ALIGO Rent A Car ( Edmonton)

It was a great experience with aligo rent A car. All thanks to Tracy and Rhonda. They make it really easy for us to get a car.

Rhonda and Tracy were fabulous! We were in and out in 10min with a rented truck. We were in a jam and they helped out immensely! Would 100% recommend Aligo going forward!

Tracy and Rhonda were fantastic. They provided me with an immediate ride to the airport. Customer service was top of the rental companies No waiting around for a shuttle. The car was amazing as the pricing, I would use this company again. I highly recommend!

The ladies Tracy and Rhonda here at Aligo were very helpful friendly! I booked the rental the same day I called in, n I got availability with ride service from the airport that was fantastic, it was easy to arrange, and very well priced!

This was an EXCELLENT experience even though we can’t pick up the car right away at the airport. Because of that, the rental price was cheaper than other companies. We needed to call the office when arrived and someone (Diane) picked us up from the airport to the office. Diane was friendly and the ride from the airport to the office was smooth. The car that picked us up was the one that we were going to drive, so we didn’t need to move our luggage in and out. The office location was also convenient; it was a ten minute drive to the airport, and was close to the gas station and hotels. Tracy, the manager, explained everything very clearly. I would definitely consider this car rental company next time when I come to Edmonton.

If you could choose -1 I would. Honestly I have never encountered a more rude person. My cousin rented a vehicle from this company. He came in from California and wasn’t aware that the company was not on the airport. He said that he told the manager Tracy that his return flight was very early in the morning, and wanted to arrange a way to return the truck safely. He was told that he could drop the keys off in a lock box. There was no lock box and the toll free number on their business card did not allow him to speak to anyone. Long story short, he decided to leave the car in my driveway so he could return back to California. Apparently Aligo rent a car is closed on Sunday, so I called them Monday to collect their truck. My cousin who was back in California called them also, and the manager Tracy kept insisting that the truck needs to be returned to them and they were unable to pick it up from my driveway here in Edmonton. I then called the manager to arrange for the return of the truck and this woman was very rude telling me it was none of my business when I asked why there was no way or system by which to return vehicles off office hours. I then told her that if it was not my business then I need her to get the vehicle off my property. She called back to say she would come to pick up the truck in 20 mins. She came to my home banged on the door, even though there was a door bell. She very rudely asked for the keys for the truck and left. I caution people who are travelling to be very careful, and ensure that you are clear on how to return your vehicle off hours. This lady has no business in a customer service industry. I have to apologize to my cousin for her extreme discourtesy. It’s an absolute shame.
