Today i wast 2 hours in roger store with nothing but here what happened funy story I went to Roger store to get monthly plan but unfortunately 4 guys inside the store had the same issues with system and the customer service for Roger took 40 minutes to try to give me the plan I wanted but nothing happened. So I went to fido store and they give the same one I wanted from Roger wit 15 minutes Roger lucky to have a friend in fido helping to get their plan.thank fido deerfoot city for your help and nice work.perfect experience got it from (inder and her friend was working beside him sorry I can't remember her name)
The two customer sales representatives (Jatinder and inder) are exceptional in customer service and great positive attitude with myself and my son. They took time to explain to me all I need to know about my plans and payment schedule with utmost respect and integrity, keep this up guys.
Yesterday i went to know about the deals at store, Jatinder and inder offered me an attractive deal on Iphone 14 and i got my new phone, both are friendly and soft spoken. Highly recommended this place

I had a great experience here. I always go to this location to upgrade my phone and buy phone accessories. This is my third time and the salesperson are always helpful and professional. Today, Harneet and Inderjeet helped me with upgrading my phone and transferring my data to my new phone. I was there for close to 2 hours because I had to have 4 phones new screen protector and to transfer data from my son phone to my old phone. There were both helpful and even gave me a credit on my bill (perks of having been in Fido for 15 years now). Thank you ladies for a superb customer service!
I had a great experience at this location. Inder helped me to get my phone fix. I had a issues with phone. I went to different locations they didn’t helped me. But Inder helped me alot. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate her help.

Went to this fido store on Jan 30 and one Punjabi girl was working in the store, and she is extremely rude and not knowledgeable in the field she is working. Telling me to go to apple store to put my phone into blacklist, and refused me to help. I guess owner need to train people before putting them into customer service. And not sure why she keeps the door lock.
Extremely Bad customer service by women. She was RUD not helpful at all very disappointed with her way of speaking. Don’t know who hire people like her for customer services job.
Bad customer service, the guy was rude and tried to over charge me $31.50 for a single charger, I ended up finding that exact same charger at a different fido for $20 plus he wouldn’t let me in without ID and The other location asked no such thing as stopping me at the door to ID. I would recommend to stay away from this location, they wouldn’t tell me the price until I wanted to buy and then tried charging me more then it was. He thinks he’s slick talking in his language and talking over the customer. This guy has a hard time listening so if you want your phone fixed or need help with something go somewhere else

Went there last week.thanks Kale for great customer service, as dealing customer service for a while, I can stongly feel he did great customer service by helping set up my tablet plan, explained what the next steps with patient, and show me the new device like a friendly neighour in short period time while closing.would definitly recommend to ppl.
