Went to this store to get a SIM card for the step sons phone and the open sign on and there were several people milling about and were told they were closed and it was 20 mins before 6 pm as the sign and the website stated they were open till. Will not be back and will continue to give Best Buy our business as we have never been turned away….

The best customer service experience I've ever received. Sylvia set me up with the best plan I could get from any provider and hooked me up with a new phone along with it. I always buy my phones cash and stay away from contracts, but I couldn't say no.

I just got a new phone at Bell in Emerald Hills in Sherwood park Alberta. The bell sells person was Kevin Patrick, he was very helpful and polite. Very poor customer service. Quit selling products with warranty. You don't warranty them anyway! Less than a 3 month old phone he tells me he thinks I need a new sim card well its warranty no? No he says only from manufacturer/bell. But I bought it from Bell and it has 1 year warranty. Well you have to deal with them he said but i can sell you a new one. Can you imagine buying a brand new vehicle then the transmission quits working and then they telling you You have to deal with the manufacturer for warranty. Or I can sell you a new one. Not even have a nice day when you leave. Why have a dealer? Shut the doors at this rate your hungry that's it.

Absolutely rotten attitude from the store owner. Puts store policies in place that even Bell doesn’t agree with. Deals with customers with a contemptuous attitude. Stay away from this store owner if you want even moderate customer service. His employees are very good but the owner is difficult to say the least
