Received help right away when entering the store. The staff had great opinions and suggestions. They paid attention to details and were very friendly and welcoming.

Giving a 3 star. We had tiling and grout done on our kitchen and bathrooms, finished was great but not even a year later the grout is coming apart in several areas. We contacted them and left a voicemail where none of them reached out. Called again after a month had passed, was able to reach them and tile one told us we had to pay they're guy per hour if we need it to be fixed. This is a grout problem on their side, shouldn't have to pay extra. But now that the job has been done they don't take accountability for their mistake? Paid alot of money for this job to be done professionally and having long-term result. It is very unfortunate that company will not fix their mistake. And unfortunately, I do not recommend this company because of this issue.

If you are looking for perfection Tile One is the place to go! Their professional workmanship and excellent service is like no other! Tile One goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and stands behind their work. In my 30yrs of remodeling homes across Canada I have experienced too many unsatisfactory jobs. Tile One is the place to go for perfection and excellence!

I had an ecellent experience with Tile one.
There was a mix up with the nose pieces I had ordered and It took awhile to get it sorted out. The staff were kind and generous. They refunded my payment and put a rush on my order and I had the pieces in 2 days!

a great eye for what would look good. She even helped with paint colours!

Disappointed with the way I was treated by the hiring manager. Scheduled a job interview and was completely ignored when I showed up, told he forgot and was confused as to why I was there. They explained he texted me, but I received nothing. Seemed very unprofessional and disorganized, I was treated as though my time wasn’t important and left without answers as to why this manager/supervisor would book interviews and forget about them. I left and was told that he would contact me, I received nothing.
They need to be more professional and proactive with the hiring process. This was embarrassing.

My experience from entering the door, to requesting repairs, to the completion Of the job was such a positive experience. In this time of Covid with every tradesperson being so busy, the staff at Central Alberta Tile One took time for me and helped me out. A special thank you to Dillon as he went above and beyond his job!

Despite the name these guys sell more than just one tile. I was pleasantly pleased with the price and selection.

As a good business gesture Central Alberta Tile One and Classic Granite Works, stepped up to help us out in a very dire situation.
We had a problematic situation with our kitchen quartz counter top.
Our quartz counter top was originally supplied and installed by another company in Red Deer. This installer is the owner of his business and he put a sealer on our counter top.which wrecked the finish on the quartz and every time we used it, there was marks left on it.which would not come off. It was a mess and gross to look at.
When we approached this company he would not stand behind his work and left us in a bind.

Central Alberta Tile One, Granite Classic Works, Abbey Platinum Homes (our builder) and Tom from LG Hausys (the manufacturer of our quartz) all went above and beyond to replace our counter top and get us through this horrible experience.
Everyone who worked on this from all these companies were all respectful and did great work. The installers did a great job and were respectful and cleaned up also. No damage whatsoever to take out and put in.
Our flooring and all the tile in our house was done by Central Alberta Tile One and they did a great job helping us select material, colors and installation.
They stand behind their products and their work.
My recommendation would be very high when it comes to these companies.

Update: Someone called to offer an apology. To be clear, this does nothing to resolve the issue.it's merely an attempt at appeasement and it failed.

Edit: Days after posting a response that they will contact me, nobody from Tile One has done so. Because of this, I tried to take away the one star they had, but sadly, I can't do zero stars.

I will never use Central Alberta Tile One again. We had them come over to give an estimate on flooring and countertops. We said we wanted someone to manage the project, so that we didnt have to schedule the different trades. We were told this wasn't a problem. We accepted the quote based on their measurements. When Classic Granite came to do an exact measurement, they discovered that the initial estimate had the island as 48" instead of 84". A call later the day revealed that the cost would be about $1500 extra. It turned out be over $2100 extra, and CAT1 took about $400 off of that, leaving $1700 extra on our end. They ripped up flooring on a friday, left us like that for the weekend, and began flooring installation on Monday. We were told that countertops would take a day. I've never done a project like this, so I believed them. Old countertops removed on Monday, new countertops on Tuesday, plumber to install the sink on Wednesday, grout on thursday, silicone on Friday. 5 days! I had to call about the plumber on wednesday morning because nobody had made arrangements, so I fully believe they would have missed us that day. We were being called by Classic Granite, so nobody took charge the way we agreed. The finished product is great, so the workers did great stuff. Had we known the counters were going to cost so much more, we may have gone elsewhere. It was too much trouble getting this organized, so I will shop somewhere else next time. Edit: changed to one star only. That star is for the guys that did the work.nobody else gets a star.

Troy, Leah, and Sharla were most helpful in getting us through the process of choosing new tiles and handling all the things associated with it. Couldn't ask for better service. The guys who did the work for us, especially Mike were very professional and courteous throughout the 3 weeks it took to complete the task. Wendy in the Lighting store was a huge help in picking out new lighting. I would recommend Central Alberta Tile One to everyone as your first choice. Thanks, all! Mark and Jayne Smith

Mr. Cannon loves his floors. They recently did my whole main floor and i could not be more happy of the result. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop and always treated with respect. Had a couple quotes done and was happy to reward them with the work as they were the cheapest with the most thorough answers to what my money was being spent on. 5/5 for the whole team. Stacey has been stellar in assisting me with I believe, 6 tiling jobs I needed help with.the last one involved matching tile that had been short purchased years before, she tracked it down and had it on order for me, the job is done and looks great. It would have looked patched together if I had been forced to improvise. These people are good at what they do, from the front desk, to the people back in the warehouse who want to make sure that you get what you need.

The crew was excellent! They were quick and had great quality of work. When they were finished it was so clean it looked like they'd never been here. We are very pleased with this company!

The positive experience I had while renovating my house was amazing. I went in with no idea on what to expect, but from start to finish Central Alberta Tile One was amazing and on par. From the designers, to the installers, to the leaders at Tile One - they all went above and beyond. I would recommend this flooring store for anyone in Red Deer and surrounding area if you want THE JOB DONE RIGHT and at a reasonable price. 5/5 stars without a DOUBT!

Had CA tile one do an artificial turf installation for me. The whole experience from start to finish was friendly, professional and helpful. Their knowledge, service and installation was top shelf and the price was more than fair. Would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic customer experience on the last two jobs they have done for our family home. They repaired some tile work, and installed new carpet when we bought our new 'used' home. Would definitely recommend. Good quality products and installation team as well.

I was so impressed with the service and workmanship that we received from Central Alberta tile one. Starting with the amazing Stacey who helped me pick out the flooring, then to the tradesmen who made our flooring all the same level as we had 3 different types of flooring. Part way thru we had a family emergency, and Troy and his guys helped out by completing every thing that we were going to do our selves. We absolutely recommend them to who ever needs renovations, or are building a new house!

I had new carpet and vinyl planking put in a few years ago and had such a great experience that I came back to have Central Alberta Tile One do my kitchen renovations as well. They helped me pick out everything and offered great suggestions. I absolutely love it! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
