We recently used Carpet Mills for new carpet in our home in Canmore. Price was great and installation was seamless. A special thank you to Peter, Mo and Rob for all the help they gave us. They were patient and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Carpet Mills if you are considering a flooring purchase.

The guys at the store are wonderful. Moh was fantastic and knowledgeable, and very professional.
The installers I would not recommend. Arriving on time was it. Took 9 hours to install carpet in 3 rooms, a small hallway and stairs.
The previous carpet had already been ripped out, and the floors were cleaned and prepped prior to the installers coming in.
They didn't introduce themselves, didn't speak to us at all, with the exception of confirming what was getting carpet.
Spent at least 1.5 hours on the phone with want sounded to be personal calls. I walked around to see how it was going because I didnt hear anything or see either of them for an hour and found one of them sitting on the floor on his phone. The other guy was no where to be found. Checked on the the progress a few hours later, the carpet was rolled out but not cut and the stairs still had to be done. Few hours after that the carpet upstairs was the same but half the stairs were done. Asked how much longer they would be because it was supper time and they told me another hour still.
Would recommend for the product, and service at the warehouse - but get someone else to do your install.

I have been using carpet mills for over 20 years. I have always had great customer service. There installers are very good. I recommend them b

This place has amazing deals on all types of flooring! I've been buying from them for close to 20 years! They are family owned which makes the buying process that much easier.

Peter is fantastic deal with. I had 4 different quotes and he was $1000 less then the 2nd lowest price with better carpet and underlay

Carpet Mills has very helpful stuff and excellent prices. They also sell almost any type of flooring - not just carpet. I'd highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

Great assortment of hardwood, vinyl, carpet and surprisingly tile. Mo and Peter are great resources if you have flooring questions. If you are a contractor or repeat customer like myself they go above and beyond to help you get the best prices and personally call you when they have inside tracks on special deals.
