Horrible scammers. Second time I fill tank b4 drop off and get charge a 40$ fueling fee using night drop. Can’t be trusted chk yiur cc if u use these guys. Will never use again hate the feeing of being ripped off. Guy running that place has no business in customer service didn’t even do walk around when I rented then charge me 40$ after I filled it b4 drop off. Pure garbage!

Raj is the best person working there. He really made our anniversary special by understanding our needs. He is very dedicated and loves customer service, helping people. We booked dodge charger 3 months ago and on reaching there we got small nissan car and that was dirty but at this location when we met Raj and explained him, he was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make our vacations special. Thank you so much Raj.

Absolutely ridiculous service!
Rented a car from here for 5 days
Firstly, the car smelled like manure
Secondly, we returned the car 1 day early
Thirdly, they charged me $140 to fill up 30L of gas

When I spoke to the owner of the branch regarding the $3.99/L charge for refilling the tank, he hung up on me.

I needed a car rental last second as our only vehicle got two flat tires. Renting a car is usually a pretty bad customer experience but this initially started off well. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know how long I would need a rental because I had no idea how long it would take Kal Tire to fix my vehicle so I went with three days to be safe. The owner made it clear to me that you can return the vehicle on Monday (one day early) and I will only charge you for two days instead of three. That's about where the good part ends.

I returned the vehicle on Monday around 4: 30pm and I got charged for a full 3 days instead of two. The rationale being that I picked up the vehicle at 3: 30pm on Saturday. I called back the next day to ask for an amendment to the receipt. Instead of refunding me for the full 3rd day (which I didn't use), he charged me the hourly rate which was $160/hr. That ended up being a difference of about $50. Basically feel like he stole $160 from me. Pretty greasy. Won't be using this place again.

Thanks for the reply Monte. Basically on the website I am allowed to book and pick up a vehicle at 8pm. So I called and wanted to confirm if it is possible to pick up vehicle at such a late time (seems like business closes at 5, but I just wanted to confirm, doesn’t hurt to ask)
The guy who answered the phone started asking me rhetorical questions “ how come? Why do you think you can pick up vehicle at 8pm, we close at 5”. So I told him to calm down and there’s no need to be rude at all, especially that’s your first sentence. I’m sure his mom didn’t teach him to treat people with inquiries like that.
This will definitely impact the business in a negative way.

Poor customer service, lie to rent a car & will charge more than supposed to…when I went to rent a car he was fighting with other customer too…should not have rented at this place…

After not having the car we originally reserved, we received a free (major!) upgrade at no extra cost, plus we were able to pick up the car a couple of hours early. Staff was extremely accommodating and jumped through some extra hoops to make sure we got what we needed.

A little pricey but it's like that everywhere. Didn't have our rental so they upgraded us at no extra charge to a BMW for the week. Took a few minutes to figure out the technology then it was a pleasure.

I had booked 15 seater Van 3 months in advance of my trip. 1 week before the trip, I received a call that the vehicle may not be available on the day and Avis could only confirm of availability on the day of pickup. I suspect either the branch manager found a higher paying customer or obliged family/friend caring very little of other customer. I donot recommend to use this location for rental of your vehicle.

Even I reported about bad experience with insurance matter (over charged) Avis don’t care

Just rent a vehicle from this Avis location. The customer service I received was beyond my expectation. The owner is such a great guy willing to go unlimited kilometers to make the customer happy. The pick up was a breeze and the price was unbeatable. The cars they have are very new. Highly recommend renting from this location.

Great prices and great service. I was very impressed when I showed up to pick-up my mid-size car rental and was upgraded to an SUV at no additional cost.

I have rented a car from the few times, good place to rent a car but they charged me over $3/liter for gas! That's a rip off, or make sure you returned it full.

Excellent customer service team here, quick process to pick up the vehicle and very competitive prices, they also offered me an upgrade on the vehicle. Definitely will be back here next time we need to rent a vehicle.

Great customer service and very convenient location, just get on to 16th Ave and you are set to head to the mountains or the QE II.

Whenever I rent a car here, Amirul is super helpful, friendly and overall a great customer service agent. The cars are always new, and on occasion I get some great upgrades. I've never had any issues here and the prices are fair. Can't ask for more from a car rental agency.

Kind and flexible. They may give you some discounts if you've been there few times. Good location to. I wish they could have longer operation hours.

This is such an amazing rental location. They are always so helpful and make sure pickup and drop off is seamless. I rent from this location frequently and am always so happy with the team and customer service. They always have car options of many sizes to choose from! Even if you check Expedia, you will find they will always give the best price.

We reserved ahead, so the price was fantastic! Very expedient in terms of getting us in/out. Our original compact request was not available so we received an SUV upgrade. Drop off airport fee was only $15.00! (Toronto is $100) which is an AMAZING price, a taxi from our drop location to the airport would have been $40.00

I was late to grab the rental I booked which made me miss out. The gentleman there was so accommodating in finding me another vehicle that would suit my needs which was such an upgrade. I am so thrilled with the customer service and car I received. I will keep renting cars from that location. Keep up the great work! ️
