I have dealt with Mike and his staff for many years on a number of properties. They have always been fair priced and stand behind their products. We have only had one issue and it was resolved 100% to my satisfaction at no cost to myself. I highly recommend End of the Roll!

I'm so surprised at reading the other reviews and maybe my experience was a one off but it was horrible. The installer was one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with (and I'm the most easy going person ever). The entire process from start to finish was not good. If you want to go in and buy flooring to take with you maybe but don't go with their installer. There were plenty of red flags that I should have recognized before I pulled the trigger on this but I liked the price. I should not have liked the price: (Anyways.have this business come to your home at your own risk.

I came in to get a quote on my flooring that I had wanted and Mike was the gentleman who helped me. He was very rude when I asked for help to place an order. He insisted I was a waste of time and that I wasn't going to conclude a sale. Never returning again.

We are so very pleased and very happy with our new floors. Anybody who comes over can’t stop talking about how great the floors look and the texture of the tiles are awesome as they are safe for mom to walk on without slipping.

This store not only has a great selection of carpet and flooring, but they have it in stock so you can take it home right away. You can use your own installer, or they have a few that they recommend.

I went to End of the Roll to look for a floor tile that would correspond with a wall tile that I had previously purchased elsewhere. I asked the salesman for some assistance and he quickly told me that they didn’t have any tile in stock and I asked how long it would take to get it in and he said it would be a week or so. I expressed that I thought that was reasonable and looked around as if to look at some tile and he proceeded to tell me that it wouldn’t be the cheapest place for me to buy tile. I then realized that I was being judged by the way I was dressed. I was dressed to work on the house that we are building and started to explain that I was not homeless or poor but just dressed to do honest work when I quickly realized that it wasn’t necessary for me to do so. I told him I didn’t need to be treated in such a way and left. Extremely RUDE. I have read articles that say this particular store was suffering because of the injection site that was close by but I have to say, if this is how they treat people on
a regular basis then it probably doesn’t only have to do with that. I left feeling shaken and really feeling for people of all walks of life who are judged by their appearance alone. Unacceptable and again extremely RUDE. I will not be recommending this store and I will be sure to tell my story.

I got great service and found exactly what I wanted for a great price and is always nice to see mike, I know I’ll always get good service and an experts advice going there

The price and quality of the product was outstanding. Somewhat disappointed in the actual service of the carpet layer.there are far too many seams and these in obvious and well trod places ‍️

We were waiting about 21 days for the installer to come check out the space, followed up with the store every few days. We "fell through the cracks", our file was sent to a different installer, who also never got to us. Was We just ended up falling through the cracks, even if we followed up every few days and asked straight up "are you too busy to do this job? ".

I've purchased flooring here twice and both times have been really impressed and appreciative of the fantastic customer service. You truly don't get this level of service or attention at Home Depot! They're knowledgeable, patient, and don't try to sell you anything you don't want or don't need. They're also happy to give you samples to try in your home to make sure you're making the right choice. They also offer remnants for sale if you have just a small flooring project in your hands. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my experience at EOTR Lethbridge. Mike was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He set everything up with an experienced installer right away. Carpet is great quality, installed perfectly and it was a very reasonable price.

We had a great experience with End of the Roll! They had a good selection of flooring to choose from and the prices were reasonable. The entire process was easy and the installation was great. We are very happy with the end result.

I'm very happy with the service and price I received from End of the Roll. I managed to find the best price and the best selection for that price. My reno ended up taking twice as long as expected but both the store and the installer were very understanding and accommodating when I had to keep pushing back the install. This was my first time using End of the Roll, but they will be the 1st place I check next time, and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for flooring.

Every time I go to end of the roll I have friendly service however I always find a lower price elsewhere in Lethbridge so because of that the only time I shop there is when I have to get a product that no one else is carrying

Excellent service and they were kind enough to open early the next day so my handyman could stop and pick up my linoleum with his truck. Very nice to deal with and I won’t hesitate to shop there again.
