Reserved a vehicle to take from this location to Kamloops (at 4pm for midnight). Got a confirmation email. Drove 3 hours from a different town, arrived on time only to be told there were no vehicles? !? !? Merry Christmas.
I would give this rental location zero stars if possible. The rental office does not answer phone calls, regardless of how many times you ring, including calls to their national office. I just wanted to ask some questions about winter tires. I tried more than 50 calls with two different numbers over the last two days, but the office just ignored the calls and did not answer at all. This is absolutely not the way to treat a customer. Regretfully, as an Enterprise Platinum member and an Emerald Executive member, I do not recommend renting from this location. If you have any trouble during the rental, you will never be able to reach them. As for the question about winter tires, Hertz Rent-A-Car answered the call immediately and provided a satisfactory answer. So congratulations, Enterprise, you’ve just lost another customer before he even reached the airport!
Really great customer service except for the upgrade I received. I asked for an economy car and was upgraded to a gas guzzling GMC Yukon. It cost me $25 to gas up compared to the $10 to $15 I pay in gas for an economy car.
Very quick check in and I love the fact you just drive in for drop off and they come out to check fuel and mileage and send you on your way. The car was a Chevy product we chose the mystery vehicle and we got a clean Malibu nicely optioned with only 6000 kms on it so pretty new. We got the vehicle from Monday to Saturday for 367 dollars I was happy with that.
They lied over the phone that they receive debit cards. I was happy and I stopped looking for a car rental. I got to the airport and it was a different story. They demanded for a credit card. They scattered my plans and i would not recommend them ever.
The one star is for the staff who was patient in his job to accommodate questions. The other four unrated stars is for the management that has not returned my 150CAD TO DATE! There’s too much ado in returning money and blaming me for using debit card that is practically equivalent to cash and they give you a run around in returning it promptly. Other staff also says different from the manager’s statement that shows their communication is way low to be rated. In customer service, red flags are to be resolved and never tell customers it cannot be addressed because your hands are tied. This is the very first time I am rating an establishment so low because it is. Too bad you have the lowest price in the market and people is at your mercy. I am so very frustrated with the way you handled returns.
And my boyfriend’s experience is worse because of the quality of cars being rented. So frustrating.
I did a reservation 3 days behind, 1 day before pick-up the car, i received a call, they said "no cars available" we are cancelling your reservation. I doubt to make a new reservation.
Was easy ordering the car. With my ama should have saved some money. No not only was it pricey but after going to the airport to get the rental, without notifying me, there was no cars available.
We had an exceptional experience here. The staff was very helpful and the vehicle they provided for us was incredibly clean.
I've changed this review to a 1 star after having to deal with a major billing issue. I have never been given the run around like this. We thought the issue was solved 2 weeks ago but they actually made it worse, and I'm still waiting on a call.backnfromnthe manager to solve this issue. This has been very disappointing.
I recently returned my rental vehicle and the staff who took the keys back suspiciously identified a “crack bumper damage” that, he alleged, was never there before. I told him that this damage was not my fault because we only had the car for a day and I never hit anything that would have caused the front bumper to get cracked. The guy just told me to explain my version of the story to customer service and maybe they could help. He still charged me for the $500 deductible. The entire experience with returning the vehicle was just painful and troublesome. I have used Enterprise at the Edmonton International Airport for the past 5 years and I am so disappointed. I absolutely WILL NOT use this rental company again at this location.
Flight was delayed 3 hours. Called Enterprise to see if we would be able to get our rental car when we arrived. Was told they have our flight information and someone would stay up to 2 hours after they’re closing time at 1am. Arrived to pickup rental after our delayed flight arrived at 1: 30am and they were closed. Can’t get a hold of anyone at direct location to see how they can assist with this inconvenience. Had to take a cab to our hotel for almost $90. When you call enterprise you speak to someone that’s not even in the same location as where your reservation is or even province. Totally frustrating and a family getaway semi ruined. Thank you enterprise! Never again!
Terrible service. We waited for an hour to get the car. The service is too slow. Staff a bit rude too. They have no idea what they are doing. I have never seen a system like this. Once you pay, you will have to wait 30-40 min to get your car. Don't book rentals here.
The enterprise teams in airport are very nice and helpful, the car was good and very clean. My car had a small problem in the trip, the customer’s agent responded rapidly and helped me solve the issue. Very nice experience with Enterprise in this trip! Everything was okay until the end. When I dropped off the vehicle, the dude tried to pin the hail damage on me. I stayed quiet to see how he was going to build the story up. So, I asked him when the hailstorm had happened, and he said on Tuesday. And, when I said I didn't rent the car until Friday, he tried to twist the story. However, no such recordable hailstorm had happened once after I rented the car. Since he could not come up with any better lies, he said he "trusts me". I'm not responsible for your incompetence to check the vehicle before it was dropped off last time. Either hire better scam artists or don't pull these stunts with the wrong person.
Awesome service. Luna who is the Branch Manager was super kind and friendly. I rented the Mercedes vehicle and it was clean. I would recommend them any day.
Awful customer service. My prescription glasses were left in the car. I called them within an hour of dropping off the car and have been calling since for the past 3 days. Phone is never awswered and there is no voicemail. I have also attempted emailing and have got a response that they have over 200 glasses left. It does not make sense to not label on an item found with the date, time and car it was found in, so that it can be easily returned to the owner. It is very clear they don't want to provide any customer service here, as they don't awswer phone calls or emails.
Update: I have emailed the address provided with the information requested and still no response from anyone
Recently rented a vehicle for my week long trip in Edmonton and experienced some issues but Raveen provided excellent service and was fantastic in helping resolve my issue. Enterprise in general is an awful company. Especially the Edmonton airport location. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with anyone at the branch. I had an issue with one of my rentals and needed to contact the branch. I called 15 times to no avail.and sent multiple emails that went without response.
