We were ignored when we arrived in showroom! Then eventually someone helped us but was really not helpful or interested, in fact disappeared we had to find them again! Arrange a quote.
That happened two weeks ago have heard nothing since! Really shabby! Plenty off other flooring specialist out there.
Give this place a no go don’t deserve your business,

Amazing people! They always take care of people first and then money! In today's world it's very hard to find such team of people who would take time to understand customer side of the story. From the time we had our first walk through the doors, Things had a great start. Had wonderful experience dealing with Doug and Sanjia!

Top Notch! Best team out there MO and Chris are awesome to deal with Mo is a work horse, he demoed our bathroom all by himself in no time. Myles was great to deal with getting different quotes and ideas. The tile installer ilie is the best in the business. Fair and straight forward any renos I would pick After eight hands down.

Ruth is efficient in following up on my concerns with my problem and found ways to solve it and she did schedule an appointment for service. I got a call from Dwayne and informed his concerns that has to do something unavoidable. He still came said time and did a wonderful job. It was a great and experience. Your company is blessed to have these two professional individuals. My thanks to them and I will recommend this company for future reference.

Had carpet installed at our house. Had to take off the doors ourselves for the installer. Lots of carpet material was left and jobsite was not cleaned afterwards. In the process of selling the place and the final product does not look good without us having to clean their mess.

Just finished developing our basement and we are very happy with the final result. Both the tiler and carpet installer were easy to deal with and their work speaks for itself.

Kathi was great and kept us informed through the whole process. We installed under carpet heat which made it a little harder to coordinate but everything came together nicely.

We dealt with After Eight for out renovation carpet and tile, a few years back. Very happy with the original project, and service followup. We're back now to recarpet the basement.

Complete incompetence from After Eight. Buyer beware. Who misses pricing in the glass on a tiled shower reno? Prepare for changes with this company. This is echoed by my neighbor across the street who was surprised with a $1200 plumbing bill after the fact.who doesn't price in plumbing on a bathroom upgrade? This was only the tip of the iceberg for us. For my project, they said they'd have a quote in 2 weeks, took them almost 2 months and they blamed it on COVID and industry changes. I called and in the same day got a hold of their plumbing supplier who was supposedly causing the problrm, this unfortunately was a lie per their supplier. AFTER Eight said they could fit my original budget after measuring it and telling me it was a simple job, then overpirced it by almost $10K. There were some minor changes to scope which we agreed to which should have accounted for maybe about 1k tops (i.e. Tiling extended to the ceiling vs.at window bottom height around the bath only). Its a real shame, they started out so cordial. They failed to deliver to their promises. I have all the history, emails and texts to substantiate. A massive waste of our time with trips to and from their store.

Update June 16,2021: Saw their reply below and at least it's polite, thanks, I'll give credit for this. You can see the way they play though. Truth is I told them they needed to meet our budget or it wouldn't work. He sends an email the next day saying they "can't take the job on at this time. " It's posturing. We weren't coming back. My neighbor who had to pester them to get the tiling done given interruptions and was surprised by the plumbing charges After Eight "forgot" told me to walk away sooner and is not impressed with their poor business practices.

We have carpet from here and it is awful! Was worn after just 3 months! We had aftereignt come look at it and the guy said yes it was clearly worn but it was our fault because we didn't wear socks and slippers without rubber bottoms! Can you even buy slippers without rubber bottom, s? They said we were responsible for the carpet because the oils from, our feet wrecked it lol like seriously? I got carpet in my bedroom so I could feel it warm on my feet when I got out of bed. Awful product and even worse service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After an unexpected and poorly timed city sewage backup ruined our basement the week before Christmas, we were left scrambling to put our home back together over the holidays. We connected with Adam at After Eight Interiors and both he and April did everything in their power to not only ensure we received beautiful new flooring, but managed to have it supplied and installed in record time. Their installers were friendly, patient in answering our questions and were finished faster than you could blink. We could not be more in love with our unexpected basement renovation and would recommend After Eight to anyone looking to give their home a facelift! Best service ever!

Great customer service and love that they now have a clearance centre next door. They have a great selection and really good pricing.

Easy and lots of selections.was a fun and simple to match colors with tiles to flooring and wall colors. I went in with many ideas and left same day with what I wanted. Lots of great advice from my staff assistant

After Eight has done two renovations on our home and both times the quality of the work was excellent. They were responsive to changes and fixed small problems quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend After Eight for their expertise, the quality of the work and great customer service.

After Eight and their service team brought my tile and grout back to life while repairing some tiles as well as water damaged hardwood floors. I was very happy with the results!

They also installed new hardwood in my den, I am so happy with the color match and install!

After Eight installed the laminate flooring in my new build home. 1.5 years later the seams were all soft and coming up. They used to have a satisfaction gaurantee on their website and when I emailed them about it I never recieved a response.
