Almost a year ago I signed up with Chatr through Malborough Mall location. The store in that mall sold me a busted phone and when I came to this location in tears, they were amazing to me. Head office never helped me with that issue but it didn't matter. I took it as a loss in terms of finance but a win for finding this location.

Sonny was very patient and knowledgable and Joannee was god sent! I got there just to visit now and they are more then just my phone company, they are my friends and I'm glad I stopped by Pacific Mall.

The staff here today helped me figure out a solution to a problem I had with my cell service that none else was able to help with over the years of searching. 1000 thanks you guys! Our family uses chatr exclusively and wonder why others pay twice to three times more for the same thing.

Chatr is not a good company don’t waste your time or money they have service fees for everything and horrendous customer service
