Best car rental in the town. Kapil had made the process very smooth and fast. Detailing was also good. Must visit this location in future for renting a car.

Very bad service in this branch. Employees working in this branch not trained properly for how to do customer care there were talking in deferent language while I was talking one of the employee, After my reservation was made on Nov 1 for Nov 11,2023 this branch denied to provide the care because of my address. I have PO Box number in my address. I am living in Rocky Mountain House, which is a rural area, most of the house address has post box number which is normal.
My previous rental from same company but airport location, I wasn't aware they are not gonna to give my reserved car, so I drop that with them. Even they don't have the humanity to inform me before they close my previous one. I was with my husband, three kids and my kids car seat and other stuff.
I highly suggest you please don't go there.

We showed up at this location after having reserved online.

At the counter, we were denied our rental because our Alberta issued driver's license only had a PO address, and they can not rent to a drivers license with only a PO Box.

Apparently it was a manager's decision, and they could not provide anywhere where it said this online. They were unable to provide any resolution.

After calling customer service, they said unfortunately this isn't a corporate location so they are allowed to make up their own rules and their was nothing they could do. (Corporately they did give us 3 free days for the future)

DO NOT RECOMMEND this location since they sporadically change the rules and there is no corporate oversight.

Horrible customer service, wish there was a 0 star option.

Great staff, quick and easy rentals. Open on holiday when everyone else was closed and we were in a pinch for a rental.

I want to give a shoutout to Mohammed and Ritika at this location. They really saved my trip with their awesome help, sorting out a car for me even though my flight was delayed arriving to Calgary. We had a great experience with the car, we got a vehicle upgrade to a bigger car so that was perfect. The car was in great condition! The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us very clearly. Would come here again!

Stay away of this rental office! They get you disappointed waiting for long time and cancelling all your plans by the end of the day! Even you book online, you go there and they say we don't have cars and you should wait! I would give no stars if I could!

I have been to this worst rental office for the first time as I reserved a rental car at 9: 00am a day before, but they got me to wait for 3 hours until 12! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Be careful of a rude worker there (Zaid) as he seems to have mental issues! First, he talked to me in a mean way and denfended his lateness by blaming me not to take the only left truck! I don't want to drive a truck! Then, after long wait he gave the car came in and I wanted to another customer that just came! Later, he cancelled the car I reserved without my permission and said we don't have cars for you! (It's just crazy and wasting of your time!)

Great service, Dia was friendly and very helpful. He has set us up with a great vehicle and complimentary return at the airport.

Dis is a great salesman to deal with, we came in very short notice, got us a great deal in a great timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone travelling within the city to rent a car from Dia at budget.

I have to say, when you call (I did not go to an actual location) to find out prices and availability of the day and type of vehicle (SUV, mid sized sedan, etc.) they are, well the person I spoke to, was very friendly, engaging, BUT the initial automated system is a bit of a pain. You're asked for a code, even though you say new booking and/or reservation. If you are calling about a new booking, why are you going to have their 6-digit code? !? You're not. I think that @Budget could do away with that part of the automated system. That should only be for those who have a reservation or temporary hold in place.

Overall, the prices were okay, though not as "Budget" friendly as one would like, call center staff, friendly and easy to talk with.

I would recommend using them IF their prices are the best. Let's face it, you go with whomever has they best price for what you're seeking.

This is the best place to rent a car in Calgary. Zaid and Dia are the best respresentatives. You won’t regret renting a car here!

An amazing experience at Budget Rent a car 3328 26 St NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 4T7. Hired a car for 1 day and found the staff extremely courteous, helpful and co-operative. While returning the car next day, realized that there was some extra charge due to system error. The manager, Rajni, went out of the way to sort out the matter and immediately talked to the concerned person and got the final bill amended to my satisfaction. Kudos to her. Appreciate your extra efforts to resolve the issue, Rajni. Great job done

I went to book the van at their location and as i check online the van was available but when i went to this location they said they don’t have it. After that when i check online, its was available. I didn’t like their customer service.

Wonderful service from Diaadin! Location also has a gas station conveniently kitty corner for quick fuel up before returning.

The rep was so helpful and although i misunderstood some of the info provided upon return of the vehicle was all clarified. Again the rep was really great!
