My experience at this Enterprise was awesome, and Majid and Carter were the best rental clerks you could ask for. Quick, kind, and professional, Carter got me in a rental vehicle mere minutes after walking through the door and Majid completely understood when I brought back the car a few minutes late because of traffic. He even offered me a ride to where I needed to go afterwards! Shoutout to these two guys for giving me such a smooth experience! Will definitely be back.

From the very first call, Enterprise was there for us. My daughter was in a bad crash and wrote off our new car. When I called to arrange a rental with Enterprise, they went out of their way to help us.

Jeff and Tarun from the Edmonton 129 & 50st location were incrediblly kind. I was in a tough spot and couldn't afford a cab, so they brought the rental to me. That's exceptional service! Upon return, Justinea was the sweetest thing - she really made my day with her bubbly personality and smile.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this service and will recommend Enterprise to all of my loved ones.

Called to switch a rental from another location. Sim answered the phone and tried to help me to the best of his capability, unfortunately there wasn’t much inventory. He called later that evening at 7pm beyond closing time to let me know vehicles have been returned and try and get me in a different car. That is going above your job and speaks volumes. I would say amazing service but that is amazing people.

No good service.
Still waiting for the rental Suv from last Thursday.
Hopefully we get it today since they said it will be available today

10/10 great experience! Charles went out of his way to pick me up with MY rental so I wouldn’t have to swap my baby and his car seat over twice! Charles was also super helpful with all of my questions and incredibly patient with me. We had some fun conversations as well. 10/10 recommend this place as you are treated like a human being by normal people with 0 BS. The car is pretty cool too.

Really good this location is by far the best cars always clean up to date they always accommodate me the best possible way.
