Enterprise provided a great experience with the Volkswagen Golf rental, offering a top-notch vehicle and excellent service from Tyler and Sam. The only drawback was the rental location being 20 minutes away from the airport, and the inconvenience of not being able to return the car directly at the airport. Nevertheless, their friendly and efficient service made up for the minor inconveniences, making Enterprise a solid choice for those willing to trade a bit of convenience for quality service and a great car.
This place is ridiculous. Over a month ago I rented a car and had to put the $150 deposit on my debit card. They said I would get the deposit back in the mail in 7-10 business days. After 13 business days I started calling to find out where my cheque was, and it took 4 phone calls before a manager would return my call, telling me that my cheque was never actually issued. Luckily I still had the receipt and was able to provide them with the information. They apologized and said it would definitely be sent out this time. It has now been another 10 business days and I have still not received my deposit back. And the manager just informed me that yet again, my cheque was not issued. But yet again, gave me their word that it would be sent out, and I will receive it in another 10 business days. Very disappointing customer service. They took my money over a month ago and won't give it back.
I had exceptionally good service at this location recently. From the initial booking, to the pick up shuttle service, and of course the rental itself. In particular, Ramario, the associate, who check me into the rental as well as received the rental at drop off time, was very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend renting from this location. Thank you for your good service!

I would give them a -5 if I could. They don't record the damage that you point out but are quick to blame you for any damage after returning the car. The person on the walk around even agreed with me on the damage but never wrote it down. I'm not an autobody technician and missed the small crack in the bottom corner of the bumper but caught the rest. I'm stuck with a hefty bill because of their negligence. A call to customer service was no help at all. I do not recommend doing any business with this company. If you do, don't bend over to much for them because they will shaft you hard. I will never do any business with this company again.
BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! I have regularly rented from this location for the past two years and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or any staff. The staff are courteous and accommodating, the customer service has always been first-class. Special shout-out to Zach, Emmanuel & Jasleen, thank you for all your help!

Confirmed my large SUV and showed up to no large SUV's. Waited an hour while they found one and it was full of dog hair after they brought it out to me.
Rented a car for a month trip. Staff was great in picking up and returning. Efficient service. Car worked great and had no issues. Returned a couple days early with no problems. Definitely rent here again. Rented car thru Costco website.
I've got vehicle with 1/2 fuel. I returned it with full fuel tank, and They didn't reimbursed me for it. Scam! Employer on customer service told me that they cannot returned money for gas. They can always give you vehicle with 1/2 tank and told you they didn't give you money back!
Wish I could rate zero. Customer service is AWFUL. Don't leave a thing in their vehicles as you'll never see it again. Thieves. And they hang up on you when you call. Awful awful awful
Completely obnoxious. Priority is to lock the door at noon on the dot regardless of the quality of the vehicle being given to you. Took my mother to this location to pick up a car. Intended car was replaced at the last minute because it was soon due for an oil change and deemed unsafe. Replacement vehicle has a decal pasted to the inside of the window horizontal and at eye level.completely unsafe and unroadworthy. I can't believe this vehicle is in the rental pool.
Was charged for 3 days use when my insurance company was the one to be billed. 2 weeks later still no communication from Enterprise and still no refund despite MULTIPLE emails spanning the last 2 weeks from myself and my insurance! Beware!
Very professional needed to Rent a car due to being rear-ended and my vehicle in for repairs. I did not particularly like the car I rented but it worked and got me to work and back. I would recommend
I wasn't excited to rent a car. You hear the horror stories. Don't know if I found a diamond in the rough, or if every story was wrong. Guessing the former. Great staff and service. They are usually really busy, but will still help you out. Recommend for sure

We were late arriving to pick up the car. Lucky for us Zach Miller was still in the office. He got us on our way in no time. Had it not been for Zach extreme customer service it could have been a different outcome.
My spouse and I were on our way to pick up a rental car on Monday and realized we’d be late arriving so we called ahead and asked if it would be possible for someone to hang around a few minutes passed five… the gentleman who answered the phone said it was possible. We arrived at this location and the staff were more than willing to assist us. I want to thank the staff for allowing us to pick up the rental car passed closing time. My vehicle was at Carstar for repairs and was recommended this Enterprise location for a rental. It’s the first time I had to rent a vehicle, so everything was pretty new to me. They offer a shuttle service and everyone there was so welcoming and cheerful! The staff made the process so easy and efficient. Definitely recommend.
I was in a car accident and needed a rental to run my errands on the weekends. The customer service that I received from the Manager Francesca and her staff was beyond exceptional. Upon arrival, I was attend to immediately without delays. The vehicle that I booked were always available and if not, she will find an alternative vehicle similar to what I have rented. Francesca is friendly, professional and empathetic. She is quick, competent and understanding. She puts customers first and makes all feel welcomed with her friendly smile. I rented a car from here after a reservation with Alamo fell though (they didn't have any cars to give me). The staff (Milo I think) was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had some car trouble but they sent me a new car as fast as possible which is not easy right now given the shortage of cars and then I got a really nice discount at the end for all the trouble. Would totally rent from here again!
I rent from there once every few weeks, and everyone is always so amazing and helpful and kind! Conveniently, they’re also right beside a gas station to fill up before returning. DEFINITELY go to them for all your rental needs in the south!
When your staff tell a customer the total amount owing is one thing. Then you proceed to take that amount, plus the deposit plus the initial payment that is deceitful. Not to mention the final invoice doesn’t reflect the entire total paid. I will report you for this terrible lack of accounting and demand an invoice reflecting the entire amount paid!
First time renting a car from Enterprise. Busy location, but they help you fast and efficiently. Great location, it’s right next to a gas station if you forget to fuel up and a Tim Hortons while you wait for your ride home. Great staff, great prices.
BUYER BEWARE! You will be charged for even the smallest hail dent (cant see with the naked eye). They make you have an appointment, and then never have your car ready. This has happened to me multiple on more than one rental! This most previous rental was clean but I had to wait almost an hour to get my car and leave their facility. When you're there you'll hear "we are running a little behind, go grab a coffee from Tim's while you wait for your car". And no, not on them, they don't give you anything to reimburse you for your wasted time waiting for them (not even for Gold or Platinum members). This location does not care about you or your experience. Customer service does not exist here! I rent from Enterprise all over Canada, this is the only location i have ever had an issue at and i will never rent here again.

Update: Our friend was at this location yesterday and confirmed that customers are STILL not required to wear masks inside. Turns out Jeff is the manager there (he hung up on me when I asked him what was happening). There have been zero changes since this post.
WHY AREN'T CUSTOMERS REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS IN SHARED CARS AND INSIDE THE BUILDING? I called to ask and Jeff at the counter told me it was "optional" inside their building despite the city implementing the rule on SATURDAY. That's 4 FULL days of not following city wide rules. I was FORCED to share a ride with 3 unmasked passengers. They then proceeded inside the building maskless. By this point there were other customers inside without masks, and I was forced to wait outside. This is unacceptable and Enterprise clearly doesn't want to protect their customer's safety. Absolutely mind blowing in a pandemic.
I had an appointment, which had been booked a month ago, at 9am this morning at this location. They picked me up at body shop. Unexpectedly, they told me that they did not have any car for me when I got there. They mentioned that they could have a car ready for me between 3pm to 5pm. However, I had never received a call from them. I called them at 4: 30pm and they said they would send someone to pick me up between 5: 15pm to 5: 30pm. No one showed up until 6pm. I had already wasted my whole day just to wait for them. If there has zero star, I would give them zero star. I will never do business with them ever again.
We had excellent service. Pratik Pokharel was the gentlemen that help us. He took his time and explain all the details of the car we were renting. I recommend this place.
I recently rented an SUV from this location and my experience was excellent. The pick up and drop off were fast and efficient. Taylor and the other staff were super helpful and even helped arrange an early pick up for me!
Reserved a car for 10 am place with was packed, car not ready, not even close had 5 people ahead of me waiting for 9 am reservations. Had to leave without a rental, late fir an appointment. Re reserved for 11 am came back place still packed 1 guy working on a Saturday and they close a noon? Ridiculous. Went to Hertz got a smoking deal for 3 week rental. Your loss Enterprise.

The service was excellent with one big BUT. I rented the vehicle as a part of my insurance coverage. I was told that the rent would cost $30/day. Enterprise tried to give me Dodge Durando R/T. I asked how much that luxury would cost [my insurance company] and I was told still $30/day. The service rep showed me the screen of ipad with the contract for $30-ish a day. Great deal, eh? Not for me as I didn't need that huge, fancy and fuel-inefficient vehicle. I asked whether it was possible to get smaller Kia Seltos parked nearby. Again, excellent service, I was given Kia Seltos in 10 min or so, I signed the screen of ipad without looking into further details. I returned the vehicle earlier today and, again, excellent service. I was told that insurance company will cover everything, I don't need to pay anything. Now I am looking into my email with the copy of rental contact. Kia Seltos costed the insurance company almost double the price than Dodge Duranto R/T that I didn't take initially. I have to admit that I signed that screen for Kia Seltos without even noticing so significant price increase. This is just not fair. This is not truly Canadian way of doing business. Enterprise, please adjust the price of the contract to what was initially quoted.
I just need to give a shout out to one of their staff Mudy (I hope I'm spelling that right) I've worked in customer service my whole life, and this guy is great at his job. My father in law was renting a vehicle for a few days and Mudy made everything easy, the vehicle had just gotten back so he made sure it was washed, fueled and even showed my father in law the benefit of renting a couple days longer. End of the story this is the kind of guy you want to deal with wherever you go. Thanks for keeping customer service alive Mudy. Cheers. Ask for him if you ever come here.

Upon returning my rental car last Friday April 23, I was disappointed with this Jeff F. He let me fill the gas without checking my rental agreement. I am on pre paid for gas so I can return the vehicle without filling gas. Time matters most to me that day. I am in a rush I need to go work my client is waiting for me. Jeff F is not doing his job properly.
It all ended good though as John came to the rescue. Thanks John you are Superb
It’s was really bad customer service and not correct in whatever they say! They told me one thing and they did other, And they don’t respect the customer, they charge me money from my credit card without communicate with me which is seems like un respectable so please make sure you guys check whatever you need to pay to them! I’m not gonna recommend this place to anyone
Worst Place ever so far. Car was filthy and no one gave a damn about cleaning the car. Spoke to Jeff calling himself a manager but clearly no sense of talking. Super rude not going there anymore and reporting to AHS.
I coordinated a rental vehicle with their sister company (Discount) through insurance and made a very specific request (no minivans and vehicle with AWD). Our side streets still haven't been plowed and an AWD vehicle would drive better. Of course, I ended up with a minivan. I pointed out the specific request I had made and the man "helping" was very nonchalant and said they had no SUVs. No apologies for the oversight or being offered something comparable - just a take it or leave it attitude. He said I'd be put on a "priority wait list" to swap out the van I didn't want for an SUV when one was returned.
Fast forward a few days later when I returned the rental vehicle, only to hear the individual in front of me be offered an array of options including SUVs. Logic dictates that an SUV was returned at least the day before and the "priority wait list" was a fabrication. I would echo the negative reviews for this location and avoid it at all costs; yes, you are better off taking public transit in the middle of a blizzard than renting a vehicle from here.
Great staff, but the policy of No pre-paid credit card needs to be changed. Its very archaic and denies people access. I've had my card for years, can use it to get gas, stay at hotels etc but not get a rental which I needed urgently. Not everyone qualifies for a major CC, and prepaid can STILL take holds and let's people control what they spend. Time to get with 2020! Again, great guys there.just disappointed to be denied after booking a rental over the phone!
Initially had a good experience, but when I tried to change details about the car as well as add another driver, the day I did it was fine, but the day I went to pick up the car nothing had been changed! Not sure what the guy I had seen was even doing the whole time I was in there. I had a car that I didn't want and two drivers that couldn't even drive the car (because they were under the age for driving a van). Very poor communication skills.
Went to the Douglasdale location for a weekend car rental. I had no issues with the car, the staff etc. However, when I returned the car and went to go inside the building there was a man in there WITH NO MASK talking on his cell phone. There is a sign outside saying it is a BI-LAW to wear a mask indoors. My boyfriend and I refused to go inside and mentioned to 2 staff members that the man is not wearing a mask. We were completely ignored and rushed out. We even mentioned it to the man himself who ignored us and kept talking on his phone. So let me get this straight, my health at risk, my boyfriends health at risk, the staff at your location at risk and covid safely policies/laws completely ignored for this one man? Was he even asked or told he needed a mask? I rented with you as you brag about how clean and sanitized your vehicles are but are they? You don't seem to care about the Pandemic at all. Not only was he not wearing a mask.but talking on a phone? Spreading his droplets everywhere (can stay in the air for 2 hours by the way) so I seriously hope your staff are not sick now as them wearing a mask does barley anything to protect them. Was there others before me in there without masks as well that I was unaware of, coughing maybe? Truly SHAMEFUL that our concerns were ignored. Do not go here if you want to feel safe and that your health is valued at this time. Like I said, I don't even have confidence they actually sanitized the car properly now. Thanks Enterprise, how disappointing. Unfortunately a "sign" is not enough to protect people, get it together before you ruin some innocent peoples health or even kill someone.
Not the best customer service. Had the car booked to be picked up and were told to wait for 25 minutes on the side. Jeff wasn't very helpful. Been to many other enterprise locations and returned as a happy customer, this location not so much.
Told us we had to switch from a van to an suv so we did and changed our plans. The next day we came to pick up the suv and they claimed to not have a suv. After almost an hour of them and us trying to find a suv at another enterprise one finally got returned to them for us. However the whole process was extremely difficult and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on at all and didn’t seem to have the cars other people wanted either.
Thank you Enterprise providing my family with last minute rentals dealing with car Insruance hard enough. This team is amazing you guys went above and beyond to help us I appreciate you’re wonderful service never change please. God bless you all and I appreciate how quick it was for us to be on our way. We had a horriable experience here. We had our family cat break down and needed a rental for a couple of days. After reserving online and confirming over the phone. We dabbed over as a family carseat and all. Had 2 licenses and 3 credit cards between us and the manager gave us lots of attitude, wouldn't even listen to what we had going on. He ended up just walking back inside and leaving my family standing there outside the store. Very disappointed with this location!
Dana is one of the most incompetent people I’ve encountered at Enterprise. Won’t return to this location in the near future. She answers the phone rudely, and doesn’t know how to do her job either. The customer service has gone down hill significantly at this branch since recent changes occurred in management.
Poor communication and service First visit they had no reservation details even when provided the confirmation info. 2nd visit everything was confirmed via phone and once we arrived, we waited outside for 30 minutes from start to finish to be told the couldn't help us and the the phone conversation never happened. Enterprise may be a good company but this location is not.
I had a rental car through my insurance company for about 3 weeks. The dates were updated a couple of times through insurance. Enterprise called to give me an update everytime those changed. The pick up and check in process was quick and easy. I'd recommend this location for vehicle rentals!
A word of advice on customer service.if a junior employee is asked a request by a customer, takes it higher, and the senior employee feels the need to make a derisory, supposedly funny comment at the customers expense, then probably best to make sure said customer is NOT within earshot at the time.
First of all I have used Enterprise many times in the past and have not received the vhicles I was suppose to have but the dates were in good shape brand new and the service was great.bthis last time using them there was a problem with the amount of deposit required, then they placed me in a dirty Volkswagen which would have been fine but I was to get a premium car do I brought 8t back, then I get this beautiful Mercedes it truly was an amazing car but the power testing and traction control just stop on me so I bring it back then guess what happens next they give me the same Volkswagen just s different color (WHAT!) I THOUGHT THEY WERE KIDDING AND BY THE WAY I DO NOT DRIVE DIRTY CARS SO I PERSONALLY CLEANED THE 8NSIDE AND OUT OF EVERY SINGLE ONE! But in the end they managed and I don't know how but called me up to pick up my new premium ride, I was shocked at what they managed to get for me I won't tell you what it was but in the end I was very satisfied still leaving a bad taste in my mouth from previous experience. So what can I say about Enterprise? It's hit and miss depending on which location you choose hint 5hough go to dhawnessy Enterprise.
