Had a fantastic time dealing with the staff. I had an issue getting my hands on super rare / out of date Stucco supplies and they not only had it but walked me through the best practice for application. Ben was great, understood my needs and found the exact solutions I needed. Highly recommend these guys.

Costumer service over the phone is sub par.not at all helpful.on the other hand is a good store with lots of tools.

This place is without a doubt the best place that you can go to get drywall tools from T squares two screw guns two pouches hammers drywall lifters safety glasses Dives extra blades. They have such a wide selection of things that are needed for the trade they also have a nice of selection sturdy benches 2 foot benches 2 and 1/2 foot benches 3 ft 4 ft all the way up to five foot benches. Every time I visit this place it's like Christmas I absolutely love it. The girls at the desk always treat me kind and with respect and are knowledgeable about their products. I can almost guarantee there's not another place in Calgary that you will find that will have this big of a selection answer you this way these guys are awesome I don't have enough good things to say about these people. The location is a little bit out of the way but it is always worth the travel I guarantee it

It has consistently been my opinion that he folks at Alberta Drywall, Stucco and Stone are nothing less than the BEST in the Calgary market. They sell quality tools and materials for professionals at the most competitive prices you'll find in this city.
It has also been my observation that the staff here truly understand the industry, the needs of their customers and the trades they supply. Furthermore it has been my experience that these folks treat even their smaller account clients with the same respect and consideration as the big guys.

I called to see if they had a product and the women that answered the phone said they did so I rushed over and found out they didn't. Put me out as I came from across the city for nothing

Great service all around! The selection of specific tools is probably the best in Canada but the service at the front with that girl and and when I get loaded is wonderful. Great knowlege and when they don't have the anwsers I need, witch is rare, they seem to always be able to find them. I think the showroom needs updating and taken into future but stock is organized.

I am an ex-employee of ADSS Building Supplies, Calgary but still feel myself as part of ADSS family because of the best treatment i got for all the 3 years of my working tenure with the company. Their clients are most important to them and they try their best to provide best service to them every single time. Staff is well-trained and have expertise to resolve customer queries efficiently and in timely manner. There is perfect coordination between front desk, yard and delivery teams. I phoned to ask if they were hiring experienced delivery guys and asked what they were paying and he scoffed at me and said if I'm asking what wage they pay then I'm not right for them and he hung up on me. Maybe they have good customer service but by the sounds of it, you wouldn't want to work there as a delivery guy

Great collection and very friendly staff. The staff listened to my special needs very patiently which was really a refreshing experience as most of the big brands around doesn't have enough floor staff to help the customers. All the best.

Their website says open Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3: 30pm. Drove 60 km to get there at 2: 15 pm only to find out they are closed! Sign at the gate says closes at 2pm on Saturday and closed all day on Sunday! What a waste of time. Phone just rings and rings and no voicemail whatsoever.

I am new to the Adex EIFS system. First off, the front end staff went out of their way to help me understand the system and were very patient with my questions. As well, they were very friendly and welcoming.

Where the rubber really hit the road for me was with the yard staff. Ben works the yard but also has been an EIFS installer for years. At each step of the install, Ben has guided me and provided me with really good tips that you just don't get from the technical specs. As well, he clearly cares, which frankly is unusual for many employees that are working yards (Ben really wanted to see pictures of the project so that he could make suggestions).

I enjoy my visits to ADSS as I know I'll learn something new.
