Staff is always so nice and helpful especially if you are rushing into your visitation and always help if the camera is blurry I have come here for years and have always been treated with respect and awesome people.

maps brought us to the wrong side of the building which resulted in a few mins of confusion before we found the right door. Staff were very polite and helpful. They have lockers to keep your stuff in during your visit. Would rate 5 stars if they put in a kiosk to deposit money in an inmates account again. Other than that very satisfied with my experience. A little out of the way if taking transit as well but not much can be done about that.

Friendly staff always helpful and kind. Lots of parking available. Keep on top of sanitization between each visitor and washrooms in the facility are always clean also. Ad are the booths and floors etc. Continent location, easy to find. If visits were a bit longer that'd be ideal but 25 mins is suffice no less

This professional building is kept clean and the staff are courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was lost in the building which it seemed was on lockdown and a staff member helped me and even allowed me to go through an area that would be normally off limits just to acomedate me and help me get to where I had been trying to get to.

Gotta love them jailbirds lol jk but the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Almost worth going to visit them more than anything.

Because this is where you visit your loved ones in jail through video visit. It's clean and open and good staff

This is a place to visit the ones that Are in jail, visits are approximately 25 mins long and very clean and we'll addressed staff.
