Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a car for the duration of my own car being repaired. Can picked me up at the dealership and was very kind and impeccable manners. They were aware my situation was not great due to poor service from the dealership and went out of their way to make me comfortable and looked after. Again when time came to bring back the car. Cam was the person and same treatment great manners. Every person I dealt with here was helpful, kind and efficient! Thanks so much!

Service was so friendly and fast, I had the car for a week while my car was getting fixed and it was such a fun new vehicle to drive. When I went to go pick up my car, Cam was such a gentleman and opened the door for me and was so lovely to talk to on the drive. I’ve used this rental place 3 times now and will continue to use them because of how wonderful the service is every time.

Car was stolen, being assigned by Insurance with Enterprise. Charles was great and picked a Forte for me - which was a great gas-efficient car and with amazing features. I liked it a lot with only one minor issue - My car cell phone holder did not fit the windshield well. It bothered me a little. 3-days later, Charles called asking for my experience with the rental car. I told him overall great with the minor issue. He said he will look around for a different car instead if possible. Then sure enough, he called again shortly and found another car to swap. It seemingly a small deed but speaks loud - "It is action matters not the words". As the old saying goes - What Charles U did tells me what a great service that truly care their customer means. Thank you Charles and the team here in Sherwood Park - you are an awesome bunch and keep up the great work!

Great experience at Enterprise. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Gave me a ride to and from the dealership while my car was getting fixed. Cam was a great help!

Not my place to do business anymore as I have been dealing with the customer service, area manager (have the name but would not like to publish here) and Sherwood park enterprise rental manager (have the name but not publishing here) but zero help. Their points system sucks. I have been given a run around for more than a month and still no solution to the problem. Anyway, I give up and avoid enterprise from now on.kindly do not send a response to my review as I'm not here to entertain anyone from this business. Oh by the way the business CEO does not respond to emails as well.so what could be expected from lower level service people

It was our first time to visit Enterprise in Sherwood Park and I can definitely say that I was so surprised with the outstanding service made by Qasim Hafeez From selecting car and recommendations. We are a family of 8 and Qasim thoroughly explained to me about getting 8 seater SUV for more saving on gas rather than using 2 cars and its a good deal for a 8 seater Ford Expedition! I will highly recommend this location to my family and friends and for those people who are looking for excellent customer service and affordable rent a car! Good job to you Qasim. This is now my go to place for renting even if i'm from Edmonton Keep it up! Highly recommended.

This was one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They were rude and supee disorganized.

Worst place.after my employer rented a vehicle for me demanded that I still leave my own personal credit card Info, then months later are charging myself and sending to credit collections manager said that he was new as an excuse to not help still trying to figure out this issue that the created with out any help on there part
