I cannot say enough about the incredible support and service I received from this location in the aftermath of a car accident. The process was remarkably straightforward.
Due to my rent limit, I had to return and rerent for couple of times. Karlee was very patient and worked closely with my insurance company, making sure that everything was taken care of. The car I received was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. Returning the rental car was equally hassle-free.
My husband accidentally left his pool cue in the rental car and the gentleman (feel bad didn’t ask his name) went above and beyond to locate the pool cue and assured us that it would be kept safe for us to retrieve. I highly recommend this location not only for their excellent vehicles and services but also for the outstanding people who work there.
Had a great experience with this location, my vehicle was at a Bodyshop close by. They came and picked me up and had the rental vehicle ready for me upon arrival. After 10 days my vehicle was complete at the Bodyshop and again they drove me to pick up car. Thanks again for the amazing service!
The absolute worst. Charged my credit card for a charge that was not mine almost a whole year after renting a car through insurance. When trying to follow up, got hung up on and ghosted by many people in this company including managers and district managers. They absolutely do not care to help anyone and will just charge you for things that they aren't supposed to and then send you to a collection agency and ignore you if you try to get information. Will never rent a car here again. Shady shady company and business practices.
The worst. Kept being told to call local place we rented from and said we keep getting call sent to Georgia. I then said then asked how much per day and told to call local enterprise which yesss sends call to Georgia.wow
Showed up to pick up my rental, I was told that they didn’t have a vehicle for me. This was after I did a full confirmation with a representative on the phone. Currently -15 and dumping snow in Calgary, conveniently they also don’t have a shuttle service…. Im sorry but isn’t the company slogan: “we’ll pick you up” … horrendous customer service, no solutions, and now left with no other options. Won’t be coming here again, and you shouldn’t either
Kale helped us today with excellent customer service. He brought a rental car to the repair shop and explained everything very clearly, then processed credit card and signing thing all done on the spot where we had a conversation. Rental car was decent and upgraded with all the bells and whistles.
What an amazing and helpful staff! Ryan was not only accommodating but also very friendly to deal with! The entire team went above and beyond to find me the right size car even though they had few cars left due to the shortage of cars
Made my day. I had a run of bad events that left me needing a vehicle last minute. They gave me a car at a great price and then drove me home at no extra charge when I returned the car. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and patient when I picked up and returned the car. The fellow that drove me home was very friendly and we had a good chat along the way. Blessing, Brandon, and James are absolutely fantastic. I had a bad run-up with the insurance company in charge of an automotive claim, but the lovely folks at Enterprise at this location have left me smiling and feeling very happy about the whole process. I would highly recommend going to these lovely professionals for any and all of your rental needs above all other locations and agencies! I will definitely be coming back:)
First time I came to webite: $29. Second time I visited website: $57.for the SAME CAR! Are you kidding me? ! Price fixing. Should have their license pulled.
Very helpful staff. I had reserved a vehicle at another Enterprise location (downtown Calgary), however, as i was closer to Jaden Harding's branch i rang to ask if he had the same vehicle i reserved at his lot. It wasn't readily available but Jaden Harding went out of his way to look for for an available vehicle. He could have just referred me back to Enterprise downtown. Jaden sorted this out on a Friday evening, almost the end of his working day heading into the long busy Christmas week. All while managing a queue of other customers. I appreciate his efforts and his energy and was inspired to post my first review.
