Excellent installation by Tahsin who took the time to review the job with me both before and after, and had good suggestions for a couple of tricky areas. My home looks warm and inviting with this beautiful carpeting throughout the lower level.

Product seems fine. They met the sale price of a similar item from Home Depot. We use the contractor they assigned to install laminate on stairs. Terrible installation - visibly uneven cuts and lots of gaps. We will need to now use caulking to fix it up. Spoke with staff at End of the Roll and they were very clear that they have zero responsibility for the installation, even though they assigned the contractor. So sure buy the product or shop for sale at retail store. Don't use End of the Roll installation service.

I recently moved and decided to redo the flooring with vinyl plank. I went into End of the Roll knowing absolutely nothing about flooring other than an idea of what I wanted for functionality and price. From the moment I stepped into the door I felt taken care of. I dealt with Paul and the south location and he was just so helpful and gave great advice throughout the whole experience. I never once felt like I was out of place with my lack of knowledge and I’m just so pleased with the customer service and quality of product I received. My new floors are installed and I can’t praise my experience with Paul and End of the Roll enough. I even had my installer visit the North location for an additional box of plank and they were so helpful with him as well. Great work. I probably won’t have any other flooring needs for a long time but highly recommend to others to give them a try.

Got a Kitten a few months ago and she’s been destroying the carpet under our doors. Didn’t need a whole bunch of carpet just small pieces to patch up the ripped up area. Came in explained our problem and the gentleman at the front gave us free samples and wished us a happy thanksgiving. I will definitely come back if I need anything for carpeting! Amazing service

My husband and I recently moved into a house with old carpet in the basement and stairs. It was holding a lot of dirt and smell and just needed to be replaced. We got outstanding service in the store choosing new carpet and underlay. End of the Roll recommended Moe to measure and install.

Moe was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, communicative, and a very hard worker. He answered all of my questions when he measured and offered to clean the bare floor with a spray before installing the new underlay and carpet.

He also let me keep a couch in the basement which he moved while he worked because it was too heavy and awkward for me to get out easily.

On the day of installation he came with one other colleague and they got the whole job done in an afternoon. The new carpet looks incredible. I can’t see the seams and all of the edges are perfect. The smell is also completely gone. His colleague was also extremely friendly and hard working.

I should also mention that this work was done during a heatwave in a house with no AC. It must have been extremely hard work in hot conditions but they both stayed upbeat the whole time.

The price was was exactly what we discussed to the penny, no surprises at any point. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase, Moe, and his team.

**I should mention that they did vacuum before they left and the carpet looked wonderful, my dogs were super excited and played on it before I got a chance to take photos so their paw marks show in the photos but it was very nicely vacuumed when Moe left.

I was very impressed with the service from End Of The Roll. From in-store assistance to installation, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and provided fantastic customer service. A particularly big thanks to Tyler (installer). He was absolutely excellent to deal with, and went the extra mile to ensure our carpet installation was completed to perfection.

A big thanks to everyone at End of the Roll, especially Tyler and Stephen who installed it in a basement bedroom I have been renovating! Tyler was exceptionally friendly and professional and went the extra mile to do an excellent job with an attentive eye for the challenging details the room presented him with: the uneven floor, drainage access point, and new closet build that required extra attention. Everything looks seamless! I’m feeling very satisfied with the entire experience.

Our experience from the very beginning was a positive one. Travis at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. Tahzin was punctual and very detailed. I would recommend Tahzin in a heartbeat. A very good and professional installer.

I want to rate End of the Roll as good, but unfortunately, I can't.

The price was fantastic. The service in-store was good.

The installer damaged my baseboards, left huge gaps between the flooring and the baseboards, and left my place saying "we don't do baseboards, and I don't paint". As far as I'm concerned, they left the job unfinished. This is on top of the problems they encountered after removing my carpet, which cost me an additional $300. The transition between tiles in my hallway and the new flooring also is incorrect with a large space between the floor and the transition.

I understand if they don't do baseboards, but when they did an on site visit before the installation, they should have pointed out that I would need to hire ANOTHER contractor to do this job. Now I am left with a mess that I have to hire another contractor for in order to resolve.

I'm definitely unhappy with this. But. The price was good. Be aware if you hire them, you may have a mess to clean up at your own expense. If I had to do this again, I'd go to another business that would finish the job.

End of the Roll SE was amazing to deal with for my carpeting needs. I purchased a house and was planning on doing laminate throughout, circumstances changed and decided to have carpet installed instead, with being between houses we needed the carpet done ASAP. Alex helped us pick out our carpet and was able to get us booked in the same week. The installer Tyler came to do measurements and knew we wanted this done ASAP so our house could be livable. He made his schedule work to come install the carpet two days earlier than scheduled which helped us out so much! Tyler did an absolutely amazing job on the install, the carpet is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with our all around experience!

Travis is very helpful, after getting the home depot run around, I popped in, he helped me with options and made the whole experience very easy.
We have now dealt with him on 3 installations and am very happy with the service and the quality. Thanks again!

We are selling our house and I went into the store looking for a small piece of underlay for a repair in the basement. Even though it was a super small thing these guys treated ke excellent. We have bought a new house with an unfinished basement, and I will for sure be going back their for my basement flooring!

Generally OK experience but cost of install (based on $/sq ft) was higher than what was quoted due to the carpet being a "pattern". This was a bit of a surprise as there was no indication that cost varied depending on the type of carpet. After pointing this out, the sale person did adjust the invoice slightly to compensate but still it ended up being higher than expected. I'd suggest nailing down install cost before signing off on using End of the Roll. I'll post an update after the install is complete. Hopefully it lives up to the higher cost.

Carpet was just installed a few minutes ago. Looks great. Excellent customer service from Kevin at Calgary South and installer Tyler: friendly, helpful, and patient. Exceptional communication. A positive experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience once again with End of the Roll (3rd house we've used them). Good prices & quality. Ben & Metin were great carpet fitters! Only 4 stars due to a scheduling mix up which meant carpet fitters were at the house until midnight trying to get everything finished before furniture moved in next morning - they really helped us out by staying so crazy late!

Great experience with our installer Tyler and his assistant. He was on time, efficient, polite and respectful. And the job they did installing the carpet looks great! Likely the best installation experience we've had.

The guys at End of the Roll are great. The in store staff, I forgot his name sorry, was great help in finding a nice carpet in our budget and our installer Ahmet was the best! Super kind and friendly and great service! Ahmet took time to explain when an issue popped up with our stairs due to a previous owner doing some weird stuff and was disappointed he couldn't install the carpet to his normal standard. He did what he could to work around the issue and it's worked out great so far.

Travis at the south location was professional, courteous and helpful.
The installation was another story. When the old carpet removed it was tossed out the 2nd story window which could have damaged planters or fence. After installation they didn't vacuum but returned furniture to the rooms which all had to be moved again in order to vacuum, making it much more difficult. One of our lamps was destroyed, granted it was a rice paper lamp, but still there was no mention not even a sorry. The installers were pleasant but appeared to be rushed. The mess left behind was disheartening.

My dealings with End of Roll-Calgary South have been very satisfactory, both in the store and with the installer Ahmet. I would use this company again because of the high level of customer service I received.
To be fair, the wrong shade of carpet was delivered, hence ****. I anticipated hassle/argument etc.but it did not occur. Within an hour everything was resolved by Lee (who I had not dealt with earlier) the correct carpet was delivered. Installer Ahmet worked efficiently & quickly; great job done. Definitely great teamwork & professional attitude from start to finish!
Would have no hesitation recommending this company to friends/neighbours. Thanks guys

In store Travis was great, showed me all the options to meet my ideas. Our installer Ben was super thoughtful and was able to install the carpet and the special order vinyl for us with no issues. Even though our walls are super wonky and he had to MacGyver over an access panel in the floor. It looks even better than we anticipated. Waited a bit longer for the special order vinyl than I had thought but so worth it. Thanks everybody my basement is so happy to be cozy and loved again.

Ryan was friendly, respectful and professional as was his assistant Matt They did a fantastic job in laying down our vinyl flooring. We will recommend them at every opportunity. We are extremely happy with their work!

It was very impressive to work with Brian, the owner. He is honest and very supportive. He gave me trick & tip on how to use the new vinyl product. By using the service of this store for more than 3 years now now I learned that they are the biggest in flooring. Once I have talked in details with him, this store will be my best place for flooring I need.

I purchased the acorn color vinyl plank flooring. The price and look were excellent. Tony and Ahmet worked hard to get the job done. We had a couple of small hiccups but that happens with Reno’s. The guys made sure everything was done right.

We recently moved into a new home and needed to change out about 2000 sqft of carpet. We visited thIs location of End of the Roll and Tony helped us out. First off we showed up the first time at about 8: 40 pm just before they closed and Tony showed us all our options until about 9: 30 pm and it didn't even bother him for a second that we kept him after hours. We ended up with some amazing options with samples in hand and some great prices to boot. Once it came to install Tahsin took over and stopped by for measurements. We asked him for his two cents on colour selection and he gave us his professional opinion which we totally went with. Tahsin and his crew were extremely efficient and they had an amazing eye for detail such as adding some extra screws in some of the floor boards to take away the squeaks. The house was vacuumed before they left and Tahsin followed up with us for a few days after to make sure everything was perfect which it was. I have not seen service this good in a long time! I would highly recommend this location of End of the Roll and I give huge kudos to both Tony and Tahsin for their great service. Keep up the great work guys!

Tony was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with! We came in with a fairly tight budget and Tony seemed as though he really wanted to help us find something we loved while staying within our budget. Highly recommend this location!

End of the Roll is not only a great place for product, but also for installation as well. I purchased carpet for two sets of stairs and received great advice from Tony at the store that helped me make a decision on wearability, quality and underlay. He helped me to make a great choice that I am extremely pleased with. When it came to installation, I needed the carpeting done on pretty short notice as well as linoleum installed in laundry room/entrance area. Ahmet was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and had both sets of stairs done in half the time. Ran into a bit of a snafu with the laundry room linoleum as other previous possible installer (not from End of the Roll) had given me wrong measurements and I’d not purchased enough (from another store). Ahmed made a trip back to End of the Roll store, took pictures of the possible products and sent them to me on my phone so I was able to make a decision. He cleared out some of his schedule and came back the next day to install. What was a tricky install in the laundry room as many metres and drains but it looks absolutely great.
What I really appreciate in this instance is they weren’t interested in just making a quick sale. They took the time to advise me on product and did a superb job installing. Thank you Tony and Ahmet!

Fantastic service with End of the Roll Calgary South store. I have been a continued customer for close to 20 years and will continue to be one for many more. Brian and his 5 star service has always been honest and fair with the prices, great selection of products and he has a very professional front end staff and onsite installers. I recently had some work done and had a new installer sent out by End of the Roll for a November/December 2019 renovation. Ahmet was the installer who was friendly and was perfect for our project. He was punctual and very professional and his workmanship speaks for itself. Ask for Ahmet when you are doing flooring installations. I always recommend End of the Roll to anyone doing a new home or any size renovations. I had a new carpet installed on the stairs by Ahmet via EOR and he did a fantastic job even though it was very tricky with spindles attached to the steps and many tight spots. Ahmet made sure to get it done properly.

Tony at EOR was also very helpful in carpet selection and scheduling.

My friend recommended this place for carpet and vinyl planks. Shaun gave lots of valuable suggestions for my project. They were very professional and offered a good price. We recently had our upper floor and stairs carpeted using End Of The Roll South location. The contractor Ahmed who installed the carpet did a great job. I would recommend End of the Roll South for their fair pricing and the sub-contractor Ahmed for the work.

This past summer, we had carpets in our rental that were totally wrecked, so End of the Roll was really helpful with giving us advice for the best kind of replacement carpets for rentals and getting us a deal on what we needed. They were able to do the job quickly, and Tahsin the installer and his crew were fabulous, even cleaning some gross messes we didn't know were there at no extra charge. Thanks!

I just had carpet installed on my front entrance stairway and it looks amazing! Tahsin did a great job! He worked so hard all day, was very pleasant and knowledgeable - I feel so much safer going up and down those stairs now!

Prices aren't anything better than what's at bigger stores. Not much of a difference in selection. Great customer service though.
