Our experience was fantastic! Paul was super helpful and very knowledgeable! Keven, the installer did an excellent job.

My wife and I spent many hours painting our basment one week before installation. I have 6 walls and a railing I have to repaint now. The carpet looks nice, though.

Ron made finding the floors we want very easy and he was very experienced in flooring, we will be back when it’s time to do our upstairs

We live in BC and had to arrange for new carpet and lino in a condo we own in Edmonton. We dealt with our salesperson Richard entirely over the phone (and internet) to make our selections. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. He made some great suggestions, sent us some pictures and went to the condo and did all the measurements. The installer showed up today as promised and completed all the work. It was a painless experience even though we live in another province. I highly recommend.

I ordered flooring for install from here and had an independent contractor jerk me around and leave me hanging with a job that was not pretty, and far from completion.

So I was left finishing the work myself and the folks here (Richard in particular, but everyone was awesome) helped me find the parts and pieces to finish the job properly

Great selection of carpets. The customer service is second to none. The prices are very good as well.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They installed carpet in my basement and damaged every single wall in my newly developed basement. Every single corner of my walls was damaged. The carpet was poorly installed with snags, stains, a huge rip in the carpet and sections with no underlay. The installers were not wearing masks and reeked of cigarettes. When I called to complain, the manager came to see the damage and totally tried to gaslight me about everything. She tried to say that the poor work was because the electrical wasn't completed and they didn't have proper light to work. UNTRUE. She downplayed all of the damage. Told me she would have the carpet fixed by the weekend and offered to refund us money for the damage and would call me in the morning. She never called and no one came to fix it. We finally get a hold of her and she tried to tell me that the damage to the walls was already there before the carpet was installed. She also told me she would only refund half of the money that she had previously offered to refund. When I got upset and told her that was not good enough she came back with a date for them to come and fix the carpet and the original refund amount. We asked her to send us these details in writing in an email and she never followed through with that either. Different installers came to fix the carpet and they were great. We went into the store to get our refund she was not there and they had to call her to get the details to give us our refund. Did they make it right in the end.yes. But I had to fight hard for it and she was completely unprofessional and refused to take responsibility for anything. NEVER AGAIN!

In response to your response. No you did not go above and beyond for me. You guys did the exact opposite. As soon as you got my money you didn't give a S&! T. Everyone was all smiles and nice until I complained. Do not try to save your reputation on here. I have read all the other bad reviews you have on here. My bad for not reading them before I used your company.

Great selection of area rugs but too expensive the exact same rug, same brand same carpet, i got from u i found on amazon for 50 percent the price. Good store very high pricing

The service at End of The Roll was excellent! We also had to change our install date at the last minute and they were extremely accommodating! Our installer Ali was awesome and did a great job too!

It was a wonderful experience. I got exactly what we wanted and under our budget. It was beautiful flooring and the selection was way more extensive than any of the other "superstores" around. We will be back and hope to deal with Richard again.

Was going to install my own vinyl plank flooring in my 3rd floor apartment. Stopped by End of the Roll and Paul was the most helpful sales advisor I could ask for. Ended up having them install. Extremely happy with the service and finished product. You guys are the best!

Thet didn't have anything in the 0.99 or 1.19 per foot but was able to get some at 1.29. Very pleasant service!

We were looking for a 16 ft carpet runner. Greg was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. After we got our new carpet runner and laid it out for a couple of weeks, the wrinkles were not flattened out. We called Greg back and he was kind enough to let us exchange it to a thicker style. Everything turned out excellent and the experience was very courteous and smooth.

So they where good to deal with but after they installed the carpet and noticed that some spots weren’t tight at all and at the doors they were short on carpet and it doesn’t even cover up to the door on the floor

Paul was a great help in the showroom and very pleasant. He then was able to measure the next day and arrange for install within just a few days. Steve and his partner did a nice job on laying the carpet. I would go back.

Excellent installation. We got really lucky in that the baseboards popped off with no problem. We have some curved walls so thought we might have problems. The whole job was finished in the day and left clean. The colour is perfect.

Went in to ask about bathroom flooring options and received excellent product information. Bright and spacious, the new location is great and the well informed customer service rep was very courteous.

I am disappointed that we were not able to return 3 open boxes of OASIS flooring which were never used because we did not like the design. Originally purchased in November/December 2020 and at the time the sales person Jay told us that they just could not receive open boxes but to check back again later to return them. Today I tried to return these and was told over the phone that he never told us we could return these and they never take back open boxes. I would have appreciated being told that in the first place and I feel that this location does not help or explain the return process at all for those that are uncertain about what flooring they would like.

Staff very clearly only cared about commission. Resulted in extremely poor customer service. They only treat you well if you are buying a large amount. Overheard racist remarks about me while I was browsing the store from the employees. Overtly competitive, COVID guidelines were barely followed.

Had multiple acquaintances also show up to this store with similar experiences. Service was unacceptable and rushed. Two employees one was a guy with glasses and the other was a female blonde working today at 4: 30pm. From a more positive perspective, its pretty amazing how out of touch those two were with what they think is good customer service is. Truly amazing!

We had been on the hunt for reasonably priced linoleum for a project and were very pleased with our help from Richard. Our journey began with a phone call and assurance they had what we needed and could cut it while we waited. We came in on a Saturday (a busy day) and immediately felt professionally assisted and at ease that we would get solid information. Richard was working and assisted us. He was so kind to my 3 year old son, allowing him to help roll up our new purchase and carry the price sheet. They were efficient and had an enormous selection in stock and available to see. Its nice to go to a business that is so organized, honest, informative, helpful.

Carpet was ok price, but install was terrible. First there were tons of nails sticking out of the carpet, and over time the carpet gas not tight, and now i gave creases all over the floor. Never would i go here again.

We had amazing experience with this company. Very good choice of carpet and everything what you need for a renovation. Staff was very professional and helpful. Give us good advise and helpful things. Richard helped us to pick up everything what we need and provide a great costumer service. Very recommend this place!

My service representative (Jennifer Young) from End of the Roll was EXTREMELY patient and VERY informative when I finally decided to complete my bathroom floor renovation back in September 2020. I originally had End of the Roll install my vinyl plank flooring in my living room & hallway prior & decided to continue with their services since they had done an outstanding job. Whenever I had questions or was concerned about how much material was needed to complete the job; Jennifer reassured me that they had the necessary materials & that I could come to pick them up if necessary.

When the installer arrived he seemed to be in a little bit of a hurry with my appointment. He did mention that he had an all day install carpet appointment following mine & that seemed to be weighing on his mind more. Don’t get me wrong; he did do a good job in the end. Even though I did have to run to the store & purchase additional materials. The only thing was that I did have glue leftover from my previous living room flooring project which was not used. In the end I had two pails of opened glue in which I was only expecting to have one. After the installer completed the job; he didn’t mention anything about how long we were to wait to stand on the flooring or any precautions after installation as he just left to continue with his day.

All in all I would definitely recommend using End of the Roll for all your flooring projects.

I got my staircase, basement and living room renovated. Basement laminate staircase and 3 rooms upstairs carpet. I got the contractors from the End of the roll to do it. They did an amazing job. Zach and his team were very efficient and cost effective. I initially met with Jeniffer the sales and advise person at the store, she came to my place for measuring not only that she was friendly she also gave me tips and hints on how to elevate the look of my place and how to reduce cost doing some prep work on my own. Location listing is inaccurate. Called for directions and was given the wrong information. After 45 minutes of wasted time, finally arrived and experienced awful selections and non-existing customer service. Don’t waste your time.

These guys were super helpful and friendly. I was in the process of a move and needed some carpet for our new place before we moved in, I gave them very little notice and they got the job done for me.

Expert advice, friendly service, accurate quantities and the entire staff helped load up my supplies. Couldn’t ask for more. Will make my next purchase there, for sure.

My experience at end of roll with Kevin was awesome! I found mold on the day of my moving in under my rug.within 12 hours he had that rug replaced over a long weekend. The service was amazing.great job thank you so much I would definitely come back.

Had to get flooring for a house we are selling and went to end of the roll Southside, everyoneone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Jen was the main person we dealt with and she really knows her stuff. The work was done on time and done well, we had no issues and we would definitely use End of the roll again!

My mother recently purchased carpet from the End of the Roll south side store. The Manager, Jennifer, came to her house and measured and brought her some carpet samples. The process made it easy for her and Jennifer provided excellent customer care and follow up. I would definitely come back and ask for her for future purchases.

Due to having Renters that destroyed my house, My wife and I went in to purchase some vinyl flooring for our back entry way and bath room reno. I walked into End of The Roll - not really knowing what i even needed. Needless to say, the lady at the front desk helped us out so much, from flooring selection to everything needed to lay said flooring down. I was very impressed with the level of service they provided. I will be back for sure when it comes time for carpet. FYI Prices for flooring are awsome. The warehouse layout made it very easy to make choices. Top Notch in my books.
