We had carpet installed in a room that originally had VPF. I had emailed on the website for a quote and received amazing service from Nichole. I popped into the store to double check samples and the gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful to deal with. Install was done by Ram, and he was friendly, fast, and did a quality job. All around, from start to finish, Deerfoot Carpet & Flooring is a true 5-star establishment.

We had some LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring installed in our condo at the end of July and the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. Arlin the sales guy was absolutely fantastic to deal with, every time my wife and I visited the store, and Billy the installer was amazing too. I did my due diligence and shopped around before making our final decision, and Deerfoot Carpet & Flooring did not disappoint. I would 100% use this company in the future and highly recommend them!

Thanks firstly to Arlin, who was so helpful to us picking the best product for our home, keeping us apprised of upcoming operations, and maintaining the schedule. Many thanks also to our installers, Ilkar (and his assistant Navid), who's affability and workmanship was beyond compare. Everything was on budget and precisely on-time. We highly recommend Deerfoot carpet. Deerfoot installed wall-to-wall carpet throughout our condo. Nichole, our associate, was exceedingly knowledgeable, exceptionally patient, and accommodating. It’s quite obvious that Nichole strives for excellence in her profession - successfully. Ram and Mo, the installers were courteous, efficient, and good-humoured They worked non-stop for 5 hours on one of the hottest days of the year before taking a break. Wow! They are hard working professionals at their best.

We just had Deerfoot Carpet install new flooring in our home.
Right from the start Nichole and the staff were awesome. She helped us choose the flooring and allowed us to take samples home so we could see them in our home, so we could see it at different times/light levels of the day.
She kept us informed and updated on when they could arrive to do the installation and worked with us on scheduling the date that worked for us and not just them.
Ram the installer arrived on time and the work was completed in the time frame they promised.
The flooring looked better than we expected it to but there was a small area of the installation the I was concerned about and again Nichole and Ram worked with our schedule to make sure that Ram could come back and address the issue we had.
Ram was fabulous, took care of the slight issue we had and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the finished results before he left.
I would highly recommend using Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring for any of your flooring projects. The are honest, professional and helpful and are really concerned that their customers are not just satisfied but happy with the finished product.

Our salesman, David was so great to deal with. It was fast, efficient service and the turn around time to get install was perfect. David understood what we were after and helped us select the best carpet for our lifestyle and budget. Ilker and Jay did the install and we would recommend them to anyone! Friendly, fast, professional. They were tidy, super helpful moving furniture about and didn’t mind the intrusion of our dogs inspecting their work.
