Was given Ford escape as a rental when my Mazda CX-5 got into accident. I wanted a car other than Ford escape and since there were no other cars available at that moment, had to opt for this one and they promised to call me whenever they find a substitute. Now whenever I call them for car change, the answers were always no. Suggestion if renting from here is that leave the shop only if you are satisfied with the car and do not be with assumption that the car can be changed later, which never happens.

Very nice place to rent a car if you’re under 25 and need a car for a trip you’re doing when in Calgary. The young driver fee is very fair in comparison to other companies. The staff is very friendly and helpful and considerate regarding any questions or concerns you have. Would recommend to anyone!

We arrived at the airport the day before and had very poor service from thrifty.the next day we went to the enterprise counter on Crowfoot and the manager there served us very well.understood us, had a lot of empathy for us and were able to rent a car without problem vs thrifty at the airport

Very impressed with the customer service that I have received from this location. The staff that I have dealt with have been very friendly and helpful through this process. Big thank you to Jean and the other lovely lady who had assisted me with getting a loaner vehicle. Thank you for the amazing service!

I had a very good experience at this location. The staff were courteous and kind. Customer service was impeccable from everyone. The vehicle was a little beat up outside but clean and drove well. Please keep up the great work as this has probably been my best Enterprise experience ever.

Deposit wasn't refunded promptly after getting a replacement rental through insurance. Thier customer service was quick to help resolve the issue though, so it wasn't all bad.

Rented a car from this location twice and both times were a really great experience. Levi was very friendly and accommodating. The other staff members were also very nice. Hope to rent a car again soon!

We ordered a rental to go to BC with this enterprise. Was helped in a timely manner, and greeted with lovely hospitality and friendly energy.

Priscilla helped us with all the details, pricing and agreement of the rental itself. We were upgraded for free to a 2021 Ford Escape. Thoroughly would recommend this location for future needs of renting a car.

Everyone here strives for exceptional service and being helpful all around. Would use again, I only wished the weekend hours were a little longer:).

This branch was awesome! Everyone was polite, acted as quickly as they could to make sure everyone in the office was helped and after listening to 3 different interactions I was confident I would be helped with amazing customer service after experiencing less than great service at another branch, they did not disappoint! Had me out in under 30 minutes and Priscilla is an absolute ray of sunshine, if you get the chance to have her help you she will make the process so easy and have you laughing with her the whole time:)

Their website indicates NO available cars in Calgary, AB. I have repeatedly tried to contact local Enterprises but they do not answer. My call is sent to an answering machine that does not take messages (?). Not a biggie, I will take my business elsewhere. I'm not sure if Enterprise is aware, but there are actually numerous car rental companies avaliable. Take care of you patrons, or else they will go to somebody else. Bye-bye Enterprise

Had a rental scheduled for noon (the closing time on sunday) and didnt end up getting it until 2pm. However, the customer service at this location was phenomenal. The branch manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and although the wait time was rather extreme, it can’t be blamed on the staff. With only 2 people working at a prime location it was clear more people need to be hired or scheduled in. The 2 employees working at the time were extremely professional and always smiling. In my opinion this deserves the 5 star review. They handled the rush well and everyone ended up getting a vehicle one way or another. Anyway, had a great experience at this enterprise and would definitely recommend it!

After hours drop box is temporary not in operation due to vandalism and theft.
While understandable it meant I paid for an unnecessary extra day. (Returning to a diff location would result in an extra fee higher than paying for another 24h)
I actually parked the car there and could only return the keys the next day.
Use a different location where that’s not the case.
Otherwise everything is good

Made a reservation. It was confirmed. Took a cab 35 minutes to get there. Was told they had no car for me. Not at the time of my reservation. Not in the next hour. Not in the next 24 hours. Was also told they tried to call me but my phone wasn’t turned on. That was not true. I had no missed call. No voicemail. Was happening to multiple other people and everyone had been waiting for a LONG time. Riley Henderson, the assistant manager, was curt at best and made zero attempts to remedy the situation. He claimed he had checked on cars at nearby rentals but no one had a car for me. I called and am now on my way to pick up a rental car from another location. Would never come back here again.

UPDATED 6/11 Chris M offered to help me with this (see below). I have been in an endless bot-loop for three weeks of someone from the Care Team offering to help me and then LITERALLY NOTHING HAPPENING. This company is rated F from BBB and I see why. DO NOT USE.

It’s nice that they gave us a luxury car but upon return they will say everything is fine but will charge you for not filling up the fuel which I ensured I did, wish they were honest

Great experience with this great team!

It is an unfortunate situation when you arrive at your rental car location and discovers that the information provided to you was incorrect or misleading.

BUT, I have to say that Ernest Offie-Annor is a great manager. He was able to turn around the situation while being a real stud!
Thank you for your hard work and for doing your job at 110%.

Highly recommend this car rental location.

$40 a day 3 weeks ago to $80 dollars a day within the same month for the same car is a bit ridiculous. Why? The reasoning from Marie is as followed "Sorry Prices have gone up".

The Crowfoot location was the only location with available vehicles. We rented midsized SUV that had some trouble with the electronic system. The manager of the branch made all the difference. We got different vehicle and all was great

Made a reservation 24-hours in advance. Arrived early for my pick up appointment. Waited patiently for 10 - 15 minutes before being served. Was informed that the car I requested and reserved in advance would not be available for another 30+ minutes. I would either have to wait or accept an inferior vehicle.

I was then informed that in order to accept payment via Visa debit, they would fundamentally need to do a background check on me, would need two months of utility statements, etc, which, of course, I did not have with me.

This in spite of the fact that not one but TWO Enterprise telephone representatives told me the day prior that paying via Visa debit was an option.

ZERO respect for people's time and no problem massively inconveniencing a customer unecessarily.

What's MOST ASTOUNDING about this is while waiting the initial 10 - 15 minutes, I witnessed the customer service agent rent a car to a senior citizen who's driver's license was expiring during the rental period he was agreeing to, due to the fact that he was overdue for his annual medical exam. THAT wasn't a problem.

But a client with a VALID driver's license expecting to have the car reserved 24-hours prior ready as promised, wanting to put a perfectly valid card down as payment, that wasn't doable for them.

Oh, they did offer me a discount for not having the car I reseved ready on time, but here's how that went.

They asked me what "I" thought the discount should be? In other words, let's negotiate, as opposed to. "here's what I'm going to do to make this right. " And then wouldn't take the payment method TWO reps told me the day prior would be acceptable.

Their excuse. I didn't pick up the voicemail message they left on my phone late last night AFTER the reservation was made and confirmed via email.

What a joke! No wonder you have such poor reviews on the internet!

I was greeted at the counter by a friendly staff member who handed me off to Riley. Riley made it clear what we were looking for during the vehicle walk through before I took the keys. A couple of digital signatures and I was on my way. Riley also completed the return inspection and emailed me my receipt. The entire process was very efficient. I would highly recommend completing the ready pass.

I was getting a rental car this moring at crowfoot enterpise because my car was getting fix in the body shop. The customer experience was terrible.person who helped me was grumpy seems like he had a rough morning, he was not friendly at all.i walked in and told the guy that i am here for a rental car.first, the infomation on the file was wrong, second, they did not prepare a car for me and said, ' we are not expecting you here because you did not comfirm the time. ' well, by the time enterprise call me i was working, when i called back enterprise is closed.if a customer's name on the list, why not prepare the car for the customer? If the customer is not showing up then it is the customer's problem. As a customer, what we are looking for is a postive attitude, you may went throught a rough day but do not show to your customer because customer's day is staring with enterprise.

Extremely accommodating. I had a terrible experience with the enterprise on 17th ave. Called this location explaining the situation and they were very understanding and got me into a car that afternoon. Very thankful.

Amazing experience!

We were supposed to get a Durango/Atlas but we received a call from Branch Manager Haris Khattak 20 minutes before the designated time and mentioned that we are not getting them.

That made us a bit sad but when we stepped into the Enterprise compound, saw a 2021 Ford Explorer is getting ready for a ride. Our joy was just doubled up. It's huge and topped with all options. The best part was we got a 50% discount and a free Banff pass as they were late for 30 minutes.

I'd like to appreciate Haris's effort in handling the situation in the best possible manner and for a big compensation.

I had a discrepancy between the price I booked my car for and the actual price I was quoted from this agency. They were able to fix it on the spot, hassle free. Friendly and intelligent staff.

Worst Enterprise I have ever been to. Completely incompetent staff. If you want to get Effd around you'll choose this poor establishment. 0 stars if it were an option. Nothing like being told you have a rental only to show up and them not have one for you.

I’m a regular renter of vehicles and when I’m in Calgary I always rent from Enterprise. But, this particular location always blows me away by there extremely high level of customer service.

Very bad experiences at this location. They never gave me the car I booked. First time booked a 300s and was given a Mazda cx3 for our 4 people and was told the cx3 was supposed to be more expensive but they would reduce the price for us. Are you kidding the one who don’t know any knowledge of the car? Second time booked a Malibu but they did not have again. We were given a Jetta and it had warning sounds once we drove away. Stay away from this location.

Being Platinum plus member, I always having troubles renting from this branch. 3 out of 3 times there was troubles: once availability, secondnever calling back, and finally showing up with active booking and no car available.

I usually don’t write reviews but felt needed to share this. Called in advance asking for a 7 seater SUV was told come by at 300. So I did, guy at counter told me they don’t have one now. Tried getting me into a golf, 4 kids and a dog I told them hence the 7 seater. While waiting a couple came by to pick up a 7 seater, they didn’t like it and never picked it up, I over heard they where driving it down the Oregon coast. Thus, a seven seater became available, I asked if I can take that and be on my way, counter guy checked with his manager, the manager could not even make eye contact with me and said that the 7 seater is not available now, when clearly it was. So wasted and hour and half of my life and settled for a cross over just to get going and leave. I rented many cars in the past before plenty, by far the worst experience.

My rental got stuck in snow during a snow storm and then they tell me that Im liable for any damage while its stuck in the snow. What am I supposed to do go stay in it until I can get it towed? Its already 8 hours for a tow truck in this city and the snows still coming down. You guys need to say this kind of thing when people rent a car because nothing of this was ever mentioned or discussed with me - not the best way to find out, Enterprise.

Update:
They left a note under my review to contact them, well I did and received a generic Thank You email in response.

On a cold snowy day, booked a special premium car well in advance, when I got there, I was offered a Jetta which is not even premium let alone special premium.
Attendant wasn’t helpful, didn’t even apologize for the trouble and didn’t offer me a replacement in the same class.
I’m a plus member by the way. Try to avoid wasting your time and money here.

I always receive amazing customer service at this location and have come to know some of the employees by name, which is always nice. Amazing rates and a good selection available to choose from. Plus, Enterprise offers pick up and drop off, which is a huge plus for me!

I had the best experience dealing with them this week. I booked a cargo van and expected to go down to the store to pick it up. They offered to drop the vehicle off at my home, which they promptly did. Much to my delight, the van was huge. I could fully stand up in it and was a much nicer model than I have used in the past compared to the competition. The truck was great and ended up being such an easy rental. I will absolutely be using Enterprise next time I need a van for work.

Had an issue when the parents came in from out of town and the guy at the airport location upgraded then with the best intentions. Unfortunately my parents didn't realize the small crossover they got upgraded to had ZERO trunk space. Stopped by the Crawford location on the way out of town to see if there was anything they could do, really just looking to get into the standard car that was originally rented. The guys took care of us, traded us into another vehicle with more trunk space, took care of calling the other location and had us turned around and back out on our way in no time. Big ups boys and thanks for your help!

Had a car reserved for 5 months went in to pick up and the employee told me that they couldn't honor the reservation price and gave me a price for double acting like he was giving me some type of deal I argued with him for a good minutes because I knew he was lying and trying to scam me after about 15 minutes I took the car and left and called enterprise customer service the lady on that end confirmed to me that my reservation was In the computer and he was lying for whatever reason she fixed everything up and wrote a letter to his regional manager and got my money back.none the less if I didn't do call I would've got completely ripped off by this employee not sure his name but he's an Asian man with a spiky haircut.be careful renting from this crook!

I worked with Sean, later to find out he is a manager, and rightly so- cannot recommend working with him enough. Sean was informed and gave me my options in a succinct but digestible manner. What I appreciate most about Sean is that he consistently kept the process moving and promised to get me on the road in no time (which he upheld). I'm thoroughly pleased with the car I received, the condition it was in, and the assistance I received when getting my things loaded. Zack helped me get the paperwork completed and did it in an efficient manner. If you can have both Sean and Zack help you, I cannot commend them enough, they made my rental car experience positive and I'm confident they would do the same for any of your rental needs.

Change of staff (manager) has not turned out well here it seems. I used to rent from enterprise and this location for good customer service and accountability, now I think I might as well go and rent from budget and at least pay much less!

I was impressed to be offered a ride back home with my toddler after I returned the car. The staff also kindly asked me whether I have filled up the tank. Last time I rented a car in Calgary Airport and didn't know about the policy and was charged almost $100 bucks for 3/4 tank of gas. Great customer service.

As always, fantastic service and support from the team at the Enterprise Crowfoot, Calgary location. On very last minute notice last week I needed to move up my reservation date/time and they were able to accommodate including taking me to another location where the vehicle was located (thanks for the door-to-door service to get me on my way even though it was passed the end of your day, Mike!)

I have used this location for 5+ years and will continue to do so. Thanks to the current Team for your attentive and excellent customer care and attention to detail (Liz, Mike, Jordanne, Shawn, Skye.and everyone at Enterprise Crowfoot).

This location used to have good service before with different staff. I used to come to this branch since 2014, but this year's service is horrible. Staff is not customer service focused and close to be rude in times.
