I had an appointment to have my car repaired in Airdrie. Unfortunately the insurance company picked the repair and car rental service. They chose Enterprise.
First, I received a phone call the day prior to pick up my vehicle. I went to the repair shop and no one from Enterprise was there to pick me up at 8: 00 am as prearranged. Repair called and finally someone showed up. Now I am a half hour late for work.
Second I get there and it takes another 45 minutes to get me in the car. Now I am really late for work as I have to drive to Crossfield.
Thirdly my insurance covered all liability and they charged me $220.00 for insurance coverage that I didn't need. I drop off the car and wait an additional 40 minutes for a ride to the repair shop to pick up my car. His response was he assumed I had a ride. I already told them when I came in I needed a ride.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Unprofessional, unorganized staff.

Enterprise was great and helpful when I got into an accident and helped me get into a rental. The customer service was exceptional. So thank you.

Great company, good service.

But beware! Take pics of every single angle of the car. I had a rental; that I returned today and they told me there was damage on the end of the car. Luckily i took a pic, as they would’ve blamed me for the damage. The lady that went over the car with me didn’t mention the damage let alone recorded.
Please please please take pics so that any damage before hand isn’t blamed on you.

If 0 stars was an option I’d use it. My wife booked a week in advance… then the day of our trip they said they had a Kia soul. We booked a full size car. We need the space as their was 4 of us plus luggage driving for 20+ hours round trip. They pretty much said tough luck. Extremely unreliable. Will not be back. Overbooking is lazy and/or greedy.

East Lake Enterprise is the worst car rental I have ever been to. Please do not pick up a vehicle at this location as the staff here is unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and condescending. Here is my experience.

The day I went to pick up a vehicle at this Enterprise location, I was told that there were no economy vehicles. After talking back and forth, they were able to scrounge up a tiny car from the back of their lot, requiring the employee to move several larger vehicles in order to get to it.

After getting the vehicle, the employee parked the car into a puddle in front of the Enterprise location prior to us doing the walkthrough, making it difficult for me to walk around the vehicle without being in a 4 inch pool of water. Not only that, the employee said that she wanted to get out of the rain and wanted to make the walkthrough quick. When I looked at the car, there were obviously many problems with it. The windshield was cracked, the hood had multiple dents in it, and the smell inside the vehicle had a disgusting nauseating stench that instantly gave me a headache.

When I pointed all these to the employee and she reaffirmed that there were no problems with the function of the vehicle and that I will not be charged for any of the pre-existing damage, She stated “the damage on the vehicle is negligible to not put on the pre-existing damage paperwork. ” Due to the fact that I was in dire need of a vehicle, I believed her, making sure to clean the putrid hair and food left in it and went on my merry way.

Fast forward to when I returned the vehicle, the same employee who did the initial walkthrough suddenly did a much more thorough walkthrough of the vehicle. To my surprise, the employee almost instantaneously found “new” hail damage when the car was never in hail during the time I had the vehicle. Not only that, the hail damage was so miniscule that you will not be able to see it with the naked eye. I was dumbfounded; like I said prior, the car was never in hail and the times when it hailed in Airdrie, I recall the vehicle being in my garage. I vehemently denied the damage was from me and they refused to listen and charged me for the damage anyways and afterwards referred me to the Damage Recovery Unit.

The Damage Recovery Unit. That name definitely suits them as there is no way to recover from the mental damage I received from dealing with the Neanderthals that work there. First thing about them is that they will absolutely and unequivocally ignore everything you say to them. It's like they never grew up over the ripe old age of 3 and forgot entirely how to speak, read, and write. Second, they will respond in the time that it takes to ferment your own pickles (3-4 weeks). Anyways they will now be referred to as the DRM as I have digressed too for long.

After I was referred to the DRM, I informed them of my plight. I sent them photos of the vehicle prior to obtaining the vehicle, hours upon hours of footage of my security camera outside my home that showed the vehicle never leaving my garage during hailstorms, as well as my research into the fact that it hailed the previous day I picked up the vehicle. Let me reiterate that fact. IT HAILED THE PREVIOUS DAY I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE.

Now imagine my point of view; imagine sending them all this information, all this proof that you did not cause any damage, and nervously waiting for someone to hear your predicament. Nope, none of that. After 4 weeks of waiting, they sent me an email that was so computer generated that my 30 year old Henry Vacuum can write better. The email said that they have determined that I caused the damage. I asked for proof and how they determined that and they have sent me nothing (4 weeks later again).

At this point, I gave up. They have had me beaten, there was no way I was getting through to an actual human being. I paid for the damages and now here I am, writing this review, with actual PTSD from this experience.

Terrible service! I was given a car at another location that was COVERED in pet hair. I was told by the corporate offices to go to this location and swap out my car. They did NOTHING for me. They said they had no cars. As enterprise is known for “we’ll pick you up”, I expected to have another car brought for me.

Spent MANY hours on the phone with Enterprise and ended up with a paltry 10% discount on the day I returned my car. Will NOT be renting from Enterprise again.

Worst location to rent from, if you can help it do not use this location to rent a vehicle. Vehicle is not clean, smells really bad and scary to use in the winter conditions. Windows do not defrost completely. Horrible experience.

Excellent service, all I ever have to is call beforehand and they always sort me out, even with 0 notice. Nav is an excellent manager. Thanks for always being punctual, and professional. If i call and they say the vehicle will be ready by a certain time, it’s always ready for me at exactly that time.

Booked a car reservation and was called the day I was supposed to pick it up. The agent told me there were no cars available, after I reserved one. What is the point of making reservations if Enterprise has no intent of honouring them?

I must say Customer service is on point. They were very professional and they provided me with exceptional services. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. They were very understanding with my situation. Great staff! Great service. I will be recommending all my family and friends. Thanks again Airdrie Enterprise Staff.

Levi is great! There was no car available for me when I arrived after dropping my truck off for repairs. He rearranged things in their schedule so that I had a car that day. My repairs took 2 months and I had many problems with my insurance provider and delays on repairs. Levi helped to resolve the problems I had with rental extensions etc. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a long term or short term rental.

Dealt with Levi and Anu.
Both were extremely respectful and accommodating.
Rented a SUV and was given an option to take Seltos or Tucson.
I chose Tucson.
The vehicle was clean, the tank was full and the entire staff is helpful.
The check in took 10 mins.
The drop off took 5 mins.

Everyone who helped us was friendly and had a good sense of humour. Didn’t have any issues at all with our experience. They were quite understanding of our situation needing a vehicle due to a car accident. Would use them again.
