I've been going to this location for over 10 years now. I've rented cars all over the world from all different companies. This Enterprise location is hands down the best. Always great customer service.

Extremely unhelpful. I rented a car in March, and got a citation in the time I had the car. I understand that the citation was my fault and was more than willing to pay for it. So, I paid this citation and all fees associated with the rental car. However, enterprise still went ahead and sold the (already paid) debt to a third company. They also didn't notify me at all that this debt was sold or that they thought I didn't pay this ticket. I've phoned enterprise repeatedly about this and they've just given me the run around. Some of the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Employees kept giving me the wrong numbers to call and transferring me until the call dropped. They have confirmed that this was their mistake and done nothing to rectify the situation. I would be VERY WARY about renting from this company! If I could give this company less than 1 stars I would.

It seemed great at first, the guy was super nice and helpful. He let us take the car earlier than what was agreed to, yet when we leave with the car, we discover we have a low pressure tire. We had to stop at a garage throughout our road trip to fill it up OURSELVES. We then discovered one of the car door handles just comes off when you pull on it. You'd think they would give us a car with decent tires and un-broken things, but no. It didn't ruin our trip, but still. Check your cars thoroughly before giving them to someone.

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is amazing. It is very conveniently located in downtown Calgary. Staff there are professional and helpful. The office is very well-managed by Zach who is very knowledgeable and experienced. All the staff there are very friendly. They offered all the help we needed to choose a car for our road trip. Vlad even shared with us how the car would be inspected after they are returned and explained in details the charges on our bill. We feel very comfortable renting a car from them and are already planning to rent again later on. We highly recommend this location of Enterprise-Rent-A-Car.

A lot of people, took almost an hour before I got my car. The reservation system is the worst among other national car rental company. It took a long time to process one person. While in the other company, you would just pick up the car and get paperwork process at the exit gate that would take a few minutes.

Too bad management of this locale decided not to warn foreigners that their drivers licenses would not be accepted as they were in prior years. We travelled 20 hours to Calgary, checked in on line, and when we went to pick up our car (as we had in prior years), we were refused service, as we didn´t have a "certified canadian translation" of our spanish drivers license. Enterprise phone service said "that rule does not exist", but the damage was done and I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. Weirder still, my rental history disappeared from my account, but I still have points accumulated. Go figure. If there were not a shortage of vehicles in the industry, this kind of "policy" would bankrupt a rental company.

We rented a car from this place from 26th June to July 3. I don't know the name of the sales person whom I dealt with and who assigned me the Mazda CX-5 but he was really helpful. Car was almost new and really good. This location had good collection of vehicles in their lot and the best part is they are open all the day of week unlike other Enterprise locations. Return was absolutely smooth. We returned at 8: 15 AM on Sunday morning and luckily they had some employees at the place to inspect the vehicle and process the return instead of just dropping off the keys. I think this is the best Enterprise location in Calgary.

Horrible location double charged me when I tried to point it out this big curly hair guy Ryan an employee jumped in the conversation told me “stop being rude” ‍️ I’m like np I’ll put a bad review call him out by name and contact customer service. Still confused why this Ryan guy tried to get all tough with me lol great customer service?

Great service, consideration for customer. We rented a full size and my wife left with an intermediate because it's difficult sometime to know the difference between those two choices. KEVIN offered to us a free upgrade for the next time. Very polite and professional guy.he should see his salary raised.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t pick up when we needed help & needed questions answered -when we called their location they continually put us on hold and wouldn’t assist. Would never rent from there again. Beware.

Amazing service. I called as there was a major flight delay and wouldn't make it to the other location before they closed and was told to see if my reservation could be moved. Without blinking and eye the gentlemen said not a problem and that they work closely with the other location to help out and that my rental would be there for our new time. Saved our trip. The 1800 number didn't offer any other possibilities since rentals are so hard to find now. 100% recommend them.

It's a great and convenient rental branch. Firstly, the staff are very welcoming and helpful and I even occasionally get free upgrades (it's also due to the availability of the car I am booking, but hey, they could easily give you the cheapo car nobody wanted and ask you to book that at a lower price.). In addition, I had rented the cars a few weeks ago and the booking process and walkthrough have always been a pleasant experience, while returning the car and dropping the keys in the dropbox is very convenient. And thumbs up for the customer service, for recognizing me each time (even I have been a fairly relatively new customer for a few weeks only). During the walkthrough, the gentleman or lady will answer your questions about the car and they are very knowledgeable. All in all, it's a great customer experience.

In addition, the cars, before I take them, are washed and sanitized, and the variety of cars is actually pretty good. I strongly recommend booking through the website and collecting the points if you plan to rent a few times (I think, after you rent 7 times, your standard membership gets upgraded as you would have matched some criteria), but you can also collect the membership points anyway.

I did my reservation online in advance and when I went pick up the car they didn't want to accept my driver's license because it was in Spanish and they asked me for a certified translation of it.

According with their policies a certified translation is required only for driver's license which alphabet is not an extended Latin-based! Also, the law in Alberta doesn't ask for a translation for tourists.

You kind of ruined my holiday, I had to get a last minute rent in another car rental.

I went to Avis and didn't have any problem at all with the same driver's license!

They charge you 1.5X for not filling the gas back to where it was when you take the rental but they don't give you a refund if you over fill it! Bad company policy! I will never use them again!

It has been over a month I rented a car at this location, there was no water available for customer because they had no cups. I was told they would fix it. Today I came back and still no cups for customers, the excuse is COVID, interesting because if the cup is disposed nobody will drink from them same cup, no?
But my unpleasant experience is being told a car was being washed and would take 5 mins, for some reason they prioritized another customer for the washed Kia Rio and went to another location to pick a Chevy Spark. I had my reservation for 10: 30 AM and had to wait 30 mins to get it the Spark from the other branch, when I got it, the same Agent who said it would take 5 mins was not willing to do things faster since I said I need it quickly (I had an appointment which renting 10: 30 would give me enough time). Why should I make a reservation for a specific time If I can’t get it? If you are late retuning there will be a penalty But it is all right if they can’t keep the reservation time. I asked them to cancel and used the carsharing instead, but the 30 minutes waiting made me late for my appointment.
Never again I will rent at this location

Don’t bother wasting your money here.they’ll expect you to take a car you rented with non - working headlights to a shop to get it fixed instead of just exchanging the vehicle & lying that they don’t have any available.

Contacted enterprise customer service due to an issue, told me that this location will contact me & it now has been 2 weeks. Customer service here is NOT a priority. Don't expect them to resolve anything they say they would.

Just be aware that it’s not possible to ask for winter tires or chains which is completely unbelievable while it’s simply mandatory to have one of these on BC roads from October to April. Meaning you either stay in Alberta or you buy 150$ chains for a few days and then throw them away. Completely ridiculous!

I had reserved a car under my insurance claim and the person who booked my car asked me to come down before 2.45pm. There was a huge rally in downtown and I called them to let them know that I am stuck in the traffic. I was on line for 30mins, no one from this location picked up the phone. Also when I reached there by 3.03pm, the staff mentioned that they gave my car to someone else who came in at 3.01 pm and also they don't have any cars available. This was such unprofessional behavior from the staff. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know that my car was given to another person or at least pick up their phones. I am never dealing with enterprise anymore! Such a pathetic place to rent a car.

Wasted my time here on Saturday September 4th. I flew in from BC and booked a car for 12 noon. There was a massive lineup of customers waiting to pick up their cars, since there were no cars available! Everyone had arrived from the airport in Ubers and taxis only to be told that all the cars were sitting at the airport and that it would be an hour's wait to get a car. Hey Enterprise, why take reservations at a branch that doesn't even have cars to offer? Could have picked up the car at the airport and avoided this hassle. I also asked if I could return the car to a different branch and was told no.even though the Crowfoot branch had no issues. I understand there's a rental car shortage.but accepting reservations and then having no cars for your customers is unacceptable and unprofessional.

My parents rented a car when they visited Calgary and left some of their things inside the vehicle after returning it. Enterprise held on to their things until a family member picked it up. Good customer service on their end.

I had a positive experience. I came with a reservation for a small hatchback and ended up leaving with a larger car for comfort. I'm glad I went up slightly larger as per what the Asst. Mngr recommended as it's my frist time driving up to Banff (I'm from Ontario). When I went back to drop off car Chenelle helped me. It was quick and easy! I'd go here again. Thanks guys for your help.

I rented different types of cars from the Enterprise, and didn't have any problems. The only thing that I would like to share is that, I never get the exact car model that I booked for. I got a similar car in all of my reservations. In my opinion, this is the only thing that they should improve. Everything else is good and I had a great experience renting here.

Go and see the branch manager Sam and he will take great care of you! My wife and I were in a pinch after reserving with another location and missing our pick up time by 15 minutes (the other location closed at 12pm and we were stuck). We came to this location and were pretty desperate and despite the rental car shortage in the area, Sam worked everything out for us so we could get the larger SUV size that we really needed for our 3 week car camping trip. He also honoured the discounted price that we had booked with the other location. Huge thank you to Sam and his team for their commitment to customer satisfaction - you saved our trip!

The staff member who served us was good. The building is pretty rough - basically a trailer with a counter. The frustrating part which reduced the stars on my review was the booking was set for noon. We arrived to pick up at approximately 1: 30 and had to wait till roughly 2: 00 pm for our car to be ready. We did recieve an upgrade on our vehicle but after being stuck at the airport longer than expected and having been traveling since 4 am - that unecessary 30 minutes of standing around and checking out was dissapointing.

To be honest I wasn’t happy with their service since they said they’re holding a car for me and then they rented it in 5 minutes later until a nice lady called Francisca came and resolved the problem

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was working in Airdrie when I was in an accident and needed to rent a car quickly while it was being fixed. The manager helped find a car for me on short notice and I was able to pick-up a car and get to work in time.
