Had a bad experience unprofessional staff don't explain you properly taking to long to complete your proses

This location is great to get rental vehicles for personal and through insurance needs! The staff are very helpful, and listen to your needs. Bineet was great in assisting me and helping me through the process of renting a vehicle that suits my needs for my family, while my car was getting maintenance. Thanks so much for everything! I'll definitely be recommending this location to others and using them in the future if needed.

My experience here is the worst experience that I have had in my life for renting a car. In the system they let us to book a car the day before coming there. In the morning prior to come there we called the costumer service to make sure that we can rent a car and the costumer service said yes they have car and we can go there to pick up the car. When we came there the manager said they don't have any car there and even in the Calgary there is not any car and they are fully booked. The costumer service said the same when we called them. Then we went to enterprise branch in the Calgary airport and they said they have car but with twice price that we booked. They ruined our weekend and our trip and applied extra cost because we booked accomodations for the trip and we could not cancel it last minute

This is not something out of control. Before coming to this office to rent a car we contacted your costumer service, they mentioned we can come there and pick up the car and mentioned there is parking as well. There is a complete contradiction between something you say and something you behave. We spent more than one hour in this office called all numbers in your website but nothing happened. Now you tell me fill a form and then you can follow up, this is a big joke. Sorry for you with this terrible management and costumer service.

Fast and efficient location. Was in-and-out within less than 10 minutes.

The only problem was that my reserved car class type was sold-out upon arrival and they only had 2 vehicles to choose from. I think this was due to the calgary stampede and just being a busy week.

The service at this location was excellent. The manager was very helpful and made the process smooth for us, we were in and out in no time. Very impressive since getting rental cars these days is not easy due to demand.

My experience with Enterprise Rental was very good. Customer service was great and staff went over and beyond to help us. Been to a few different rentals places certainly this experience was better.

Awful drop off experience. We had a car booked for an after hours drop off clearly marked on our reservation. The staff at the location knew it was an after hours drop off. Yet when we arrived after hours on Saturday we found that the key return/drop off box was completely removed with a sign stating they are no longer doing after hour drop offs due to vandalism. Why didn’t anyone mention this when I picked the car up? ! The representative even confirmed the exact day and time of my drop off. The location was also closed until Monday so I had to take my car to the airport which was the only open location. The representative there was super helpful and also confused why this location would remove their key return. And after all that I had to pay to Uber back to my hotel which was in walking distance of the original drop off location. Completely unprofessional experience.

Absolutely amazing service and amazing people! Sohail and Kamal provided exceptional service to us. Not only do they offer the best rates, they also ensured that we had the best car for our first trip as a family to Banff and were extremely accommodating. I have honestly never had better customer service in any industry, and I am not exaggerating! I would highly recommend everyone rents a car from these guys, as they will do everything to ensure you are happy:). Thanks so much guys, you truly made our trip east and smooth!

Avoid them if you can. Had a reservation booked from insurance for the morning and it was transferred to the south location. Called back 10 minutes later to see if I could still pickup the car. First the guy on the phone said they have low inventory then he went to speak with a ‘manager’ and they said they have no available cars. What a joke.

Claims themselves as the busiest car rental company that's been around for a while but still fails to comprehend basic operations. They do not not understand the concept of "reservations". Once you show up you still have to wait in line for over an hour. Even though you "reserved" there will not be a car or time slot assigned to you.

Customer service has always been really great at this location but now it’s just way above and beyond expectations! The manager Randy and Mohammed really went out of their way to help me and make sure that I got a vehicle and that i was completely satisfied. Thanks so much!

Friendly staff, convenient location. Affordable rates. I always go see Suhil and I’ll wait for him until he finishes with a customer if I have to. He’s very knowledge, fast and efficient and has exceptional customer service skills. He makes the process easy and explains everything. Great to deal with.

They’ll not understand the meaning of the reservations. Always expect something cheapest. If you have reserved Full size SUV then they’ll provide you with a hatchback or compact sedan since they never have any mentioned reserved cars and your reservations are not guaranteed. Total Disappointment!

Made a truck rental 3 months ago and when we went to pick up the rental they had no trucks available or a suitable replacement. No call to inform us. They eventually found something for us to pick up later in the day. Happy to have the problem resolved.

100% Non professional customer services. Don't trust this rental company for any matter and their intention to give hassle to customers. Take pictures for car all the way before renting otherwise you've to face hassle and they'll charge you without informing you. So stay out from this company from any kind of service.

This is my first time rental car with enterprise and I have an amazing experience. Mr Suhail is an incredible guy with exceptional skills. He was friendly and helpful. He provided us with detail of information and it’s proved to be very useful to our trip. I highly recommend enterprise, and definitely want to use the rental service again if I ever visit Alberta again.

****Not a negative review for service at the location - never have rented from them- but posting here since Enterprise call center customer service is severely lacking procedures to contact the branch for emergencies - so posting here so the branch follows-up on this liability concern****

I received an email on my Enterprise Plus account on July 30 that says I have rented a car (for 15 days) from your location under a agreement# - this is inaccurate and I suspect an error or some sort of scam at the branch - I don't live in Calgary or wasn't even present in the city yesterday - have not rented a car from your branch. I called the customer service line and they said they will inform your location but I haven't heard anything from your location today (July 31). Their escalation team said they have no way to contact your branch for emergencies - I just want to make sure my driver license and payment info is not tied to the account - the email and the rental agreement makes me believe that it is.

Procedure wise - if the car was rented accidentally under my enterprise account - my understanding is that you verify the driver's license before renting - was that procedure skipped? Lots of unanswered questions.

Please treat this matter with urgency and reach out as soon as you can!

November 2021: The matter remains unresolved. As a bonus we have received citations on Enterprise account for traffic infringements conducted by the driver that actually rented the car.

Update - May 12,2022 - The branch manager has ghosted communications with me - matter remains unresolved - enterprise customer relationship team won't even respond to lawyers contacting around these matters. Are they preparing to exit the market? Is this location going to be shutdown?

Worst rental car location I've ever used. I've rented probably upwards of 50 cars, and never experienced anything like this location, trying to pin a little crack on me.

Pre inspection was so, fast.literally walked around the car looking for major damage quickly and that was it. Returned it to a in detailed inspection where they checked every little inch. With devices and everything. They found some little crack that no one knew was there and I has no way to do with me.are adamant it was me.

BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THESE GUYS. THERE IS MUTLIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This location probably has the best staff and customer service out of any other location I have been to. Specially Steven Liu who went above and beyond for me to ensure i was completely satisfied! I live in Se and will be going to this location for any rental car needs!

Great place to rent a car. Mr.singh is very welcoming and offered us a brand new mitsubishi eclipse at cheap price. And when we returned the car, we were an hour late, the young white lady overthere didn’t charge us any extra for that, was very nice and welcoming. Really satisfied with their services. I will recommend everyone to go to this place who want to rent a car.
