Excellent customer service in store and the men who installed my carpet exceeded my expectations. I live 1 hour east of reddeer and it was still a really fast and easy process.

A very good experience overall. Rob in the showroom was very knowledgeable about all the options and thanks to him, we choose very well. We are very pleased with the product. Our installer, David, is a superior craftsman in wood flooring products, which is clearly visible in the end product. Very happy.

I very much want to thank both the sales staff and the installers for their speedy work. We were in a rush to list my deceased father’s the house for sale. The installer, Akrim came in one day measured and showed up the next day with the new carpet and underlay to install. He and his help went right to work, worked through lunch and did not take any breaks. They cleaned up their mess, and left a perfectly laid carpet. No seams visible. This was wonderful amazing service and installation know-how. Thank you sales staff and Akrim, for a job well done!

Quite helpful, I didn't know what type of carpet would suit my needs and they made informed recommendations!

Went in with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Tyler helped me out with 3 different choices, sent me home with piece to decide. Once I decided, they sent someone to measure for me. My contractor said to fit less but Tyler told me better to get more then return if not needed. Thats what I did and the return was easy and quick. Loved my experience, no stress and Tyler was amazing!

I contacted the store by email asking for approx prices and recommendations for a suitable carpet for stairs and bedroom and Tyler was so helpful.
We visited the store soon after and once again Tyler was so helpful and we chose a carpet based on his knowledgable advice.
The installation was done so professionally and promptly, the carpet fitter worked without a break and both areas look great.
We were very happy with our overall experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for well priced flooring.

I walked into End of the Roll in Red Deer with the dimensions needed for some new flooring. We were not sure if we needed carpet, hardwood, or laminate flooring. We wanted something relatively simple to install to be able to do it ourselves. We were immediately greeted by Mario when we entered the store. He was very informative and friendly, we decided on a beautiful Mohawk carpet with attached underpad. I installed the carpet myself with some double sided carpet tape the same day I walked into the store, awesome! I was so pleased with the service and product, I ordered some more for another room in my house. Looks and feels terrific. I highly recommend End of the Roll.
