CDL Flooring

I recently purchased flooring from CDL and I'm excited for the install. I can't yet review the Torley's flooring that was ordered, however I can add that Sergiy Fursov was amazing to work with and went out of his way to assist with this major decision!

Great Experience dealing with CDL flooring. I walked in to the showroom at closing and they were ready to close up,
Lorenz Dioquino a flooring Specialist took the time to look after me. Installation was fast and efficient. Floors look fantastic. My floors don't squeak or move, a nice solid feeling. Thank you guys.

Please be warned this company has poor customer service and makes false promise. I had placed an order for wood flooring two months ago and the day of the installation I was told "no delivery for your chosen wood flooring pick another one from our website or you will have to wait another 2-3 weeks" This is how unprofessional they are I had booked a hotel for 8 night so the installation could take place so they expected me to stay for an extra 3-4 weeks with small kids in a hotel. I was offered gift cards for the inconvenience caused it's been two weeks since I have been back home and no sign of them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A very positive experience from start to finish from this local company! We were impressed with the high quality carpets and excellent customer service from Lorenz & Billy and the CDL team. Lorenz was able to come up with a customized option for an area rug. The installer was experienced and did a great job of carpeting our stairs.

I needed an extra box of hardwood flooring to add onto remainder that I had from a couple of years back. Had tried another store but they dismissed my "small" request and suggested I buy all new.
Went to CDL and their service was impeccable. Lorenz was pleasant and very helpful. He showed job professionalism and was diligent in helping me source what I needed. Kayla, who happened to be there, knew exactly what I was looking for. Talk about people knowing their product - she did the necessary checking and I got my one box. No more hunting far and wide. I am impressed by their willingness to help me with ONE box of hardwood to match my existing. Kudos to you both! I would recommend CDL to anyone for their flooring needs.

Installers (I believe one of them was Andrew) did a fantastic job, we had a couple of issues at the start of the job but they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve used CDL for flooring three different times and they always do a fantastic job. This time it was LVP throughout the house, including the stairs with a custom nosing. Ryan and the team were, once again, amazing to deal with. The workmanship, product and attention to detail is what contractors should aspire to. They set the bar high. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic work as always! I have used CDL twice now and Sergiy has always been very helpful and answers all my questions in detail. Any chance I get, I will recommend CDL to my family and friends for their flooring needs.

Rate is fair, started with Mr. Lorenz, he is very friendly and helpful.then finished my carpet replacement project on time as promised, by two professional technicians. I am very satisfied with CDL.

I ordered the same colour of carpet approx.six months apart: both carpets were installed in the basement and had at least one connecting seam. CDL did its best to make sure the two colours would be as close a match as possible. When one section seemed to show wear sooner than the other section, CDL sent samples to the manufacturer. I appreciated their efforts, even though the manufacturer did not feel that the quality of the second install was inferior. In the end, I am giving five stars as I am not a carpet expert and I felt CDL did its best to advocate for me.

A seamless experience with Billy Mpofu at CDL Flooring in the South.thank you for taking all of our stress away! Kind and a calm soul is Billy who listened and knew his product well.he almost read my mind! Polite and conscientious, we felt like we made a friend. Our carpet arrived on time and they were able to accommodate our many schedule changes. A lot of care taken with the install and a beautiful job all around. Very positive experience. We had a great experience with Billy. We were looking to buy a carpet for the first time. Billy was super patient with our endless Qs and gave us many options to choose from. We will be happy to talk to him for any new work.

We were looking for some good quality wall to wall carpet in stock with the reasonable price. We were surprised by CDL carpet stock program!

Tracy Keith did a phenomenal job helping us select a product that we are very happy with, she was knowledable, approachable, worked with us through schedule changes, and put in a lot of extra effort to find creative solutions for us. The installers were very professional, clean, and fast! We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship they were able to acheive in some tricky situations in our older home.

I went in today to pick up some tile samples. I had no idea what I was doing. So grateful for a representative there by the name of Brayden! He was so friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to explain everything! So happy with the service!

I came in to pick out some new flooring for my home, and was blown away by the selection and the options offered by CDL. I didn't even know where to begin to start looking! Luckily Braedon was able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole selection process easy and seamless. I can't wait to live on my new floors, thanks to Braedon and the amazing staff at CDL!

With them was always a smooth communication and they are a professional team, material was delivered on time, everything was on schedule, high quality workmanship. Mike and Don did beautiful installs of subway tile and luxury vinyl plank floor respectively in October and November last year in our kitchen dining area. Mike, thanks for masterpiece and Don, thanks for the special attention to respecting our home and keeping dust to a minimum. Really quality work from you both. Also thanks to Andrew at the office for his kindness, patience and diplomacy in dealing with our changes of opinion and needs along the way and his willingness to come out and measure stuff to get it just right.
