the finished product. When we wanted to do another reno a couple of years ago, we didn’t hesitate to visit Chris at Action Flooring again.

Horrible experience from the get go! The show room was beautiful however the people there don’t know how to do there jobs. Poor customer service. I knew which flooring which was great! I made arrangements with the sales lady for her to come and measure and she never showed! I called her to confirm and she said she unfortunately has no notes or appointment about me. She said she would love for me to come back in and discuss and then she would come out and measure but I declined and took my business elsewhere

There is nothing positive about Action Flooring. The Owner Dave and Manager Sean don’t care what so ever about your flooring needs. All they care about is money. Everything is fake about those 2. They are crooked. Will never do business with these 2 again. They screw you, lie to you and take all your money.

This company will scam you any chance they get. Did some work for Russell Borden he will rip of anyone he can for as much as he can. Stay away! The good reviews are done by staff. Always trying to steal left over building supplies from customers.

I would personally like to thank Brendan for the good job he did at my house. He was here on the 19th and 20th of December. He is very nice, efficient and clean! One day he was working alone and remained upbeat and dedicated to getting the job done. This employee should be valued!

Thanks Sean for all of your help along the way. We sincerely appreciate your diligence, meticulous attention and doing the very best you could on your part to help move things along for us. Despite supply issues and delays, you were exceptionally prompt with your replies and found us workable solutions. We would not hesitate to return for any flooring needs or recommend Action to friends and family.

We would also like to give special mention to Serge and Ivan for their part installing the vinyl plank on our main floor. We opted for a 45 degree angle on the floor and they did a masterful job. We are very pleased with the end result.

**review update - Action Flooring has taken appropriate measures to remedy this situation**
Action Flooring did a laminate install for us in the spring. It was a repair for water damage and only a portion of the underlay was damaged. When the installer was here to replace the laminate and underlay, he installed plastic under the laminate where the original underlay was damaged. We only discovered this today because we are having new flooring installed. This is horrible and so disappointing. Just because the customer cannot see it doesn't mean it should not be done properly.

I’d give a zero if I could. Terrible experience - talked to the receptionist when I walked in - she assured me someone would come help me after she aimlessly walked about the store showing me tile. Then three store workers proceeded to address everyone else in the store with the receptionist nowhere in sight as she was off helping someone else. I was ready to buy my tile and left with nothing in my hands. Terrible atmosphere, terrible service.

Competitive pricing. Despite some of the challenges due to Covid we were able to work through any issues with the help of their friendly staff and management. Supply only.

Honestly the only reason why they get one star is because there installers are very good. However the customer service from beginning to end is absolutely awful.from the sales team to the installation booking people there's no communication and very disorganized.

My wife and I were recommended Action Flooring by a friend. I’m not sure how my friend got such a good experience that he would recommend this company because I would never. We had nothing but problems. We are re doing our basement 1000 sqft. The whole process seemed rush. Our sales lady only showed us a couple of options and basically told us to choose right then and there so she can collect payment and order. It seemed like she just wanted to take my money as quickly possible. She came to our home and measured. It was very quick and not very personal. Seemed like she didn’t care. We decided on an option after she quoted us a very good price and she said that it would take about 2-3 weeks to get in which seemed reasonable. Well it’s week 5 and no one seems to be able to give me answers. It’s different excuses every time. At least have the same story. My wife has been dealing with this mostly and she has been saying that our sales lady has not returned any emails or phone calls. She’s been only dealing with reception it seems like because that’s all who will talk to her. She said she has asked for the manager and that every time he’s always unavailable. There’s just a big lack of communication with this company and it’s frustrating and I would never recommend this company.

I have just completed a second home renovation with the help of Action Flooring. The first time we shopped around a bit and decided to go with Action after checking out competitors. The second time we didn't give it a second thought and went straight to them. They're the best. From our initial consults with Marek, to the actual floor installations with Thomas and the rest of their contractors, the work was absolutely flawless. This company goes over and above with everything from start to finish. With 2600 square feet of flooring to figure out, it was no small feat. In all, we contracted them to do 3 bathroom floors, a tiled shower, and then about 2,000 square feet of hardwood. Marek helped us pick out materials that were classic, functional and in our budget. We had some very specific design ideas in mind and Marek was able to come up with economical options that look incredible. Having dealt with so many contractors lately, I'd also like to point out how timely and tidy they were. Our project was finished on time, everything looks great, and we couldn't be happier.

I walked into Action a couple of weeks ago and it was HORRIBLE. As a new client I was expected to be greeted and helped right away. The receptionist was great to deal with she said that she would grab someone for me right away in the meantime to look around and she pointed me towards the vinyl flooring. I waited for about 10 minutes for help and still no one came and helped. I went back to the receptionist and she said that she was looking for someone available. I found it hard to believe that there was no one to help in that time. Every office was filled and had a light on. There was a sales lady helping another couple and when she walked away i asked for her help and she was rude and said that she was not helping people on the floor today and she's only seeing her clients and walked away abruptly. After that I immediately walked out and will never walk back in. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had our flooring installed over a week ago.and I don't even know where to start. Never mind that we didn't get the carpet that we ordered (but that will come later). If you are thinking about going with Action Flooring, please read (but I warn you, it's long!)

The experience was awful from start to finish. We went with Action Flooring based on a recommendation and it was the biggest mistake we could have made.

We dealt with Karoline in the sales department. She was friendly enough but lacked social skills and rushed us through everything. She came to our house to do an estimate and was in and out in less than 10 minutes (other companies that came and did estimates were here for 45+ minutes).

Foolishly, we still went ahead with Action Flooring (as we were given a discount and it was our cheapest option.)

Lesson #1 learned: you get what you pay for. Anyways, they booked our install date for July 2nd. We agreed to this date, cancelled an upcoming camping trip, moved our furniture and painstakingly pulled the carpet, staples and cleaned the floors for the new carpet install.

The installers were supposed to come at 8: 30 AM on July 2nd. They had yet to show up by 10: 00 AM, so we called. We spoke with Carly who said, "Oh, they aren't coming today. I think I left you a message around 9: 30 AM" (she didn't). Within a 7 minute phone call, followed up by an email, we had three different excuses as to why they weren't coming. (Excuse #1: They didn't have the carpet. Excuse #2: They didn't cut the carpet. Excuse #3: The installers were hungover).

Lesson #2 learned: This should have been a red flag and we should have demanded our money back and gone elsewhere.

We went back and forth as to when the installers were going to come. She said "Monday", (July 5th) but refused to give us a time. I asked to speak with her supervisor. We then received a cryptic email that lacked professionalism, didn't address us and had no signature. We later found out that the general manager, Sean, was behind the email.

He confirmed the carpet would be installed - no delays - on Monday, July 5th.

Well - you know where this is going, don't you? ! July 5th came and we never heard from anyone. I finally placed a call and a different manager answered and had no clue a) that we were expecting installers and b) didn't know what carpet we needed.

We emailed Sean and he said "it's coming this afternoon, not to worry. " Well, it didn't. We are now without furniture, my kids have their beds and toys packed up and we are beyond frustrated.

Don't worry though, Sean was kind enough to offer us a $100 gift card to a restaurant (not of our choice, of course). We ended up fighting that and received a credit.

If you have gotten this far, you are probably wondering why we were dumb enough to continue doing business with this company. It's embarrassing to admit that we kept trusting them. Anyways, at this point we are fed up and decide we will pull our order. I place a call to Karoline (and two emails) that - to this day - have been left unanswered.

Fed up and without any answers, we move our mattresses back in the bedrooms so everyone has somewhere to sleep Monday night. We have no clue when anyone is coming and nobody is answering our calls and emails.

Tuesday, July 6th, we get a call at 10: 30 AM saying "We'll be there in 15 minutes". Great.except we aren't home. I rush home just in time.

Due to water damage, we were faced with trying to replace a large section of existing flooring in our condo. We initially dealt with a number of on-site office staff at Action Flooring on 50th St.and they were all full of energy and ready to help. Tanya Paproski became our sales rep, cheerfully offered a consult at our condo and completed the quote in a timely and professional way. She was also able to locate water-resistant flooring with a cork underlay in the same pattern we required. There were a couple of delivery hitches (thus 4 stars not 5) but materials and installation were all in all completed by if not slightly before the original promise date. Tanya followed up re the install to ensure we were satisfied. One final comment: kudos to Matt our installer for his gung ho can do attitude. I highly recommend Action Flooring on the basis of our experience.

We had an excellent experience in selecting our flooring, even amid covid restrictions. The choices and expertise from our sales professional was above and beyond. When it came to installation, scheduling conflicts arose, and were rapidly identified, addressed, and rectified by the team at action flooring, leaving us well within schedule for completion of our project. The installer, Eric, was efficient and professional, and his attention to detail on our project speaks volumes. I will wholeheartedly recommend Action Flooring for interior flooring installation needs, and will be using them again.

I recently had a well experienced installer named Shawn Hunter come and do the floors in a unit I'm renting, his edges were perfectly straight and around doors and obstacles everything was emacualte. This floor will honestly last longer then 30 years super happy he did my floors.

If you don't slide across your new floors like Tom Cruise in Risky Business you picked the wrong floors. I picked the right one's thanks to Action Flooring. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brayann and Carly. Both are great at communicating & answering your questions. They also do well in following up with questions, answers, and issues if they arise. A sample of my floor was brought to Action Flooring and Brayann lined up some pretty good comparable flooring for me to view even before I arrived. I had some questions about luxury vinyl and she answered everything. The thing I liked was Brayann never tried to steer me into choosing a floor they needed to sell. The choice was 100% mine and I took samples to test for a few days. When I spoke with Carly she was fantastic with scheduling the install crew, adjusting around my schedule, and letting me know if something came up. She always sounds so cheery on the phone which is nice because I was under a lot of stress. After my floors were installed Carly asked if I had seen them in all their glory yet. She genuinely seemed excited for me. It's the little, subtle things with service that separate Action Flooring from good to great.

I walked into Action based off how nice the building and showroom was. As soon as I walked in there was a gloomy feeling. The owner whom he introduced himself later as Dave the owner - I saw yelling at employees. Great first impression of being professional. He seemed unbothered by treating the employees like garbage. Really unprofessional.
The lady at the front desk was really helpful and it was amazing to me how quick she put herself together to help a client after being yelled at by the owner. She seemed super knowledgeable about the flooring. However at the end of the conversation she gave me the owners card and told me that he would be able to help me following this. However I declined as I don’t want to work with someone who thinks it’s okay to treat there employees in front of clients that way. Do not do business with Action Flooring and after reading other bad reviews that involve the management and customer service I would never come back to action flooring.

Very satisfied with the flooring and installation for my home gym. Paul was very easy to communicate with and came to my home to measure the area and show me the best product to use. Bob the installer took his time to figure out the best lay out. The finished product looks amazing

Paul is a front line gem, an asset to the company. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He has a terrific experiential background, a great deal of knowledge about his products, super suggestions when asked. Paul is very organized, articulate, mild mannered, an extremely good listener and a great professional support throughout the process of buying a new carpet and Lino.

If there was an option to pick -5 starts I would.without a question the WORST customer experience I have ever had as a retail customer.

A flooding dishwasher caused damage to our existing hardwood and resulted in our first vinyl plank installation. We had shopped around and received 3 quotes. We were really happy with the service and products at Action. Our home has a sunken living room and dining room, and Action offered a custom stair nosing made from the vinyl plank (as opposed to generic stair nosing in a different material, which was all that was offered at the other 2 places that quoted) which really finished the look and really made it appear to be hardwood flooring.

We are back buying flooring for a different property. Karoline has been outstanding to work with on both jobs, helping us find a lovely product that works within our budget and timelines. Highly recommend Action Flooring & Design Abilities.

Every member of the sales team, were welcoming, professional and had strong knowledge on the products they sell. Their installers are well trained and can complete the work in a timely fashion with minimal inconvenience.

I’d buy from them again.

There were quite a few delays with the installation affecting my ability to re-list my rental property as available by more than a month. These delays and the causes for them have since been addressed either directly by their team or by other arrangements. Due to the delays even post adjustments I can't leave a 5 star review but it no longer is justified by a 1 star review.

Really bad experince working with action flooring. Their unprofessional attitude was the worst i have ever seen, also they are treating their employees like a garbage. Do not do any business with this company!

We are so incredibly happy so far with the services we have received from Action Flooring. First of all, we’d like to say how excellent the service has been from the sales and design person, Brayann. Her expertise in helping us choose our flooring has been so appreciated. Part one has been completed with our carpet, by Mo and his brother Nathan. Such kind individuals who did an excellent job and took their time while remaining very efficient. Now for part two, which is the LVP. It’s a huge decision to choose flooring, but this team has made it so much easier! Thanks to all who we have dealt with at Action Flooring!

I've had the opportunity to work with two professionals from Action Floors - Marek (Action Flooring) and Jeanine (Design Abilities). Marek was helpful and the hardwood we ordered was delivered and installed when promised. (Installers Constantine and his wife were wonderful - this is the second time we have used them).
Jeanine from Design Abilities was the very personification of patience and good humour as she helped my husband and I navigate through the sometimes overwhelming choices in window treatments. The job was finished on time as promised and everything looks great. Thanks to all of you!

Good selection of flooring, however I used their installation services, that was a mistake. Rushed job. Everywhere I walk, the floors crackle. I was told the floor wasnt properly cleaned underneath before laying down the flooring.

Action Flooring was great in helping with my Reno. Their sales team was prompt and competitive with the numbers and the installation team did a bang-up job.

Absolutely terrible. I had tried to place a order for a specific flooring that I needed for the water damages to my house that I sold since mid feb in time for possession day. Called them multiple times as they were the one who installed it. The lady Mel was the one that was helping me but never got a answer for me. When she did call me back it was always “ let me get back to you when I find out with the manufacturer”. Been going around in circles but was never able to order me the right laminate flooring. I had the Exact model number too but was never able to get it resolved. I called another place due to my frustration and they called me back within a hour and had what I needed ordered in a week. Wouldn’t go here unless your okay waiting for weeks.

Not sure what kind of business needs to sell anything from coat hangers to kitchen sinks on Kijiji to stay in business? But if they sell flooring like they sell kitchen sinks I'm not sure what kind of flooring service they'll provide!

I think I got sick with the wrong type of flooring for a bathroom basement. All I had to do was match the same type of vinyl I sourced before but wasnt able to source any

From start to finish, an excellent experience. The Designers are very helpful, the installer brothers were awesome and the follow up was very good as well.

I recently visited Action Flooring in hopes of finding some insight on redesigning my master bathroom and kitchen with modernized tile. I visited numerous flooring stores before, and found that Action Flooring goes above and beyond to help their clients. The staff is amazing especially, Ashley. She put in a significant amount of time to help me find the perfect tile that contrasts the rest of my home. She is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Action Flooring to all my family, friends and colleagues.

I highly recommend Action Flooring. Sales rep Paul Cadrin was an a true professional from start to finish. Not only did he communicate throughout the entire process but he ensured i was completely satisfied before it came to payment. A nice experience!

Terrible service. I had them install tiles in my bathroom. They dropped a tile and chipped my tub and would do nothing to rectify it. They are in it for the money. The hell with the customer.

Our painters referred us to Lauren Hunt at Action Flooring to select paint colours and replacement carpet. We sincerely appreciated Lauren's knowledge and experience in helping to pick carpeting (colour, style, quality) and coordinating paint colours.

Lauren's selections provided the foundation for subsequent renovations conducted by their sister organization Design Abilities - Jacqueline Slifka, for drapes, countertops and backsplash. Jacqueline's professionalism and experience were critical in guiding our choices and maintaining tight timelines.

The final result is a beautifully coordinated new look throughout our home. We could not be more pleased with the work of these two organizations!

Lauren from Action Floor really helped us out with our reno when we were looking for flooring, tiles, etc. She has a lot of knowledge about flooring and what will work or not work for our needs. I’d like to thank Lauren from Action Flooring for her help in getting me the perfect floor. I needed a very specific list of things to be met, and her recommended floor was spot on. I wanted a vinyl plank that was easy to install, could be used in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, was very light color, and looked like marble, and needed high rating for acoustic transmission as it was for an apt condo. We had been to several stores looking for something suitable to no avail. When my wife showed up to look at the selection at Action Flooring, the one Lauren suggested was exactly what Mary had spotted as well, and as soon as I saw it I knew it was the one. I loved it so much I got enough for my house too.
The warehouse guys were super helpful too when I arrived to pick it up, and helped me load it into my car. Thank you Lauren and Action Flooring for the great product.

Our new bathroom floors looked so good we decided to do the kitchen as well. Staff at the store were professional and helpful and really knew what they were doing - and reacted well when we found out I had made some errors in measuring the spaces! The installer, Kelly, who was at our house for a few days (because of my mis-measurement causing us to order more tile from Calgary) did an amazing job - the floors look incredible. When I re-carpet my basement in a few months, I'm definitely going back to Action.

Action Flooring replaced some flooring at the Ronald McDonald House following a flood. It looks spectacular. Their representative Lauren Hunt is knowledgeable, friendly and available for help and advice.

We had them install carpet, vinyl plank and tile in our home and they all look amazing. They were so easy to work with and answered all my questions very quickly. The flooring selection at the showroom is so huge and the prices are very affordable.

We were very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail Christine provided us.
It took us some time to decide on the correct samples, but we were very well taken care of.
We used Action for our Kitchen Reno in our condo and they did an outstanding job.
They completed the tile floor and back splash in the kitchen.
We were so happy with the work and value for money, we subsequently had our living and dining rooms converted to laminate.
Excellent installation!
Sometime later we had them replace all the carpet in the bedrooms and loft.
Again, great value for money, very good workmanship and timely installation.
They also completed a couple of repairs on the laminate previously installed, even though it was out of warranty.
