Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wow. I booked a car with these guys and they called me the night before I'm supposed to pick it up to tell me that they won't have a car for me. That's it that's all. No offer or ability to make it right. I was depending on that vehicle for a big job I had in town. Of course I was left scrambling trying to get a vehicle and I'm out of luck. Enterprise costs our company a lot of money. We will never use them again. I suggest you don't use them either.

Never rented a car on my own nor "had" to, until recently. Arranged by my car insurance, there was 3 way communication and given all that back and forth, they were organized and timely. They called the day before to confirm that the rental would be ready for me. I watched the team in the office while I waited. Wow. I don't think there are many of us that could do as many different tasks so heavily in demand all day, like they did. A mistake now and then would be certainly understandable and should be forgiven! They were polite and thorough during calls, pickup and return. Excellent.

I had the pleasure of having Princess arrange a nice SUV for my rental vehicle, after my own SUV was rendered immobile in a MVA. Great service!

I contacted the branch in Red Deer, Alberta. The woman that answered the phone was rude and absolutely no help. It's not the customers fault that you have 40 reservations and only 5 cars. That sounds like a management issue. I needed help and received nothing but a rude attitude.

I had a frustrating experience with the Enterprise location in Red Deer, AB today 21/10/2023. I had made a reservation, but upon arrival, they asked for an additional $200 to drop off the rental at the Edmonton airport, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. This unexpected charge left me very frustrated, and I would advise others to be cautious when renting from this location. Will never go again on any other location.

Nothing but positive things to say about this branch! All the staff I interacted with were friendly and went out of their way to ensure good communication with my insurance company on my behalf. Big thanks to this entire team for making an annoying situation a little easier for me! Side note: the verbal abuse these people deal with is outrageous. The staff don't own Enterprise. They just work there. They have no control over policies, online bookings, your personal insurance, etc. Customers should try to be a little more kind. Thank you again to this entire team!

Absolutely horrible. Got a rental through insurance from here and not only were they a week late, late to the desk, and less than helpful. I was promised a vehicle similar to mine, since when is a jeep car even CLOSE to similar to a half ton pickup? Was told it’s all they had and they can’t help me. Then upon returning the vehicle that are trying to charge me $470 I DO NOT OWE because I tried to return the vehicle and they wouldn’t accept it, I was out of country and they threatened to charge me if I had someone else return it on my behalf. Customer service is absolute dog piss, their call lines are horrid and they use a scam agency to do collections! Screw you enterprise and credifax!

I had booked a rental vehicle and arrived to pick up and they they had told me I would need to wait an additional week before they had a vehicle available for me! They had absolutely no sympathy and apologies for the inconvenience.

Outstanding customer service! I was taken care of very well from the signing out of my vehicle to the return. I received calls from customer service during my rental and the one vehicle problem I was having was addressed immediately and within hours was put into a new car that solved the problem. Would highly recommend!

I was treated with upmost respect by all staff and they were very informative about the whole process. Any questions or concerns was addressed fairly quickly.

Call centre booked my rental for a day this location was closed. Double booked my rental when they transferred it to another day. Was gum and garbage left in the vehicle. And then called me everday for 3 days prior to return to let me know insurance was ending my rental even though I spoke with someone and confirmed the date of return.

Such a lack communication and customer service. No one explains why on Monday when I had a rental booked they end up with no cars. I would have appreciated someone walking me through the process of how this happened instead of getting told to “just move on”. Being told one thing by one person and then another thing by another person. Disorganized and truly disappointed in the experience.

Called to try to rent a car for my wife and I to get back home to Saskatoon, was told they don’t rent one way out of province. Once I got back home out of curiosity, I looked to see if I can book a car from Saskatoon to Red Deer one way, no issue at all. Horrid policy and my wife and I were fortunate to find another way home.

Super bad customer experience.racist.they will force you to like the available vehicle they have.

What kind of business do u run? Charging people for damages over 500$ that they never made after 2 months of returning the car and inspection, which was OK. This is ridiculous.

I had to get a rental car for a few days as my vehicle was being repaired at the dealership. I was picked up by Brent from the Red Deer location at the dealership and was so pleasant to speak with during transport. He went through all the details of the rental and I appreciated the communication. He made me feel like a valued customer and felt like my needs were met. Thank you Brent for the exceptional service!

Tardiness not a strong suit, don't waste people's time. The Chevy suv was really nice. It had a really damaged windshield on pick up, not really a big deal. Check out was easy and quick.

Why would I rent a car here with all of the negative reviews? The owners must get a million emails a day on the Red Deer location.
I guess I'll be going to Kipp Scott Rentals
