I rented a car from this location (156th street). But I dropped the car off at the airport. The guy inspecting the car when I dropped it drop off at the airport was way more thorough during the drop off then the inspection when I picked up the car. But the guys at this location (156th street) agreed and had the claim dropped for me. I can’t express how thankful I am for their integrity in how they dealt with my claim. I will only rent from this location moving forward.

Manager "John" was extremely rude, this is where my insurance sent me for a rental, we got it booked and then on the day of pick up I get a call waking me up at 8am (after a nast car accident and being up for almoat 36 hours) stating that my rental will not be ready for 3 more days. Leaving me without a car and in lurch. He wouldn't even call other locations to get me into a car, forcing me to make this complaint, and calling my insurance again. Why we gotta make a stressful situation worse for people by lying about having car availability. Do better Enterprise.and John, you especially need to do better. Your job is customer service not to be a prick.
Very pleasant and professional. Dealing with insurance and a car in the shop is not ever fun. These guys made renting a car easy and drove me back to my car when it was finished. I appreciate them very much.
This location was very busy and sorely short staffed when I arrived. The phone rings constantly and these poor people need to help the line up. They were all so good in getting me in and out on time. The service industry has taken a beating with all the entitled customers who abuse people. Happy to say everyone there seemed very understanding.

I've rented from numerous Enterprise branches in Edmonton, yet the staff at this particular location truly stands out. While everyone here is remarkably courteous, I must highlight Mario Poretti, who truly embodies professionalism, kindness, and patience. It's awe-inspiring to witness him effortlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a serene and reassuring manner. If I were in a managerial position, retaining someone like him would be my top priority. Despite having closer options, I willingly travel an extra 20 minutes due to the exceptional level of professionalism and warmth displayed by Mario and his team.
I had an amazing experience with this enterprise location. The booking process was a breeze, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vehicle I rented was in pristine condition. Not only was the pickup and drop-off seamless, but the rates were also very reasonable. I appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be using them again for my future car rental needs!
Great staff. I posted a 5 star review on my prior visit but wanted to expand on it. Not only is the staff fantastic, but the entire experience was unmatched. Literally no other rental company compares to the level of service, cleanliness and overall care exhibited by this branch specifically. I highly recommend you consider this company and branch the next time you need to rent a vehicle.
The manager of this particular rental location was an absolute a-hole to me. (Justin Conrad) After waiting 40 minutes for a ride to their location to pick up the rental vehicle I merely asked why it took so long to come get me and immediately I was accused of taking a tone with him, and told that if I didn’t like it I could leave. I asked to speak to a manager and he said “I’m the manager, you can leave” I was appalled so I told him his driver picked me up and they couldn’t leave me stranded no matter how much of a power trip he was on. I was then advised to apologize and he said we could “start over” and continued with releasing the vehicle to me. I made a complaint to corporate but they didn’t take my issue seriously. I sincerely hope he is demoted or fired for his horrifying behaviour. I’ve never been treated this way by someone who could put me in a vulnerable position and try to kick me out to the street. It’s given me a feeling like he likes to do this to anyone dissatisfied with the service they provide. I will never EVER go to this location again.
My insurance company was rented me a car but when went to pick up it they imposed on reality as for this car or remain without.and ths car has an accident and it has stench.
I needed a car for few hours while my car was getting work on. They picked me up from the body shop right away, got me in my new rental in no time, then when I dropped it off they offered me a ride back to the shop right away. Amazing staff, Amazing service and Amazing manager. Thank you!
My auto insurance company had set me up for a rental car with Enterprise. Customer service was terrible, their tone was rude and the lady who called me this morning regarding my pick up was rude from the beginning. She called me without any introduction to who she was and when I asked if they had any Japanese cars available, she said "we don't have anything like that" and then hung up before I even finished talking.
