Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Unfortunately one of the worst locations. Comparing to other enterprise locations this one lacks staff, and customer service. Vehicles have never been ready each time I've come to pick up. Wait time is 30 min plus. Can't call as always placed on hold. Not the service one expects with Enterprise and being a member. I understand that not having staff is beyond there control but I'm sure the owners or managers are aware as this problem is daily. Justin has been pleasant considering how busy he is. NtactedI feel for the guy. UPDATE I have contacted Enterprise as requested below and no response.

I rented Mazda CX9 for 2 days and am very pleased with the service. I was given an upgrade on my reservation. Big thanks to Shourya Vaidya for his great customer service. He explained all the details and was very supportive. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t rent from them or make sure you check every sq inch of the car before you pick it up from them. These guys are liars!

The guys here are genuinely the sweetest and kindest out of almost any retail or customer service position in Edmonton. I've made a lot of reviews, but these guys are genuinely amazing at what they do. From the beginning to end they made sure we were happy, and were understanding if something went wrong. They were accommodating at the desk as well as over the phone. Not only that, but the prices are less than all the other places I looked and the quality was just as good. I may honestly never rent from anywhere else because of the better prices and the customer service here. Thank you guys!

Enterprise is such a fraud. They charged us an insane amount for damages on the rented car that we didn’t do. We drove the car once on the way home from enterprise and once on the way to enterprise but did not even make a single scratch on the car. Do not rent a car from them unless you want to pay for things you didn’t do.

Great service and very pleasant experience. The rental was comfortable, clean and reliable. I appreciated the drive back to my residence as otherwise I would have had to call a cab.

Had a rental from this location while my car was in for cosmetic work at Carstar. Everything was great for me. I was picked up and driven back to the office. We looked the car over and a couple minor issues (windshield damage and paint scratches) were pointed out on the vehicle by Shourya Vaiyda. I had asked for the car for 2 days via Carstar but it was only contracted for 1 day and I was half an hour late getting it back but there was no issue or extra charges. The vehicle was identifed as being clean with no damage other than what was there to begin with. There are some concerning reviews for this business but all I can say is that my experience was perfect. I was never felt rushed (not that I would allow myself to be) and even the slightly late return was a non-issue. Shourya was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Customer service goes along way! Extra special shout out to Justin for helping me out of a jam & making sure my trip out west was not without a reliable vehicle!

Beware of these guys as they put a blame on me too as mentioned by others in the several reviews for the slight cut on the plastic grill underneath the hood when I went to return the car yesterday. I was totally surprised as car never met with any accident or any issues. If someone would have hit the car there would have been dent on the hood portion too. During inspection at the time of pick up they hurried me up with outside views and who looks at the plastic grill which was cut from the joint.
Branch manager was so rude. They took $250 from credit card also. I am feeling totally cheated.i have lost complete trust on Enterprise rent a car. Bad bad company. Never rent a car from this company. When I see the reviews with same issues down below I am pretty sure that these guys are crooks and am fully cheated. This has never happened to me before with any other rental company. They are not even worth one star.

Justin Couillard should do a lot better in his employment if he could work on his customer service skills. He over listens to other personal conversations, interrupts and insists that you can not have “free” conversation with those around you. #takesomeleadershipclass

Easy to book and even the cancellation policy is favourable however these days it’s really hard to get the vehicle, especially on the weekend.

Be careful of these guys, they can blame you for something you haven’t done, just the way they blame me for a damage that I didn’t even cause.
When I went to pick up a car they called me for at a time they called me, they made me sit for hour and a half, they said the car is coming it’s getting ready, They made me frustrated and late by making me sit for hour and a half, my mistake because they made me sit for so long, they rushed me with inspection and I didn’t pay attention, the moment I reached work my colleagues noticed damage on the car, I brought it back the next day and informed them, they said sorry it’s not them and since I have signed the paperwork’s it’s on me now, I did t even drive 50 km yet, I was on the main road straight to work, there is no way the crack was caused by me. There was moisture and dirt in the crack and it looked old, I explained it to the guy and he laughed at me.
The guys name was Justin Couillard, and whole going through the other reviews, I noticed he has done this to other guys as well, so please be aware and stay away from this place.
Long story short be careful of these guys, they are here to grab your hard earned money that’s it.

The staff was super friendly. I needed a car as mine was in the shop. I called them and was planning on driving their to pick up my car. They offered to pick me up! Outstanding service!

You're better off riding your bike for the amount of time you will save. Money too.
$190 to rent a compact car for 23 hours.

Charged my CC $3088 after 6 months without my authorization or permission for a damage I did not cause. #FinancialFraud. I have tried calling several times but they don’t pick up.

Terrible customer service.was on hold for 45 minutes only to be told they don't have a rental available after knowing when I needed it!

Rented a car for the trip, really liked the service. Got assisted by Shourya Vaidya he was really nice and helpful. Best place to rent a car in Edmonton.

No pick and drop, closes at 5pm. No smoke free vehicles. The truck they provided me was smelling like ash tray.

Would never take a rental car from here ever again nothing but a hassle from the booking being 2 days late to the wrong price from online booking quote. I'd look else where when u need a rental car. Goodluck
