Went there Sunday April 23. The website shows it open at 12. The employee did not show up until 12: 40. I had two questions: my first question was about data overage fees. He said he didn't know about that and could not answer my question. I then asked for help with logging into the website/app, since I was having trouble logging in. He again said there was nothing he could do. After 30 minutes all I had to show for it was a customer service number.

This is the most amazing place to buy a sim card. Come to this chatr location and you won't be disappointed.

Called about store location and store number attached to an online receipt for purchase. The attendant did not know his own store number.even after i read it for him off the bank transaction description! Sorry to be a buzz killer but low stars for not knowing store number guys. = (

Told me my number was no longer available when I tried to top up my account and made me pay for a new SIM card, not sure if it was bs or the truth so I paid for a new number and some more data…sketchy business might switch carriers because that’s not a good outlook for the chatr company
