I was using a vehicle from here and the vehicle had some issues, I took it back and I was asked to pay off my balance before they switched me to a different vehicle. I was shown a vehicle and asked if I wanted it and my answer was yes. Went inside, paid off my balance and was waiting for the switched. The individual I have been doing all these transactions with asked me if I needed help with something else. Politely I said I am waiting for the different vehicle.
Do you know what this ‘’B’’ told me? I just gave out the vehicle to that customer that was standing here.
Standing there frustrated, not knowing how to continue, they asked me if I needed a ride to go home. One guy wanting to be the hero for the day; “please just go home and I will make available a vehicle for you by end of day” it’s been weeks. Very bad experience.

Going through insurance and we get rear ended in the rental. Obviously, we are not at fault. We'll then we receive a $14,000 invoice from enterprise claiming the accident is our fault. The damage wasn't even quoted $5,000.scammers

I filed a complaint with the central office. Worst customer service experience. Called us to pick up the 1/2 ton truck rental we’d been coordinating with for days. Travelled 3 hours to get the rental and was told there was no available truck for us and that they did not phone us meanwhile the call log clearly showed they had phoned us and there were a couple of trucks outside available and the exact truck that was told we’re getting is right there! The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. Dishonest lying people who doesn’t have work ethics. Chrissy Taylor, the CEO will need to revamp this branch.
