Very unprofessional people. I made online reservation. This guy Muhammed first assured me that a car is available. Then when I arrived at the location he made silly excuses that the car is not available because it needs oil change. The price I got online was cheaper. They actually don't want to give you cheaper. They want walk-in customers which they can loot more. Enterprise is going down. They are such low class creatures. All in this together and the corporate Enterprise does not even care. This company will be dead soon.

Excellent customer service, answering all questions quickly and promptly. Employees were very helpful and knew their information. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Tanner and his team through the TD South auto claims centre! The vehicle I got was extremely clean (shoutout to the car prep!) and his assistant managers were also in the branch and very helpful. I have got to deal with Tanner before in other branches and have always received the best service.

I hate renting Korean cars.
They keep trying to reinvent the dashboard.

Enterprise called me on Tuesday to confirm my rental for Wednesday.

Went there on Wednesday and there was no rental.

Had to wait for a vehicle to arrive and get cleaned. Another sucky Korean car, of course.

Told them I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode, "you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation".

Choose this location as it was close to work. Had originally booked a small compact was pleased to get the upgrade to a midsize sedan upon availability. Had a 2021 Mazda 6.
Everybody I had dealings with were super friendly and helpful taking the stress out of needing a rental after an accident with my personal vehicle.
Would recommend this place. Maybe when vacation time rolls around….

ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS! Worst customer service from RAHUL, i filled up my gas tank before returning and asked they guy over there as well check the car before i leave, and he said we are not allowing to check.so i left the key with him. And then he called me and said you are missing 3 litres of gas we gonna charge you, and as i was talking to him now he said you are missing 5 litres and then 6 litres and at last he said i am gonna charge you for 7 litres and when i asked him for his employee number to complain he hung up.

Horrible. Vehicles are filthy. Broken down and service horrible. I used to rent from 170st a lot. Way better than the one on Argyll

Absolutely horrible customer service from initial contact. Driver was lousy and kept complaint about other drivers and being hungry. When I approached the office, the man explained that I was qualified for a luxury vehicle. He gave me an SUV which was horrible to drive and did not even have a remote start. The stated he would call me back once he had a luxury vehicle; however, I ended up going to another location (170st) with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Although I did not end up with a vehicle similar to mine at all, the Camry was better than the Boat SUV and the horrible customer service. I called enterprise as I believe I lost something with no return car and although I have my car back, I am still awaiting for the deposit they demanded. Don’t go here to waste time

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Nicole who is always assisting me whenever I need a vehicle (as my vehicle’s been with the auto body shop for almost 2 months now). Had rented 3 vehicles already and all staff accommodated my needs and request. Thanks again Nicole and Monish and to the rest of the staff (who drove me back home). Great service guys, keep it up.

Manager is discriminatory. Online booking does not mean you have a rental. They just want your money. I'm never using them again.

Rented a car from enteprise, Rav helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure i got the car i was looking for. He did a complete walk-around of the vehicle and explained every aspect of the rental in great detail. Thank you will rent again from enterprise. Great service.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. The manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He interrupted me several times from start to finish and didn't seem to hear anything I said. He was sarcastic and genuinely didn't seem to care about my situation at all. I'm actually in shock that this is how they speak to people. Then there were discrepancies in the security deposit amount (I had called the day prior & was quoted a different amount), which I was told is my problem, not theirs. I asked if they could look into it, I was told no. I asked why, they had no explanation. They do NOT honor what they quote their customers and when I asked why, he said it's out of his control, then immediately after adjusted the price (after just telling me he had no control over it.evidently not true). Every time I asked a question, I received a different answer. At the end of the day, I would've paid the higher security deposit if the customer service was there. If they would've made any single effort to help me, I would've been happy with that. I ended up cancelling the entire thing because the service here is HORRIBLE.

We rented a Cadillac XT5 for an 8 day trip to BC. The car was nice, but was delivered without proper preparation. On a minor note, the inside of the windshield had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time. There was a haze on the glass, and someone had drawn in it with their finger.

The bigger problem was with the tires. When we took the car, there was a low pressure tire warning on the dash. We drove the car to the back of the rental site to have an attendant deal with it.which he did not. He checked the tire pressures and told us the warning would go away after a few kilometres. It did not. The warning showed the front passenger tire was low, so I drove to an air pump and tried to correct it. The pump had no effect, so I borrowed a pressure gauge and checked. The tire that was low was actually the passenger rear tire, not the front. Apparently someone had changed or repaired a tire on this car, and did not know how to reset the TPMS. Just 5 minutes on the Internet revealed to me that this was the problem.

Unfortunately, I had spent 45 minutes messing with this, when I really wanted to be driving.

A car in this price range really should be prepared properly before being handed over.

On the positive side, the staff (Nathan) was very nice and the car was a delight to drive.

I rented a Dodge Caravan from here for Labor day long weekend. Nathan was the representative who handled all my business. From early pick-up to after hours drop-off, all went super smooth. Nathan also showed me various options i had for rental while i was picking up my rental vehicle. I would go to back this location for future needs for sure.

Guy working was super nice and good
But they didn't had cars at all
They gave a basic model, i had it to get but didn't like it at all.

Really good experience. I was in and out quickly. They gave me a brand new car. The plan I received from the website allowed for my wife as a second driver free of charge and had unlimited kilometers. Would definitely rent here again.
