I do not recommend this location. In calling after a motor vehicle accident in which I just needed someone to attempt a little customer service and answer questions, I was met with someone very rude on the phone. He offered no explanations and made sure I knew that Monday mornings are busy so what did I want. I am sorry your business is busy when most would find that a blessing, you have lost mine. The phone call with a customer needing a little help could have been treated as a valuable touch point and instead was made to feel like you were so busy you don’t need business. Good for you Enterprise but customer service like that will not make your busy Monday mornings last.
Received excellent customer service from Justinea on both the vehicle pick-up and drop off. She was able to facilitate a pick-up slightly after closing hours as we were in transit! Really impressed and happy with the service I received! Thank you!
I needed a rental car for five days while my car was in the shop and it was a lovely experience. From the beginning, the staff got me settled in with the car quickly. They were efficient and professional, and the car I was given was clean and nice to drive. I loved that it had Bluetooth Apple CarPlay. Upon return, the assistant manager assisted me even though the location had already closed a couple minutes. Peter was friendly and helpful, and I was on my way just as quickly as I had arrived. Definitely recommend.
Peter and staff were excellent to deal with from beginning to end…. Wish I could remember the names of the driver who picked me up from and drove me back to sturgeon auto body and the new member of the team when I returned my rental! They were super great to deal with in person and on the phone. Super friendly as well! Will definitely use this Enterprise again should thé need arise…. Treat people with respect and one gets treated back the same way!
Rented a car from this Enterprise location twice now. Both times were excellent. The staff were friendly and the walkthrough both times were straightforward. The return of the car was simple and also straightforward. Will rent from this location again if I am in need of a rental car. Thanks Patel and the staff for your service.
Terrible customer service. I recently required a rental car and my insurance had chosen Enterprise St. Albert. I was pushed into getting extra protection for my rental service despite me insisting this was not required (as I was going through insurance). I reluctantly agreed to this protection as I was told that this was not covered by my insurance (untrue) and the pressure to get the protection was high and it was my first time using the service. They neglected to tell me that this (unnecessary) protection was a daily fee. I unfortunately did not see this detailed when signing the agreement. When approached about the bill that was adding up it was in such a unprofessional manner that I thought this was a scam call if some kind. I was yelled at “when are you going to give us all the money you owe”. As I was still in the rental, with no expected date of end of service I was shocked by this staff members tone and also that there was any bill to pay. The rental was not compete and insurance was covering most of the costs. At this point I was not aware of any daily fee. When calling back to ask for clarification as to why any costs were owed I was met again with a very unprofessional staff member who was rude and in accusatory tones. He refused to listen to my point of view and offer any kind of customer service. This resolved with me of course paying the fee (as I had signed the agreement) but at no point was any acknowledgment of their misinformation ever given. Since having this experience I have also learnt that the pressure sales of added protection and dishonest nature to this protection is not uncommon. I would strongly advise not using enterprise for your future rentals. At least not the St. Albert branch. Also, don’t fall victim to the pressure sales that they enforce upon you. I have now learnt my lesson the hard way.
Rental was a '21 Dodge truck. This vehicle is a gas guzzler. Tail light was out. Constantly got a low tire, driveshaft shimmied. I will be going back to my old car rental agency.
Yeshan Patel misled my Dad into booking a "suspiciously" low rate guaranteeing that the rate was quoted in the local currency. Once the confirmation email was sent, it was noted the currency is in USD. I immediately called the location to have it rectified. Yeshan Patel told me he "had no time for this" and was doing my Dad a favour by even assisting him. The call was recorded and I am happy to share with the appropriate parties. This is unacceptable service as this shows Yeshan Patel took advantage of a visible senior person for money gain and will do nothing to rectify the situation. A very bad look for Enterprise and this location.
Called to get my deposit back and the manager M. Patel called me stupid and a low life and to never call his business. After a month, head office still didn’t give me my deposit back. Will have to SUE the company for my money back.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Told me If you pay debit, you can't rent a car without a utility bill? So I guess if you're not a homeowner or your spouses name is on the utilities, you're out of luck. Absolute joke wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Customer service is outstanding. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, they are just wonderful to deal with. If, I need to rent another vehicle, I will definitely use them again.
Good service had the rental for about a month. Not the vehicle i wanted was suppose to have a truck same equivalent of my personal truck, or i would have waited a week without a vehicle so i took a random car.
Wonderful overall experience! Used rental while my vehicle was in the shop, initially they had provided me with a 2wd, after asking for a 4wd enterprise st albert managed to get one for me the same day! Communication was fantastic, the kindness of the staff was top notch.
Went in for Rental car after accident, preffered an SUV as suffered injuries in accident. They went out of their way to accommodate me and got me one. Julia and Nikki gave amazing customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate a customer, thank you ladies.
The employees are extremely inexperienced. An employee told me to keep the vehicle for additional days at no charge. I later find out that the employee got fired for distributing misinformation to customers and we all got overcharged. I literally spent 3 months battling a dispute with this branch and corporate just for someone to laugh in my face and tell me "its not happenin". I also filed a total of 6 disputes and when I'd call back to inquire about it, it wasn't even registered in the system. Dont waste your money or energy on this place.

We have our company account with them and I use their service whenever my vehicle is in for repairs and maintenance. They go out of their way to accommodate me and treat me with respect which is a lost art in my opinion.
Great service! Michael went above and beyond for me. Michael truly cares about the needs of his customers. Very personable and just as attentive over the phone to meet the needs of his customers. The team was great too, the woman I first spoke to on the phone yesterday was just as friendly and attentive to my needs as well. This location has been the only location to have ever be disappointed. We rent cars more often then the average person. This was our first and probably last time renting from this location. Staff are nice but seem extremely disorganized. The day before our rental the called and told us to come pick up the car first thing the next day. We get there and they had sent the car out for an oil change so we would have to hold out for it or get another car. No big deal. The give us a mazda. TheUThe manager had informed us the car was being cleaned and to hold on. When the car was brought around front it looked like it had come back from the police impound. There was alot of body damage and part where missing. The inside was filthy and I was not impressed but we have no other choice but take it as they had nothing else and I was not going to mile up my own car for this trip. When we got back we had informed the manager about the condition and cleanliness. It was definitely not clean. The manager kept saying they cleaned it and I showed his the pictures of the filth and kept repeating it was cleaned. If you have no problem solving skills you should not be a manager. I have uploaded the pictures so people can see how gross this SUV was.

Super friendly at this location, especially Randy. I had to get a rental due to a car accident and when I arrived at location, they did not have a car I was approved for by my insurance. Randy took it upon himself to get an approval for an SUV for me on the same rate. Now that's customer service. I brought my rental back today after a month and immediately got a ride to the repair shop. Super friendly staff and accommodating, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a rental. Just the Worst! First, I am told they will drop off the Truck at the auto body shop at 9: 00 AM. I am there at 9 AM and wait, then, i am told they will be sending someone to pick me up but they can't even leave for 15 min or so.it is a 20 min drive to St. Albert. I finally get there, fill out the paper work and they don't even have a vehicle for me and three other upset customers! They put us in a van and drive us back to Edmonton to a parking lot and try to put me in a little 4 seat car! There are 5 in my family! I explained this many times. Finally after an hour and a half, i just said give me what ever you have. Poor Service, Poor planing, Do not rent here!
Outstanding customer service from Michael at Enterprise St. Albert. Professional, kind, courteous and patient.incredible also because he was really busy as the phones were non-stop ringing (he was answering the calls) and the location was busy with customers inside. Nice truck too.

As the result of an unfortunate traffic accident I was left without a vehicle. I got set up with enterprise by my insurance company and I doubt any other rental company could top the service the St. Albert (Campbell) location provides. Immediate service paired with friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction for their customers all while tailoring to the customer’s individual needs is worth five stars, in my books!
The company that picks you up. Not really I live in Morinville and it's literally a 15 min drive from my house to this location. I asked if they could pick me up, no go. We only service St. Albert. When I said it would take them more time to drive to the south end of St. Albert (45 min) to get a customer there was no real answer to that although the representative did agree with my statement. They need to think outside the box. After getting a ride to this location the service was very good. Just wish they would offer pick up service for people in Morninville. Giving a 2 star because of the lame rule about only serving St. Albert.

I decide to answer their request on this feed and sent my information 3xs to different people and it's a joke. They either cannot find my agreement even though I have attached it to each email. My last email from them (the 3rd one now) They want to know why I am contacting them. WHAT?

Ok Enterprise now the 2 star goes down to a 1 star. And yet none of this is about the actual location. The team in St. Albert are good at what they do, but it's the COMPANY they represent actually needs to learn something from the team in St. Albert about service. If you ever have to go beyond the walls of the local store and get a hold of people in head office. GOOD LUCK. Time to walk 20 feet to the right in the airport's now to the HERTZ desk.

3rd Update No one has yet to call me.figured as much, It's been close to 60 days since the last interaction.
My truck broke down and got told 2 different stories on how we proceed. Was told i still have to pay for a truck that has a seized front end. Was told not to worry only to be told its my error.terrible management at this locstion
I needed to rent a car for an insurance claim and they had excellent customer service, provided me with a full size car like my own, took care of all the insurance information, and shuttled me where I needed to go! I had a great experience with Enterprise, highly recommend!
My first poor experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Online we requested a pick up truck and when we were on our way to pick up we called to let them know we'd be a few minutes late to which we were told to our surprise that the vehicle we had requested was not actually available and instead they offered us a car.
We were moving a bed and could not do that in a car. Thankfully, they were able to give us a different vehicle that was able to move a bed the following day but we were very disappointed to find out that they did not call us sooner and offered us a small vehicle instead. Having a background in sales I was surprised that they did not call us or asked us what the vehicle was for.
In the future I will most likely book through an Edmonton location that I have gone through a number of times and have never had issues with.
Late picking me up, late getting my car, late on the road. Dirty car that STUNK of smoke for the 3 days we had it. Offered to "fix" it when the car was returned. Nothing was done. Worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. Find a different rental company.
We have rented vehicles a couple times now from Enterprise in St Albert. Michael and Curtis stand out as fantastic employees - both very professional and courteous young men who want nothing but a great Enterprise experience for their customers. We'll be back!
Mike at this enterprise location was amazing. My insurance company told me my rental expired today when really they cancelled my rental the day before. Mike without any explanation waived the extra day they where going to charge me understanding that I just picked up my settlement check that day. The great expirience did not end there. I dropped off the rental and had no way home he stopped everything he was doing and gave me a ride home. Amazing experience. Very good service.
Kurtis and Co.at Enterprise in St. Albert are without question some of the best in the business. I rented a vehicle off them for 7 months, and had an excellent experience all the way through. I wish Kurtis and Co.were running every other business in Alberta. The customer service was simply excellent!
