Charged for extras what other rental companies/branches of Avis would waive off as a courtesy. 10 mins extra was charged a day & additional fees for the snow tires which Enterprise & Hertz would provide without any additional charges … wouldn’t recommend anyone use Avis & if they have to use … would definitely ask to use another branch

Have only had great service here over the last year of rentals I've taken out from this location. The staff is friendly and always have a smile on their face. Transactions are always quick and efficient.

Well, in my specific case, I had opted for the in-built GPS option for which I was told that the car that will be given to me doesn't have a GPS in-built and I was given a separate GPS device (by Garmin). Upon checking the vehicle given to me (2022 model Toyota Corolla LE) did have the in-built GPS option, it was just enabled and I was provided with an external device. Coming to the device, it never worked for the entire journey and kept on showing wrong details, which eventually was a waste having that service. Ultimately, I ended up paying $11.5 for the service which was never availed and this is something that needs to be looked upon as the amount charged is high but no required service was provided.

Jasmine, the person who checked us in and checked us out with our car rental went above and beyond by providing the best service, being friendly, and provided tips on where to go in Calgary. She did a great job and we truly appreciate the customer service she provided. The car provided was also great and we did not have any issue from the start to end of the rental.

Your power tripping evening security guard needs to get a grip. I live in the area and walk past nightly and twice now he’s demanded I leave just because my dog has wanted to stop and sniff the grass or do her business (which always gets picked up). He’s acting like I’m setting up camp or causing trouble just because I’m walking down the sidewalk. He said the entire block is private property and I’m not allowed to be there. So why is there a sidewalk then?

Got my receipt by email and it’s twice what the paper said I would be charged when I booked it and prepaid for it. AND I returned it early. Now I have to waste time tomorrow phoning and fighting with Avis for a correction, which I probably won’t get because there will be some bafflegab reason it’s more than double ($661 instead of $259). Sigh.

I've been renting from them for months, it's always a great experience. Special thanks to the beautiful lady working there, she's always very helpful and has great customer service. Great job!

Do Not. I repeat Do not Rent otherwise be ready to pay charges on your credit card even after weeks and months of your rental date. If you already did. Make sure to take pictures of Fuel Tank meter, windshield for no cracks.take written confirmation that evrything is good and fuel is full while handing over the keys, keep the reciept of fuel for atleast 6 months.

This is a really convenient location in the downtown of Calgary! Nice people at customer service that do care about their clients. This place has great great selection of cars. Highly recommend!

Prices are pretty good and vehicle we hired was super good. Limited edition RAM truck. However, the cost is very high of you extend your time. So when hiring try not to extend.
