Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had absolutely no problems with enterprise! I needed a rental while my car was getting fixed and their customer service great. Bamike particularly was very helpful and kind when I came back to drop it off. She answered all of my questions and was quick taking my information and securing me a ride home.

I’ve just moved to Lethbridge for 2 weeks and got car accident, then lost my driver’s license, they drove me around the city for free to help me to find it. Great services and nice people, 5 stars.

Working here is super Rude and know it all L. 30 min before closing he’s not the person to help you look else where. What gives him the right to act like a complete idiot with clients. No hospitality manners whatsoever. This enterprise is by far one of the worst I’ve been in with the service this man is providing I will never come back here again.

Tried to pickup my car today and the place was so understaffed there was only one person working. Waited an hour, couldn’t get a clear answer as to how long it would take to get my car so I had to leave without the rental. Got a call half an hour later saying I could come pick one up but couldn’t by then. You cannot run a business with only one staff member. The office was full of fed up customers

Customer service was amazing. If ever any misunderstandings it is always corrected in a friendly timely manner. Thanks Josh for your help, will be back!

I was told a debt Visa card wasn’t available but I see others doing it, so I ask I’m a Native American and I get treated with some much disrespect like I’m going to take off with there car I’m a account like I would throw my career away so this is not good natives beware I have a visa debit too plus I’m over 25 don’t rent here

An office with great energy, professional efficiency, and got-your-back camaraderie. Highly recommend this business.

10/10 customer service. Location was busy on a Friday afternoon before close, but the staff made sure everyone had been helped and greeted. Very accommodating helping me return my rental to this location and not the one I originally rented from due to the storm. Highly recommend.
