Excellent customer service and pricing. Both Tanya and Tricia were very easy to deal with, not to mention the always friendly reception. Great product, great pricing. Got all our main floor flooring as well as 90% of the tile for our house and are extremely happy with the final product, they also installed the tile in the showers and for the fireplace. Had some hiccups with deliveries taking longer than expected, but nothing that they could have done about it, and they were active in trying to get it to show up as soon as they could. If you need something for your project, look here first!

Best flooring company in Central AB. Looked at 6 different flooring companies as well as all hardware stores and couldnt compare. Great team, working with Tanya has been great. If you need flooring, this is your place! I deeply appreciate Dillon and how understanding he was. I was having a hard time finding tile to match my front office at my shop. He listened to my needs and offered great options. He really understood what I was looking for and even though I didn’t know all the terminology. They had stock in an item that worked perfectly for me as an alternative. He let me take a piece of the lay down flooring to make sure it looked okay. It looked fantastic! I purchased flooring the same day at a great price! I appreciated him loading my tile and lay down flooring in my vehicle! Also the other two ladies that greeted me were so nice and made me feel welcome. All around a great experience and I will be returning to redo my front office as well when I have a little more $$ Thank you!

Visited 3 other carpet and flooring stores in Red Deer and Action was by far the most competitive overall. Their selection was somewhat limited as a satellite office of the main Edmonton branch but this did provide access to a full selection of carpeting at competitive pricing. The installer Abdul is very skilled and did an awesome job.

Rod was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process.

I needed some stair nosing for a DIY project and Brooke was super helpful. Even though my job was small and I was using leftover materials from a previous project, Brooke spent the time to explain my different nosing options, pick out a colour to match the flooring I already had and gave me some tips for installing on my own. They had a lot of product choices, great knowledge and customer service and very reasonable prices!

I've had a great experience from start to finish. Super friendly staff and VERY competitive prices. Sean, Brooke, Josh everyone has been super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

We tried to purchase products from Action flooring Red Deer and the manager was great but we had a problem with the main branch in Edmonton. They did not pay their supplier and instead of 2 to 3 day delivery it turned into 8 to 9 days at which point we cancelled due to other contractor time lines. The manger at Red Deer store tried in vain to contact the main store to resolve the issue but they would not pick up and ignored her requests. Jenny went way out of her way to help us but in the end we cancelled the order with her help and were able to secure a great deal with End of the roll. I give the Edmonton action flooring a negative 3 and Jenny manger of the Red deer branch 5 stars for professionalism and good customer service. If it is in stock in Red Deer she is the one to deal with, if it has to go through Edmonton than look else where. Thank you Jenny for trying so hard.
