After they said they’d cut my carpet, they said they don’t cut anyone’s carpet. Then I said let me give you the cuts, but they said when you get here we will cut it for you. There was a stain on the carpet and they wouldn’t cut the stain out either even though they just had to cut 6 inches off. They wasted 20 mins of my time and wouldn’t cut the carpet. They didn’t even have anything straight to cut with. Then I just asked for my money back

Great experience and fast installation and appointment for carpet. Very helpful and friendly team. When I arrived in store they have a time slot available for measurement immediately. The team give us the quotation on next day and lucky it have a time slot to install on next day. They are hard working to work on my flooring until it finished from 10: 30am to 8: 30pm. I will definitely coming back to carpet empire for my future flooring needs

This place has a lot of good options. Got an area rug and custom size - they can provide binding. Good turnaround and excellent service.

Went in to pick carpet for 4 rooms in our house and was given the absolute run around by their useless sales associate. He never returned any phone calls and never even bothered to accommodate our colour choices. So odd because they just lost a $6000 job. Total waste of time.
