I am not sure why anyone would choose any other flooring experts other than End of the Roll on St. Albert Trail. Aaron and the team there are absolutely amazing and they will find you whatever you are looking for. We had carpet installed and the installers were so professional and did a gorgeous job. We were so happy with the price and service that we have ordered hardwood to be installed on our main floor. We don't experience too many places that actually care about their customers these days. End of the Roll does.

We had our carpets and one room of laminate replaced recently by End of the Roll (West). We had a specific schedule, and they did the install in a day, which I was impressed with. We worked with Aaron who was very helpful and easy to communicate with, he took care of everything, and it all went smoothly without any issues. I'm really happy with the installation and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Bill from the west end store was exemplary. I am very happy with the carpet. It looks beautiful. I just wish they had vacuumed after installation. It was a big mess.

After purchasing a carpet we awaited for delivery and sure enough the contractor early. It surprised me that only one showed up but he was very organized and brought the equipment in. After a while he seemed confused about the small penciled in plan and he phoned for help. There was no concensus on the plan. My initial feeling that should happen and did not was to have a small meeting between the contractor and the salesman would have solved this problem. I heard the salesman say to the contractor it was my fault. Not nice to blame someone else for his plan.short because I would not purchase anymore when I actually did buy a

We came into End of the roll looking for some carpet, the staff were very helpful, and knew there product very well, they took time to answer all of our questions, it was over all a good experience and would highly recommend End of the roll to anyone looking for flooring.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and explained all we needed to know.

We needed some new carpet in our basement and were very happy with the whole process. Options, communication, pricing, availability, and the final install was all a great experience. We dealt with Aaron when selecting/ordering/scheduling/satisfaction and Serkan for installing, both stand up gents who genuinely care about the product/service they provide to their customers. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt to return phone calls and emails. My tile came in before expected and I had a family member pick them up for me. Apparently the staff were awesome when she went to pick them up! Will definitely shop here again. A very positive experience.

Best customer service i have had in years. On our original visit the owner answered all of questions in great detail (my favourite kind of answers) they sold us an excellent product at a reasonable price. My husband and i chose to install ourselves. (We have done this many times before but not with this specific type of flooring). I was more pleased with my second visit than my first. We ran into some trouble in the installation and the salesman who helped me that day (not the owner) was as detailed and friendly as the owner. I have not had a chance to try his suggestions as the property i am renovating is not my primary residence, however i have every confidence that if it doesn’t work I can return for more brain storming. I just wish i needed flooring more often.

Bill Hungerford helped us pick out our carpet for our basement and made the whole process extremely smooth. We have gone to End of the Roll now for 3 home project and we will absolutely work with Bill again! Installers were very professional as well, quick and friendly. When I went to ‘End of the Roll’ back in February I met a guy who worked there named Terry McAleese and he was nice to deal with. Very Knowledgable, understood the products, materials, the time that it would take to install, and what tools I would need. For the stairs he understood which nosing would match good with which flooring. He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to sell but was trying to help me make an informed decision about flooring. He was very nice, kind, and always welcoming. Never felt like I had to buy.
But I ended up buying flooring vinyl planks that needs to be glued down. We picked this because our house will be a rental Property in the future, and if our renters wrecked the floor it’s easier to fix a couple of planks instead of changing the whole flooring in that room.
I put vinyl planks on the main floor, the stairs, and all the bathrooms. I also put vinyl planks on the second floor, which has a hallway, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It looks amazing and my girlfriend and I is very happy with the results. We had carpet before. The vinyl planks is very easy to install and easy to clean.

Great carpet shopping experience. We had great assistance from Ray and fast and excellent installation. On time, as scheduled and we LOVE the carpet.

I found the material I was looking for, vinyl decking for outdoor application’s. It was a small job under 32 square feet. The price was reasonable and there was choice with patterns.
I would and have recommended other’s with small projects.

Last big snow fall, I accidentally turned into their parking lot and got stuck. Two members of their team rushed out with shovels to help my bf and me dig out my little car and push it back onto the side street. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I live 300 plus kilometers north of Edmonton, alberta. I purchased 47 boxes of vinyl plank from end of roll on 128 street and st. Albert trail. As my vehicle was to small to take it, I only took 10 boxes. My daughter and son in law brought the balance of the plank about a week later. After I had carried in the 37 boxes into the kitchen I realized they had given me Vermont oak instead of silver oak. On Monday I called Aaron at the store and told him the wrong boxes had been put in the truck. He said give me 10 minutes and I will see if I can get it carried up to you. He called me back in about 3 minutes and said they were already loading the correct plank. I couldn't believe the fantastic customer service I received. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer.

Incredibly friendly staff all around and were very willing to help me with what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend.

Carpet installation itself looks good but the installers did not wear a mask when coming into my house (the guy was coughing his lungs out) to install the carpet and used my bathroom to urinate twice without even attempting to close the door or asking permission. I emailed the manager to give him feedback on this and and did not even receive a reply back. Won't be coming back again.

We had new linoleum flooring installed and the 2 gentleman that installed it were rude, bossy, and just plain seemed to hate their jobs. They got mad at me for not having the house at 23+ degrees because of the glue which I had no idea than huffed at me when I said okay. I also paid extra to have new baseboards installed which they didn't do and put my old ones back on even when it was on the work order to put the new ones on. I called to complain which they came back and put my new boards on but even still isn't great work. I even had to super glue a couple patch works they did that was already letting go. Maybe my fault for ordering cheap flooring but still.oh.and it was also on the work order to remove the toilet to put the new flooring it but the contractors didn't want to put it back on. They said it only says on the work order to take it off and not to put back on. I said well. I'm not a plumber either so how the heck does my toilet get back on if you take it off? Anyway, they ended up putting it back on but water sprayed everywhere and didn't wipe it up.

Besides that, the flooring is really nice but it was the contractors that ruined my experience with end of the roll for me. They didn't clean up their glue mess on my baseboards, wall vanity, toilet, and even left a ton of loose nails around the floor areas that my toddler found. Could have been a dangerous situation!

The team were professional and on schedule. They had installed the carpet as required in a short time and was perfectly fit. I will definitely use this place again for any future carpet replacement

I'm beyond pleased with the service and final product from End of the Roll - West Edmonton. Lots of selection, excellent service from Jason and fantastic installation. Our installer, Kevin, did an amazing and professional job. He's a true professional. We love our new carpet and flooring. Very well priced too!

We had excellent customer service.it was very busy and we still had all our questions answered and had multiple people asking us if more assistance was needed.
We had a sales person (Jason) give us his card and we contacted him with further questions.he was excellent from start to us picking up our flooring. We will be having our basement done next month with carpet. Highly recommend to others.

Carpet is nice but the installation was poor and (I can’t verify but) I think I paid for 8lb pad and got the low level junk they try to install for people who don’t know any better. I can see all the seams in the carpet and there’s going to be problems with snags as soon as we vacuum it. Not overly happy with things but I got the sense the installer did not want to be there

Bought from the company 5 years ago. Exceptional service! This time around not so much. Nice product, installation well done. Problem is rhe sales person. Very nice at first and then his tune has changed after installation. His superior stated that he did not witness how his staff member treated me so no apologies! I will NOT make business with this company anymore.

Then, about 10 days after the installation, the same rude salesman called me to ask me when I will be picking up my transitions. What? Did I pay for something and I am not aware of? I told him I have nothing to pick up, he said "never mind" and hung up.

Then, on January 7, the company stated right here on my review that they dont have any record of me and asked to be contacted. I sent an email on the same day to the email address provided and oops, their comment disappeared. They never contacted me.

New carpet and vinyl flooring throughout the whole house at a wonderful price. Casey what very helpful and eager to answer my questions. He communicated through the whole process removing any doubt about the company. I’m super happy with the service, price and instal. They will be our first call when we need flooring again. Custom made carpet took a couple extra days so they offered to deliver it at no cost. Great customer service from start to finish!

Picking the carpet went smoothly and easy, even during these times. The workers came within the time appointed and called before coming. They were quick to get to work and courteous. All work was completed well and they cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that there was a lingering smell of cigarettes which the wife is sensitive to but after leaving the windows open for an hour was gone. Overall I have no complaints.

Sales advisor Jason Huls was so helpful and not pushy and gave us alternatives that could possibly work for our stairs. He really knew his products and could answer our questions.

The Ali team installed carpet on our stairs and wasted no time to get started and were very professional and friendly. They really knew what they were doing and so pleased with the results.

I would not hesitate to use end of Roll again for future projects as so pleased with the purchase and the installation.

I have been purchasing flooring from this store for over ten years. The primary reason we go here and recommend it to all our friends and family is because of the store manager Aaron. I HIGHLY recommend.

Totally happy! I needed two big pieces of carpet for my 12yo doggo who slips on the hard floors. Found a higher quality option for a lower price here than what I saw at other stores. And store manager Aaron was super helpful, plain-talking, plus personally delivered the cut pieces in only a couple days for me while his team was already booked. This is my 2nd time being a customer here and I will buy at End of the Roll in west Edmonton again, highly recommend.

Spent about 30minutes in store waiting for someone to help us. But instead the workers were more interested in their own conversations. Whatever big loss in sale good thing we have a backup plan.

I was very pleased with the products and in store support. However, during install, I experienced damage to property and was not informed by installers and they left without saying a word. This was disappointing.

We've used End of the Roll twice. Both times we have been very happy with the product and less than thrilled with the installation day. This most recent experience one of the installers left a streak of blood on our bedroom door. After contacting the store there was no apology. If you chose End of the Roll you will undoubtedly be pleased with the carpet, but have realistic expectations about the service.

I purchased flooring based on salesperson saying he was giving me best possible price only to find out the next place I went to sells it (normal price) for over 30% less. I called back and after salesperson did some checking, he agreed to match competitor's price. Although I appreciate that, I was disappointed I had to go through that. More flooring required for our projects.not sure I want another experience like this and will certainly shop around before buying.

Flooring done, had to have a splice put in as.it was not properly measured by estimatorUnder kick panels not so much. Baseboards poorly reinstalled. Doors and closet door removed, left sitting in hallway.

End of the Roll (EOTR) Amazing service, excellent communication! I talked to Aaron on Wednesday morning and got the estimate within 2 hours, it was 1000 dollar cheaper than another company with the same kind, like and quality carpet. The installers did a great job, amazing workmanship. I have a big house with a complicates set of winding stairs, you can't see the seams anywhere in the carpet, they finished the job in one day, Ali and a friend, and they left the space spotless.
Everyone I met at the End of the Roll was professional, friendly, know their stuff and gave me great advice. Aaron originally quoted me about 250 dollars higher than what I paid, but how I ended paying less was because there was a few days delay in the installation date for some unexpected circumstances by the installer. I told Aaron that we had moved everything out of the way including our beds and it was a bit of an inconvenience, When I went to pay, Aaron voluntarily, without me asking for any discount, knocked off 250 "for the inconvenience", he said.how respectful, this is how it is done

All the associates are friendly and professional. A great non-pushy experience where they want to help you find what's going to work best for you. Nice selection of flooring choices at great deals.

Last Friday, I had laminate from End of the Roll installed in my condo and I am extremely pleased with the decision to go with them. I had water damage back in May and I have been working with Adam from shortly after the damage till the beginning of November. Adam was fantastic to work with! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and suggested the best product that would work for needs (over multiple visits). I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Adam. The installation crew led by Najib was great. Najib was in contact with me throughout the installation and provided a level of service that far exceeded my expectations (texting me pictures as the installation progressed.) I would highly recommend End of the Roll (St. Albert Trail) as THE place to go for flooring.

From beginning to end EOR was top notch from providing samples, keeping appointments and most importantly, the install, were all exceptional. Everything I asked for, I got without hesitation.

Purchased some carpet here, and the carpet itself was nice. They did a good job in helping us pick out the carpet, and measuring how much we would need.
Good experience until installation. Install was booked, and then we were told we were double booked and pushed back a full week. During the install the staff left the door open all day, letting in tons of bugs. We also ordered a nice silver grey carpet, and were told we would get a grey trim to match, however we were given a brown trim that doesn’t match the carpet at all. Finally we can still feel sharp taking on our feet when we walk on certain areas of the carpet.
When we called to complain we were told that it wasn’t normal to feel the sharp tacking, and they would come back and fix that, as well as change out the trim to the grey we were promised. We did not hear back again.
When we called to follow up we were told by Kerri she had already sent someone to come fix everything but we weren’t home to let him
In. Problem is that she didn’t notify us of the appointment. She was very rude and basically told us if we don’t like it we should fix it ourselves. The carpet itself looks great (minus the trim and sharp spots) but it seems like once they get your money they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Wouldn’t use them again
