This was THE best car rental EVER! We rented a compact and were upgraded to a flawless SUV with AWD! Even before picking up the car the staff answered all our questions AND accommodated our difficult flight schedule. The entire process took 5 minutes or less in and out. They really go above and beyond for their customers. No other car rental company has EVER done so much and been so kind! We will only rent with Driving Force whenever in the Edmonton area. They even have multiple locations for drop off and an airport shuttle (for a fee). Everything was soooo effortless! We panicked when my fiancé left his phone in the rental.they brought it right to the airport gate and refused to even accept a tip! Truly the best customer service you can ask for AND great rates! Thank you for making our trip so effortless?

The staff at this location are always friendly and professional. Your vehicles and facility are always exceptionally clean. The vehicle has always been ready as requested. Staff work with you to find a vehicle to suite your needs. I have rented from the Leduc airport location a number of times over the past years and the service / vehicles are consistently outstanding. Joshua and Jayden helped me with my last rental and both were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate me. At the same time, getting a reservation and picking up and dropping off of the vehicle is very efficient. I will certainly be renting here again!

I booked a Sedan from Driving force Leduc branch for Aug 31 to Sept 01 to drive to Glacier National Park, Montana (just 1hour drive south of Canada USA boarder) and went there to pick up. I changed my mind and ask the guy for SUV. He offered me Ford Expedition and I accepted it thinking that it was unlimited mileage on it. Later, the guy Jaden said the free mileage in a day is only 400km, rest of other I have to pay $. 13 per km. When he made paper he wrote $. 15 per km. I thought it was just a cheating. I had booked such a premium SUV many times from other driving force branch and they offered me unlimited mileage even I drove to Yellowstone National Park USA. I told him this history but he said I have never seen you here as he was working there since last 6 years. He just showed kind of Attitude. Overall I didn’t experienced good costumer behaviour from the branch.

Best car rental experience ever. Very polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced. Upgraded us to a larger vehicle, free of charge, because we had some extra, last minute luggage. Amazing service and I would highly recommend renting a car from them.

Two different companies that I have worked for over the last seven years use Driving Force in Leduc exclusively, for many reasons. We find the customer service overall to be exceptional, the quality of their vehicles is high and the manager Josh always goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. ***** -5 stars!

Worst experience renting a car that I've ever had. I booked through Priceline and I made sure to read the fine print. I thought it stated that the company I was renting through would accept debit cards if I provided additional identification and proof of a round trip plane ticket. After re-reading the fine print it said SOME companies accept debit cards with these stipulations. Fine. Against their policy. Sucks for me. But they need to work with their manager, I believe his name was Josh. I told him that I didn't use credit cards, and was asking if there was another way to resolve the issue. I was not rude to him in the slightest. He went on to start saying things like "well if a bank won't give you a credit card why would we give you a car" and other things that were extremely rude, talking down to me for no reason. First off, who do you think you are? You don't know me. You don't know my personal wealth. How I manage my finances is absolutely none of your business. I can get a credit card any day if I wanted to, I've just never had the need. I don't need to rack up debt to go on vacation. Second off, I even bought the insurance to double up on top of my existing insurance. You're car is more than covered. I rent cars on a regular basis all over the states and have NEVER had an issue, EVER. He even argued with me saying that I was lying, I couldn't believe it. What a weird concept to require somebody to have to acquire debt to rent a car.

Then.as I was waiting for my ride to another rental car company (who has no issues btw with a debit card as long as you show your round trip tickets). A customer behind was asking Josh what would he need to do if he decided he wanted to keep it an extra day for a day trip out of town. Josh got in his face calling HIM a liar and accusing the customer of trying to swindle them out of money and telling the customer that he doesn't rent to liars. And whenever the guy was explaining his situation Josh just kept saying "Goodbye! ". What in the world is going through this man's head? Luckily for the customer he demanded a supervisor and the supervisor ok'ed the rental.

Apparently Driving Force doesn't understand how terrible it is of a situation to fly into another country and be denied a rental car and to be told that you're just stuck. They should also work with Priceline to make it very clear that you NEED a credit card. You should also put Josh through classes on how to appropriately communicate with customers if he is going to be the face of your company. What an absolute joke of a situation.

The customer experience has to improve at this location. I got in off my flight and went to get my rental and the front counter guy would not stop arguing with me to the point were I told them that I was going elsewhere for a rental. The argument was over how much they hold on a credit card and after proving him wrong he still went on. I do not recommend this company at all.

Great experience. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes and my rental van was clean, new, and worked great. The staff were helpful with out the "want to upgrade gimmickery".

The best place to rent from. Never an issue and the best prices. The staff are very polite and professional.
