I just want to give a huge shout out to Pratik Pokharel for helping me out with my car rental He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. He even offered me a ride to pick up my car because it was at a different enterprise location He deserves more than five star review I’m definitely coming back and I’m definitely recommending my friend to rent a car from him.

Their customer service was great. When we picked up, they actually spent time going over the car to check for damage. I used the after hours drop off and they promptly sent me a follow up email the next morning. It was easy.
Great place to rent a vehicle. Great staff. They go out of their way to answer any questions. If you have an issue, just let them know and they will fix it asap. I used them when my vehicle went into the shop for repairs. I will be back if I need them and will refer peeps to this place. Thank you Enterprise for making everything rock.
My insurance company booked me a car from Enterprise while my car was getting fixed. I'm glad they chose this branch as the workers were very kind, helpful, and detailed in their explanations. The car I rented was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend them.
Very rude and unprofessional people in the location. Very slow and lethargic service Very unfriendly people Will definitely urge everyone to stay away from them.
Good service and good cars but two comments, first make sure you scan everything in the car before you move out and take a video for the whole car inside out. Second, make sure your rental history is recorded in your profile, I rented twice from them and that didn’t been recorded in my history and when I asked why they have no idea ️
Nice Toyota rental car. They run out of cars to rent so very over-priced. No pick up or drop offs. I had to take a cab to and from this location $$$. Not convenient unless you're staying downtown Calgary. Staff was adequate.
Booked a car online. Got to the dealership, no car! Cheers for that.
Note: this may not be a problem with this specific dealership, but more with Enterprise as a whole. Why be able to call in and book a car if no car exists?
Always my goto rental place, always friendly, helpful people. Their pick up service is priceless. This location is no exception. Even with the shortage of cars, Enterprise has never disappointed us by ensuring we received a rental we had booked.
While their customer service/front counter staff are friendly; the provided vehicle was well below expectations in form, function, and quality.
My brand new 4Runner is in the body shop and the rental is paid by the insurance company. I was told that I would receive a comparable vehicle, though received a bare-bones VW Tiguan (for perspective, not even power seats). It is upsetting to tolerate this substantial decrease in the quality and function of a vehicle.
Point where they're due; they picked me up from the body shop, and the inside of the VW was clean.
I have had really great experiences with Enterprise in past, this location seems to have some challenges.
First, when booking online, through their website I had the opportunity for only $8.to upgrade to the next class of vehicle. So I did the upgrade.
I was picking up just before a long weekend. I was given a Kia Soul which did not seem like an upgrade from economy.
To no fault of the rental company the Soul has skwiggiley defrost lines in the windshield, that made it very hard at times to see out of. Besides that the Soul was a fun little car to drive.
Because I had the car for a week rental I decided after the long weekend to see if the could give me another car, as the defrost lines were an issue for me. They did no problem. Unfortunately, both times at the location I had to wait in very long line ups. I would agree that the location is understaffed as some of the other reviews mention. I also think they are handling other rentals and many drop-offs from other locations. It's a busy location and perhaps have taken too much on? I did appreciate them serving those renting or dropping off with Enterprise ahead of others waiting. Felt super bad for one family who waited a very long time just to pick up a bag they had left in the rental that was in the back. They should have spoken up, they have much more patience than me.
So the second vehicle they gave me a VW Jetta, was a nice ride. It was low on washer fluid, change oil light warning was not reset at the last oil change and most bothersome were windshield chips, 3 of them right in the drivers line of sight.
This experience is unlike other rentals I've gotten with Enterprise from Midnapore (AB), Comox and Victoria (BC) where all the cars have been impeccable and like new.
Before signing on the line for the rental I was also told no dogs, but I have a dog and have never been told this by Enterprise before. Representative I had was new and he asked the manager who said it was okay just so long as there wasn't a lot of hair. Hmmm.
Also, because I came unannounced and they offered me the Jetta the representative himself cleaned it out prior to signing it over to me. No offense I don't think he's the best at that, although you gotta give him credit for the effort and for getting me into another car.
Honestly, next rental I may just train to Midnapore and rent from there. It's right off the Fish Creek ctrain station and their vehicles are gorgeous. If I give 17 Ave a chance again I hope they can do better. Perhaps set pick-up times to be staggered so that customers aren't stacked? And perhaps get better vehicle choices on lot that are in better condition?
I am really impressed with the service at this location! I had to get a rental due to the hail damage so I knew that options were limited with the rentals. They didn't have the vehicle I was expecting so the manager went above and beyond to get me a vehicle that better suited my preference. Even while they were short staffed they did not use that as an excuse to deliver customer care. The staff who completed the courtesy pick up for me were so friendly and a pleasure to meet as well!
Extremely disappointing experience. We received the wrong location over email and more over, when we asked for a car be sent for pick up, we were told to wait for a few minutes. We ended up waiting for half an hour and when we called back, they mentioned that the car was sent but they couldn’t see us. No call, no contact while we were there the whole time. We took an uber to reach the right location, at which there was no acknowledgement of this screw up and the person disregarded admitting that any car was requested to be sent. His colleague, guy in black spectacle, black hair- was the person we spoke to as we could make out by his way of talking- he didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the time and money he made us waste. Utterly irresponsible.messing up is alright but not having the courage to admit it, is plain disgusting. Never coming back here again
