Exceptionally good service, kind and attentive staff, we were very happy with our experience here with Enterprise in Spruce Grove!

Horrible customer service, didn't have rental available as discussed, refused to help with out options, rude to customers.will never rent from this place again. Avoid this location

I had a big moose hit my car and had to have my car fixed. Enterprise helped me out and were very friendly.

Picked up a car that did not have a functional horn, requested to change the car at our location.got a new car delivered, went to drive one hour later and it smells like someone has died inside.requested change out and was told from Spruce Grove manger “it’s rush hour it will take too long” then when i indicated he was lacking in customer service skills he indicated he was terminating the call because i was rude! Rented an SUV from this location for about ten days. They upgraded me to a nicer one based on availability. The vehicle was terrific, clean and well sorted, the process was smooth, and the ride home a nice touch. Plus, I needed the vehicle for a few less days than expected and they happily charged me only for the days I used even though I'd committed to a longer term.

Absolutely recommended, and specific kudos to "Amanda", the courteous and efficient customer service rep who checked the vehicle in and drove me home. Thank you for your professionalism.

The rental was a smooth process. The vehicle was the cheapest in comparison to other companies I was disappointed that I didn't know that they would provide a cutesy ride home.

Never using enterprise again after 3 weeks still haven't received our deposit back keep getting the run around from this location gonna be taken next steps against this company

If I could give less than one star I would. The manager, Guatam is useless. Doesn't respond to phone calls or customer concerns.

Rented a vehicle at 8am for a day trip. Had it returned a little after 9pm that night. Never got an invoice sent to me afterwards. Check my CC statement at months end, extra days charge.

Couldn't get an invoice emailed to me, had to go into the office to get one. Was told they would check cameras and they would get back to me. They never did get back to me.

Go in a month later, after leaving several messages for manager to return call, and am told I had the car and nothing would be changed. Try and get his supervisors info and given a card that directs me to his office.

COMPLETE GARBAGE LOCATION WITH GARBAGE MANAGEMENT! NEVER RENT FROM HERE!

I have previously rented from this location multiple times in the past for private rentals without problems. However recently I dealt with this location for an insurance claim rental replacement. They had no knowledge of possible vehicles which the priority pass stated were available. They obviously just want to rent out from their available local fleet not collaborating with their other offices and not meet my needs. The first person I dealt with also did not know the Enterprise pet policy. "Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. " Instead told me that no pets were allowed. Period. I will no longer be using this location for my own personal use.

Went to this location with a huge safety concern (hood wouldn't stay latched down tight and would shake violent) the manager refused to swap me into a different SUV even though he had PLENTY on the lot and I was willing to wait. He told me no. Not his problem.

I need to update my review after my last couple of rentals. I arrived today to find out that they did not have what I reserved available, this is the second time in a row that i have run into this problem. Their response was that they were not in control of people damaging their cars. Their solution was to give me a half ton truck (sold it as a free upgrade) issue is we are not supposed to rent trucks under our company policy. Their other solution was to bring in a car from Edmonton but noted that i was past their closing time. They also stated that they have 7 people coming to get a rental the next morning but only have 1 vehicle. So i guess i should consider myself fortunate?
I always try and support local business, but this is not easy sometimes. I was told that i was being uncooperative by expecting that they have what they committed to. I guess if you are ok with running the risk of not getting what you made a reservation for, then give them a shot. Unfortunately, i am finding them unreliable

I have rented several times from this location now. And I must say, they are absolutely amazing to deal with. Check in was a breeze. Very quick service and no trick pricing. I actually saved money from what my online quote said. Symsen Sebastian and Daniel were fantastic! Great guys and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime in the future when I need a rental, I will gladly go to them. Highly recommend!

Courteous, great customer service and deliver on their word. Would recommend this branch to anyone renting a car!

Made a vehicle reservation over a week ago, called ahead today before dropping my truck off at the body shop and no vehicles available. Said there was nothing they could do as all there vehicles were returned “damaged”. Great work thanks for the heads up, wasn't relying on it at all.

We were suppose to pick up a car there after my wife got rear ended yesterday and when she called today they didn't have anything until Tuesday and didn't even want to see if they could get her one. Instead they told her she could call around. I called St Albert and they told me the same thing. If I have to call around it won't be to other Enterprise locations for sure.

All the info needed was in my review Lisa. We have since picked up a vehicle at Budget Car Rentals hassle free.

Someone scratched my rental while I was at work It was not a big scratch the rental company made me pay a 500 dollar fee to have it fixed on top of trying to pin another scratch that was already on the car on me they reasoned that they couldn't rent it to someone else in that state but they were fine renting it to me they're just a bloodsucking money hungry garbage corporation do not rent from them unless you want them to rob you blind.

I had a wonderful experience today. Everyone involved had great customer service. Symsen was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful clean car was ready for me even though I didn't get till after I missed my Christmas with my family n I spent it alone but the experience is great the guys are a great help n awesome personalities.

This location is always a pleasure to rent from. Very personable helpful staff. They always get you in and out in a jiff. Cars are always clean and well maintained.
